Nancy is accommodating but her nail color options didn't really satisfy me. She did a monumental job selling me that she had chrome metallic colors. I did a mani and pedi with this shop earlier this month and the gel came off in less than a week. See photo. Then I went back the next week - Nancy spent literally 15 minutes defending herself and saying she could fix the issue. She still charged me for a full mani after saying she would fix it. I asked her to stop defending her work and agreed to pay for it even though she initially said she would "fix" the gel coming off so quickly. Then she blamed me for using my hands too much. Went there a while back, and let Tom give me a pedicure. I don't usually go there but it was convenient at the time. Though I made a mistake by staying there upon noticing how cluttered and unsanitary the place was. As Tom was doing my toes, he cut my big toe digging for dead skin, which was very painful and caused for it to bleed. After that I noticed that my toe began to hurt very bad, and soon after that I developed a fungal infection. My toe looks horrible, and I am afraid it will never look the same due to 75% of it coming off. I had to contact my Dr to order fungal medication that is sort of like a nail polish for my big toe. I would show a picture but it may be graphic for some people. With that being said, please be aware of this place. I would never go back and if I could sue, I definitely would! read more

My cuticles and fingernails are dry and horrible. I play guitar, too, which gives me callouses on all my left fingers. I'm always embarrassed because the callouses and cuticles look so bad (especially for a woman), but Tom gave me a fantastic manicure and gel nail set. I truly think this is the best my nails have ever looked. He took care of my hang nails and patiently groomed my cuticles, plus he oiled them for moisture. This place isn't the Ritz Carlton Spa, but as I said, after going there, my nails look better than ever. I made an appointment this morning with Nancy and told her I needed one nail fixed. The appointment was made for 12:00pm and I made it on time at 12:00pm. I walk into the establishment and she has a customer in her chair. She then tells me she has her customer and that she can't fix my nail. I will never go back to that shop. Very unprofessional. Wonderful place to get a pedicure however do not get your acrylics done here ladies. They were not careful and ended up cutting me. I saw they didn't do the proper steps to make my nails look good. She applied the powder and then just took a nail file to my nails and then did paint! Did not trim nails underneath, the sides of my nails are jagged, the nail shape is terrible, and the overall nails look thick! Due to the fact that she didn't do them the correct way. Not to mention she did gel when I didn't ask for it and when I brought it to her attention that my total was way more than what was advertised, she told me she did gel and I said I didn't want gel, I didn't have gel before... and her explanation was that gel dries faster! I went to Nancy Tom for the first time today. When I got there they took care of me right away. Tom was easy to talk to and was gentle and patient in doing my nails. I told him how a tip broke and he fixed it with no extra charge. He took the time to make sure my nails were even and that the old polish was gone. He did try to upsell but did not push when I declined. If you do use a credit card they will charge you a $1 . There is parking in the back. My mother and I have been coming to Nancy Tom nails since September 1st. We found this gem after being turned away from our regular spot with an appointment. Nancy instantly welcomed us in and we were ready to be seen. Getting our nails done together has been something we've always done. Nancy pays very good attention to detail with our nails. Sometimes it can seem like she's a bit distracted but she's just running her business and making sure everyone is enjoying themselves and being met with care. I appreciate all the work ethics that Nancy has and Tom is amazing when you catch him in here. The two other ladies are very hard working and really take their time with a pedicure. Nancy is the only nail tech in there besides the other woman who does an amazing shaping job seriously if Nancy send you to her to get your gel off just know you're in good hands. I went in for my regular...Gel Mani, Gel Pedi, and Wax (lip and brows). Nancy charged me $10.00 over what I ALWAYS pay. When I pointed this out to her she acted as if I was trying to get over on her....now it's only $10.00 but again I've been going there for a year and was trying to understand the price discrepancy... she insists if I was charged $10.00 less it was by mistake( every time?!... OK). I tell her charge the price she just quoted ( As I said it was $10.00 and I wasn't going to argue over that amount) ... She swipes the card and says ( and I quote) "Your card is declined...maybe there isn't any money"...Lady you see that receipt says connectivity issue...Don't try and play me... You get what you pay for. I felt like i was rushed. When i get a pedicure i expect my feet to feel good clean and moisturized. I didn't get that feeling when i left. This was my first time trying this place my regular shop was booked up and i was on a time schedule. Love this place. Nancy does a great job. See really listens to what you want. She is super friendly and pampers me like a queen each visit. The shop is easy to get to and parking is always available. Nancy and Tom really make sure the station are thoroughly clean after each client. My daughter really enjoys the Deluxe Pedicures from Tom. Nancy doesn't have good customer service skills at all! It seems like I am rushed each time I come in. I had a talk with her and told her when I come I Am expecting to pay her to do my nails not one of her workers but every time I come in she acts brand new. I have referred several people to her being that I have been coming here for 2 years. She has rubbed all my referrals the wrong way. I witnessed her tell a customer that if she doesn't like it she won't redo it.
