The younger lady does them well I got them done with her prior but the older one is horrible at cutting.

They said I could not cancel because the appointment was made today and their policy is that they could not cancel. They informed me that they would charge her card anyway so I went there so my friend would not get charged. They charged $35 for me to put my foot in a bucket of water for 15 minutes. I am not happy with this place nor the policy and I will never be back here. I asked a worker is this all the service she said yes I put my foot in the water for 6 minutes and left. Today was the first time where I've ever said "ouch", and I wax frequently and often. I literally said "ouch" out loud several times, and my wax specialist never acknowledged my pain or apologized, just kept yanking! She also never gave me a heads up before she was going to pull the strip, which other specialists always do. She really did not seem to want to be there, and was extremely dismissive. I've made note of her name, and will not return to her as a waxer. Again, I usually have a great experience, with waxers, such as Hailie, but the negative experience I had today weighs my overall rating to a 3.
