There was an incident when I requested to refill a prescription a week in advance. They sent me a text claiming it was out of stock. I had a feeling that it was bs so I drove to the pharmacy and spoke with their staff in-person. Guess what? The prescription that they claimed that was "out of stock" was in fact in stock. The tech told me that I just needed to wait 10 minutes. I had to explain to the tech the importance of my child's medication being filled on time, given that a missed dose can cause a life-threatening issue. About a month ago, I was in line inquiring on my child's prescription. There was another customer standing super close behind me while I was giving the tech very personal information. The staff did not say anything to the customer standing very close to me. There I was disclosing personal medical information not realizing that the customer was near me the whole time. (They should check the cameras; I can't make this up!) I only became aware that the man was standing extremely close to me because another customer in line pointed it out and told him to step back. There is no way that pharmacy tech helping me did not notice him. HIPAA VIOLATION! Anyway, if I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would.

Competition is real, and honestly, that's great for customers. That said, this store feels like it may have passed its prime a bit. They still carry the basics (and that's important), but the fresh grocery selection feels inconsistent. On the flip side, there's a noticeably bigger focus on frozen meals and frozen options, which is convenient... but it's not quite the same as walking in and feeling confident about the fresh picks. A bigger concern for me: a few times I visited, I noticed items that were close to--or possibly past--their prime/expiration date. That's the kind of thing that makes shoppers hesitate, especially when there are so many alternatives nearby. I genuinely think a little refresh would go a long way: - tighter inventory rotation - clearer quality checks - small clean-up / organization upgrades This is still a local business, and I'd like to see them bounce back. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat! I had a really bad experience with a bikini wax ages ago so I was very against it in general but leading up to a Florida vacation, I'd thought I'd give it another try. I found Cashmere through yelp and am so happy and pleased I did. Her prices for a brazilian are competitive with other salons but the service is amazing. She makes you feel comfortable and answers all your questions. Its a very judgement-free zone. I like that it is just her business and you don't have to go through a salon environment. She works around your schedule and texts you reminders before your appointment. She even texted me a few days after my very first one to see if everything was going ok. The hard wax she uses only adheres to the hair and not your skin and I have to say, the second time I went was there was little to no pain at all. She definitely renewed my faith in waxing and I will be trying my underarms next. read more
