My normal nail salon was closed on the only day I could get my nails done so I decided to give Angel Nail a try since it seems highly regarded. Unfortunately, I will never be back to this establishment. I had an inspiration picture and grew my natural nails out long as I do not do acrylic due to preference and work requirements. I wanted an almond shape. I requested a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The nail tech proceeds to cut my nails really short (I could not see too well that he was doing this) after I specifically told him to just take a little bit of length off to even everything out, and brings out acrylics to place on my fingers. I looked down at my natural nails and they were nubbed. I mean extremely short. I almost started crying as these are the nails I am supposed to get married in. I refused to do the fake nails and told him to just paint my nails as I am on a time restraint and have no other choices. I told him his mistake and he refused to take any accountability. He then tells me he can no longer do the nail shaping that I had originally wanted. He only said sorry at the very end after an incredibly long 30 minutes of awkward silence as I was so unhappy. The color was nothing like the picture but at that point I just wanted to get out of there. The pedicure, to which a different nail tech completed, was pretty good. However, I was not offered any sort of discount for this mistake. I keep looking down at my nails in disappointment. There was even another lady present who had to get her toes redone due to another miscommunication. Like I said, I will never go back and give this establishment another dime. What a waste of money. Edit: since the owner wants to try and say that my nails were not long enough. Yes they were. Pictured below is my inspiration picture and my NATURAL nails when my normal nail tech does it. My nails were even longer than this and I wish I had a picture to prove it. Wha horrible customer service. read more

I got my nails filled here once on June 13th and that will be my last time. I called and made appointments ahead of time for a friend and I to have gel fills at 3pm. We arrived on time and had to wait 45 minutes before they took us. Obviously they either overbooked or accepted walk ins, not honoring our appointments scheduled by phone. Not a great first impression, but made the most of the situation by catching up with my friend. Well apparently the gentleman doing my nails thought I was so preoccupied in conversation that he thought I didn't notice that he completely neglected to file down my nails before painting them. They looked super lumpy once he started painting it. I thought, hmmm... odd. I kept hoping for the best and continued chatting with my friend. I was preoccupied with my chat but not so much that I didn't catch him trying to correct his mistakes by filing down the surface of my lumpy nails AFTER the gel polish was applied. I was thinking this is ridiculous. Not only having us wait for almost an hour even though we scheduled ahead.... Then he rushed and painted again after filing the bumps down. It was a sweltering hot day and there was no A/C in the facility, at least it wasn't turned on. At this point I didn't want to sit around and wait any more or have them fix anything. It wasn't the worst nail set I've ever had but it was pretty close. I will not be going back. 2 stars because at least the decor was pretty and relaxing, and the people were nice and offered a beverage. But when I'm paying over $60 for a fill (not including the tip), I expect a lot more. Don't waste your time. The chrome powder was an extra $10 or $15 bucks. read more

Very chill place. My nail tech, Sara, was kind and full of smiles. She was accommodating and gentle. I wish she was a little more tough but she did a good job. I like how she opened the sterile pedicure utensils in front of me. Everything accept the nail polish was new in it's own single use packaging. That was reassuring. read more

Consistently good for pedicures and nice polishes, love the cute modern interior and that they have WiFi + massage chair. Only con is they rush over the foot rub/massage, which is the best part! They don't scrub the heels and sides long enough. The massage is a half ass rub, but I will say not all are like this. Just have to book with specific employees to get someone who does a good job. Today toes were cut down uneven, she tried to fix it and made them super short and still uneven. The lady helping me was distracted doing other things in the middle of my pedicure, I came in for my 3:00 appt, got helped at 3:20 and left and 4:40. She rushed the massage, couldn't understand me and spend a lot of time running around. I think she was new. read more

I had my first visit here to remove my acrylics and get dip powder. Cammy did my nails and she was amazing. She took so much time to make sure every nail was perfect and they all matched. Called today (on a Saturday) for an appointment. They took me right in. Let me just say I needed I never leave reviews, but I needed to leave one for this place! The phone etiquette is clear and professional. And I was greeted at the door with a seat and a beverage. I got the deluxe pedicure which was so relaxing and the guy did a wonderful job. Side note: this is for the ladies I loved how they offered complimentary feminine products for the ladies in the bathroom (as pictured). So nice (because you never know!) read more

I'm really disappointed with my experience here. After getting my nails done, I noticed discoloration and changes to two of my nails, which I've never had before. It's been stressful dealing with. I can't say for certain what caused it, but I wish there had been better sanitation and care. I hope the salon improves their hygiene practices so this doesn't happen to others. IN RESPONSE TO "DR DAN" Let's be clear ,I got my nails done three weeks ago, not two or three months ago like you claimed. I also haven't removed the rest of my set yet, so I don't know if it's only two nails or more. I gain absolutely nothing from leaving a "fake review." I shared what I experienced after my appointment. Instead of addressing a customer's concern professionally, you chose to be defensive and make accusations. That response says a lot more than my review ever could. I stand by what I said. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place !!! Everyone is so friendly, professional, personable and CLEAN !!! They offer a variety of pedicures and lots of different color options to choose from !! This time when I came they had a new pedicure, so of course I had to try it because why not and it did NOT disappoint. The finish of it was with a massage gun, I have never seen any other salons use this and I'm in love ! They are top tier here ! AND The set up was beautiful, today I got the orange and it had orange slices floated in the water but there is different scent options to choose from. 10/10 on cleanliness, which is HUGE for me especially with pedicures.. toenail fungus is so easy to get and so hard to get rid of.. you don't have to worry about that here. I also like that they have a stamp program too so every service you purchase goes towards money off once the card is full. I DEFINITELY recommend this place a MILLION times!! read more

Top Notch Service! Danny and his team are hard workers and very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. They take their time and provide quality care EVERY appointment. This is my second review for Angel Nail Spa. I feel the need to review again because after a year of going here I'm still highly satisfied with my nails. I am religious about having my nails done every 2 weeks. I love sparkle, cats eye and different shapes. Currently I'm wearing a pointed almond shape. My nails always look perfect and stay that way until my next appointment. I love it when people compliment my nails. I absolutely love the Owners Danny & Cami. They're kind, loving and ultra professional. They take great pride in their business, their employees and their clientele. I highly recommend this nail salon. Hands-down, best lasting gel polish manicure I've ever had. Looked beautiful! Kim did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure:)

First time here. Called and was taken care of within 5 minutes of sitting down. The guy (I didn't get his name) that I did my pedi was as gentle. This salon saved me in a pinch and I am glad to have found it. I called within an hour and a half of them closing and Danny was able to squeeze me in. The first thing that I noticed was how much they seemed to care about their customers. The comfortable environment also made it easier for customers to engage with each other- I think that's pretty awesome. They offer a variety of pedicures and some of them come with wine! Helen did my pedi and she did a great job. They have a bunch of shades so you're guaranteed to find a color. If you come when the martial arts studio next door is having a class then be prepared to park on the street. Even if that's the case, you'll probably find a spot effortlessly. read more

Had a wedding on Saturday, made an appointment the day before -- it was mu first time there and didn't request a specific person. When I got there Kim did my pedi and dip -- my nails are absolutely gorgeous. I haven't had my nails done in over a year and she spent so much time with me. This is by far the best nail experience I have ever had -- I am a workaholic, nails feel like a waste of time because I could be doing something productive but this experience felt the opposite. The picture isn't the best, it was on my 6am flight to Vegas. And the cut on my hand is from myself, not from them, stabbed myself Friday night trying to get plastic off of a new purse. read more

I was visiting California for a week & was staying with my friend who lives in Vallejo. She wanted to get a pedicure for her birthday, and I was on board for a manicure. I've never gotten dip nail polish before, I usually get a full set. I will never do a full set again, I'm loving the dip, looks much more natural. Anyway I showed my artist a photo and she did an amazing job. I live in NJ, & I keep getting asked where I get my nails done or getting compliments on them. I've been back on the east coast for almost 2 weeks & they look amazing! On a side note, the salon is very clean & the staff was nice. The manager gave my friend a glass of wine for the package she chose, & even though I didn't do a package, he was kind enough to give me a glass of wine as well. Overall 10/10 experience! read more

Today was my first time here. I had a mostly enjoyable Deluxe pedicure. Friendly staff. The massage, hot towel, exfoliation, etc was great. The nail tech was nice. BUT, I didn't notice until I got home that the nails were not evenly shaped. There was some sharp angled shaped nails. A lot of the nails were not shaped the same. The most obvious difference was the nails of both big toes were differently shaped. Pros: I called at 3 pm and asked if they had an opening at 4 pm for a pedi. They were able to accommodate me at short notice Friendly service Everything was great except the shaping Felt clean Cons: Inconsistent nail shaping on most toes Crooked/sharp cut nails Color on the swatch (#5 Neon Pink) appeared a little different on me, more of a coral than the pink on the swatch I had to reshape my nails at home A bit of a disappointment given I can cut and shape my nails more evenly than what I was given. I paid $55 including tip, and at that price, I expect evenly shaped toe nails. read more

I have been going to Angel for three years now. Danny and staff are outstanding. I am a senior and was having a difficult time keeping up with cutting my toe nails. My wife of 52 years was tired of this chore and insisted (some would say demanded) I find a nail spa. I looked for a highly rated spa and found Angel Spa. Danny, the owner, takes meticulous care in his work. I could not be happier with the provided service. The prices are outstanding, very high value. Highly recommended. Bill H read more

Walked in one day, but they told me they were fully booked and couldn't fit me in. No worries. I scheduled a mani pedi for a different day. On the day of my appointment, seemed like they were busy, so I waited about 20 mins after my appointment till they were able to assist me. Their prices are decent. Mid range compared to other nail salons. Inside is clean and cute. Looks like they have regular customers. My mani pedi was good, so I would come back again. With an appointment always. They offer stunning cat-eye and holographic designs, and ever since I started coming here, my nails have never been stronger--I haven't had a single one break in almost a year, which is huge for me! I also love the little details, like how they always offer water. It's such a small thing, but it really makes a difference in making you feel taken care of. Wanted to come here to treat myself out to a mani-pedi because I've never had one before. My birthday is coming up and I just finished grad school so I have a lot to celebrate and I wanted to treat myself! It was incredibly relaxing and such a wonderful environment. First, I was welcomed by Dannys son - an adorable second grader. He took me to my seat and set up the water for the pedicure. The chairs were amazing - you can get a chair massage while getting a pedicure. I wanted try out the signature pedicure and it was amazing. The guy who helped with the pedicure was Danny's brother. He did the cleaning, the scrub, the massage, etc! Then eventually Danny took over with the polish for the pedicure and then continued my manicure, as well. I ended up getting French tips to see what it could possibly look like for my wedding. I think it turned out lovely but I definitely want to see my nails in different colors! This place was so relaxing, they offered sparking water which was so refreshing, and Danny, his brother, and son are so friendly nice and funny! I can't wait to make another stop here when I'm in need of a self-care day again. Absolutely wonderful nail salon. They treat you with so much love and care here. 10/10 would recommend! read more
