They were super friendly, highly knowledgable, & answered all my questions. Their passion & positive vibes were contagious. Being a fragrance lover who blends scents at home, I appreciated the clear, beautifully crafted guidance. The class balanced simplicity for beginners with deep educational insights. On top of that, their fragrance selection was unbelievable--literally a library of scents! They had over 700 options, from designer oils to pure essential and aromatherapy scents. As someone who's taken other classes with fairly small options, having such an eclectic, rare selection to choose from was next level. This was a perfect act of self-care after a busy weekend, and I left with new knowledge, a beautiful custom fragrance, and immense joy. This truly was a one-of-a-kind experience. Highly recommend! I love supporting local businesses and see myself being a frequent customer--probably will pop-in once or twice a month! I am excited to bring friends here for birthdays and special occasions. Already, planning to bring my husband for a date--so we can create a fragrance together! I'm just thrilled that something like this exists right here in the East Bay. This experience was a gem, and I can't wait to return again and again!

Upon learning my scent profile, they helped me make bold but educated choices -- The one thing that I have come to terms with is that I love scents that work for me. I used to chase scents that were the "most popular" or "most attractive." However, our body oils change that profile a bit and the same scent does not smell the same on everyone. So although I do enjoy oud scents, not on me. So I told the workers there, "I like strong but subtle" and "I have some sweet scents in my armoire." Santal and Noir were previous purchase and the obvious choice would be something similar. However, a sweeter scent would also be obvious based off my collection at home (MFK 540 E, Carmina, etc.). The ladies here (on two different days) helped me decide on a scent (which I'll gate-keep) and I have loved it ever since. It smells amazing and I've received several compliments so far. Come here, be open to suggestions, and allow the scents to sit on your skin. I'd suggest coming here with no scented lotion or perfume on already and allow the oils to sink into your skin. Then maybe, you'll find out that the less "popular" scent works better for you than the Le Labo you smell on everyone else!

I didn't open one of the products - a tube/stick of lip balm - until a few weeks after it arrived since my prior lip balm hadn't run out yet. When I opened it, I discovered that the product was defective. Specifically, the roller was broken so it would not roll up or down. I took it to the Walnut Creek Sephora to try to replace it. I was told that the return window that apparently expired the day before, and they accordingly would not accept or exchange the product. I asked if they could make an exception given that the product was unquestionably defective and unused, and I had just recently opened it. The manager said no, absolutely not, and if I had a problem, I could take it up with their corporate office. I drove home, hopped onto Sephora's website, chatted with one of their employees via online chat and they helped me exchange the product in less than a minute, no questions asked. They didn't even mention that the return window had apparently closed. Not only is it irritating that the Walnut Creek manager refused to make an exception for a defective product, but what a waste of resources and what a way to contribute to the carbon footprint unnecessarily. I had to drive to and from Sephora, then package the item and drive it to UPS to drop it off, then have Sephora mail me a new box with one single lip balm. When the manager simply could've replaced it on a spot in the store. All for a $25 lip balm.

I honestly buy my fragrances based off of woman's opinions (very important). It's easy for us male kind to buy some "Stetson" and call it a day, but that won't get you very far when you're hoping to attract someone. I'm glad I found this "Luxury Perfumes" in my local mall and they had the one of the colognes I been wanting for a while. And here is what I thought of them.. Wednesday, March 28 2018 Place: Luxury Perfumes Antioch, Ca People: 1 Adult Story: My birthday is only about 3 weeks away and I always plan ahead. This year my party is out of town and I don't want to go out without making a impression. Smelling good is always a way to leave a good and lasting impression, so with my mind made up I made my way inside "Luxury Perfumes" and flipped a coin as to which cologne I was going to buy, and with the winner being being chosen, I was determined to leave with the best value. Service/Hospitality: The shop owner "Ranjith" was very kind and polite. I liked the fact that he took some time with me answering some questions about various merchandise and making sure I got what I absolutely wanted. He was patient with me and for that I would have to say that my visit was very pleasant. He even suggested products similar to my cologne options, but my mind was pretty made up and he didn't go against that. Great service all around. Product/Display: I have to admit, this shop was very cluttered. I feel more merchandise was being squeezed out for display than what the shop itself was able to accommodate. The shop was clean, just it was kinda cramped especially the rotating cologne and perfume tester display. Maybe some of the stock should be put away instead of the entire deliveries being set out, for that cleaner look. But all in all, I did leave out with a 50ml bottle of "Paco Rabanne 1 Million" with 9% tax bringing the total to $59.94. I consider this a pretty decent price as compared to the same bottle at competitors. This cologne smells really nice and with the women I use as smell testers, non have thought this smelled bad. It's a warm floral sweet scent that goes well with my body chemistry. Maybe at the next "YEE" you get to smell it on me. A big plus is the bottle looks like a "Gold Bar" as you all should know..I like my gold! Overall: Smelling good is important, and having places that specialize in such a thing is pretty awesome. Cologne is a very important thing to me and I always want the best. I'm happy "Luxury Perfumes" is near by and has pretty much all the colognes I like. They even sell oils here for those of you that like them. They also carry the "Baller on a budget" colognes and perfumes for those that are looking for a value. Overall I would say this place has you fully covered, a big selection with competitive pricing, can't go wrong here at all.
