Would not even give this location one star....waited over 30 minutes on hold to be told that there is one caller ahead of you...what a joke!

I attempted to deposit $500 cash to my PayPal account at this location. The transaction was voided…read morein the system, but I was not given my cash back. The receipt showed "change $503.95," yet no money was returned to me at that time. When I questioned it, the cashier told me the money had already been put in the safe and asked me to come back at 10 PM (about three hours later). He also stated it was a "new drawer," even though I had been in the store the entire time and no new cash transactions had occurred at that register. Since the transaction had just occurred and the receipt clearly showed a void with change due, I requested that the drawer be reconciled immediately I wasn't leaving and that a manager be contacted. After the manager reviewed the receipt over phone, I was given my money back. I strongly recommend customers carefully review their receipts during large cash transactions and request immediate reconciliation if anything appears voided or incorrect. I then said instead of shrugging it off just apologize, and he said "apologize" with a smile on his face at which point I walked out before I lost my anger.

They ran out of small cups for the Slurpee machine and didn't have anymore in stock. Thus, I would…read morebe forced to purchase a larger size although I didn't need that much : ( Drink area was sticky and messy and the cashier was dripping with displeasure. I recall that this used to be a tolerable 7 Eleven. I guess it must depend on who the manager is and who is staffed at the location. Plus, parking can be tricky backing in and out of spaces in front of the convenience store, as the parking lot is small and the entrance/exit is to the left and right.

Overall this store isn't a bad store that's not why it gets a 3 star rating…read more It's in a really weird spot I don't know if it's by apartments or what that gate that opens is but there's so much traffic and there's a little shopping center as well that it's in. If you go there you'll know what I'm talking about it's just a very weird set up and I just would prefer to go somewhere else but I'll go here if it's closest. There was this man out there today just sitting there staring at everyone I don't know if he does that a lot but just a weird vibe there. Wasn't a worker. The worker was pretty nice I just don't like how my feet got sticky what I got in there. I wiped it off on the rug real quick I'm not keeping your stickiness with me that's gross. Tried to call the comment line on the receipt but it doesn't seem to be a working number. But I honestly expected that after the service I received.

I was out taking care of Business!!…read more I got a Junk Food Craving!!! So I rolled to this Walgreens!!! I rolled in and found this place has a Huge Candy Section!!! After getting disconnected multiple times, I called back and asked to speak with the Pharmacy…read moreManager. I was told the Pharmacy Manager wasn't available, so I asked to speak with any manager. The manager told me he thinks the Pharmacy Manager's name was "Lau" (he spelled it) and that the pharmacist answering the phones might be "Shemma." I told him that I had already been disconnected multiple times and was just trying to get my prescription. The manager wasn't rude, but it didn't really feel like I was talking to someone who was concerned about fixing the issue. I expected a little more urgency since why are the pharmacy staff acting like they answering calls and disconnecting them on "accident". Instead, the only solution offered was to transfer me back to the pharmacy and let them know I was waiting on the phone. When someone answered, I asked if her name was Shemma. She immediately responded, "Nope," and transferred me. I was connected to Shemma. I realized she wasn't the same person that had disconnected my earlier calls because her voice sounded different from the employee who had answered before. Since Shemma stayed on the line, I decided to ask about my medication and a possible prescription transfer between Walgreens locations. I explained that my regular Walgreens told me that if this location had the medication in stock, they could request the prescription transfer. Shemma told me, "No, I can't do that. Call that Walgreens to transfer it." This completely conflicted with what I had already been told, and I felt like I was being talked over. My biggest concern is still the employee who initially answered the phone. After one of the disconnections, I called back and asked for her name first because I wanted to know who was disconnecting the calls. I figured if the call got disconnected again, at least I would know who I had spoken with. When I asked for her name, she responded, "Sure," and the call was disconnected. This is another reason I strongly recommend asking for the employee's name at the beginning of the call. I feel like people are less tough when they know you know who they are. If you need to follow up, file a complaint, or reference a specific interaction, having the employee's name can make that process a lot easier. With that being said, I don't need my prescription to be filled here anymore. Goodluck to ya if you have to call this pharmacy.
