Got a facial from Tiffany a couple of months ago and my skin has very been the same (not in a good…read moreway) For one, I came in requesting one facial and she did something totally different based off her own determination. I also don't like when service providers upsells you on products without your knowledge and automatically add the product to your bill without asking you. She did one of those "I'm going to send you home with this" and then I got home and looked at my receipt and saw that the product she added was an additional $200!!! Things like that always leave a dishonest, bad taste in my mouth. Maybe you'll have a better experience but I won't be going back.

I almost never leave reviews, but I had to for this one. I had a quick phone consultation with Kim…read morebeforehand, where she explained she'd first remove my previous Gel X and then assess the condition of my natural nails before deciding on the best next step. I really appreciated how honest and thoughtful she was. I knew then and there she had a lot of integrity and care. Once I arrived, everything felt relaxing and intentional. They're appointment-only, which I loved because it meant my time didn't feel rushed at all (unlike other salons I've been to). It truly felt like protected, one-on-one service. After removing my Gel X, Kim recommended I not do builder gel YET and instead use a strengthening treatment for a few weeks. She didn't push a service just to make money, which says a lot. Also, their tools and cleanliness really stood out. The electric file was super gentle (no burning at all), and everything felt high quality and well cared for. Kim and Kevin were so kind, the space was relaxing, and the espresso was amazing. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and their work. Linda saved my lashes!…read more I've been to Linda before after buying a deal on Groupon. I already knew that she did an amazing job, but being the bargain hunter that I am, the next time I decided to get my lashes done, I went for a deal at a spa in Sonoma. 2 1/2 hours later, my lashes still looked pretty bare. Desperate to get my time and money's worth, I texted Linda a picture of my lashes and asked her if she would be able to fill them for me. She was professional and kind and she got me in within a couple of days. In less than an hour, she not only removed the lashes that were barely hanging on, but filled them in, making them look feminine and elegant, just as I was hoping for. On top of everything her price was fair. Lesson learned: A low price DOES NOT always equal a good deal.
