She's professional, efficient, and makes the whole experience as comfortable as possible. One thing I really appreciate is that she uses strip wax and is meticulous about hygiene, with absolutely no double dipping. Claudia is friendly, pleasant to talk with, and works quickly without ever making you feel rushed. If you're going to have someone pulling hairs, you definitely want it to be her! One small detail that always makes me smile is that she puts out a personalized welcome sign with your name when you arrive. It's such a thoughtful touch and makes you feel genuinely appreciated as a client. Her office is located in a charming executive park in Pleasant Hill. The setting feels calm and relaxing, and I always enjoy walking by the beautiful blue pond nearby. Another bonus is the easy parking and much less hectic than dealing with a busy shopping plaza. Great service, great location, thoughtful touches, and consistently excellent results.
