I did not see any service that I would like to have because they did not have what I wanted and I told them I wanted to cancel. They said I could not cancel because the appointment was made today and their policy is that they could not cancel. I explained to the lady that a friend of mine just made the appointment not even 20 minutes ago and I do not care to go. They informed me that they would charge her card anyway so I went there so my friend would not get charged. They charged $35 for me to put my foot in a bucket of water for 15 minutes. I am not happy with this place nor the policy and I will never be back here. I asked a worker is this all the service she said yes I put my foot in the water for 6 minutes and left. This is a reply to the answer that they wrote on me, I was not late. They asked me to come in 15 minutes early so I could check out with my other friends who had the nerve to stay there.
