I gave it three stars for the lady who helped us, she was great. Our issue was the associate named DeDe. My son asked to use the restroom, he has a medical issue with his bladder and kidneys, the lady who was helping us accomodated him. When my son came out he appeared slightly upset. When we left he explained that DeDe had apparently got mad about the other associate letting him use the restroom. While he was in the bathroom he heard the associate DeDe say how creepy it was that he was in there and how stupid the associate that helped us was. At one point DeDe threw a box rather hard against the bathroom door after explaining to another customer her frustrations. When my son came out, sure enough there was the box blocking the door. I honestly am upset by how rude DeDe was towards the lady helping us and that she said so many derogatory things while my son was relieving his self. Word of advice: don't talk sh!t when customers are around nor be rude to other employees when customers are present. read more

I'm been doing hair 20 years and shopping at this company at several locations in three different states. Never have I ever seen such low inventory every time I go into that store they are out of sock. I can't tell you how many times I've walked in there for just a couple different things and walked out of there because they didn't have any of it. read more

Normally when I go here, I dread it because there is this one lady that just sucks the fun out of this store. You can always hear her say, "DO YOU HAVE A LICENSE?" the moment someone steps in the door. Due to her tone, it feels demeaning. However, I finally came across a shining star and her name is Susan! Of all the cosmoprof locations I would drive miles out of my way to shop for supplies because of the staff here !!! Knowledgable about their inventory and they go beyond every expectation to help the customer. Isn't that what our industry is all about? If I could give this place a negative 5 star I will do it. I walk in looking for some men product that I needed for a client. When I ask where the men section was to the employee/manager don't really know if that person was even an employee at all. I was very unsatisfactory with the little supply they have for men. Unfortunately what I was looking wasn't there, I was able to get some stuff but the folks that work there were just so irresponsible. I waited few minutes to purchase my items because the manager was in the back god knows what what she was doing over there. She had some type of attitude when she was scamming my items. Over all experience probably never coming back unless there's a new manager or someone that can actually run the store properly and actually treat there costumers right. read more

Love this cosmo! The staff is super friendly especially one girl that works there. I don't know her name but she has long brown hair is Caucasian and about 5'6. She's very nice and helpful every time I go in there. I would have given them five stars but they're a small location and don't have as much product as other cosmos. read more

I went in to the pacheco/ pleasant hill location today and as soon as I walked in i was asked if I needed help by a tall woman with curly dark hair. I told her I'm looking for a scalp treatment, she acted like she didn't think they had one and that I needed to be more specific. I walked over to the tea tree section by Paul Mitchell and said, " Here it is". I could hear Dede ( I know her name tag started with a D, but didn't really pay much attention) saying oh I hate that one it's so drying over and over while I was grabbing the product. This made me very uneasy about my purchase since she said it several times. A young girl got off the chair she was sitting on and was about to ring me up when Dede ( lady that started with a D in her name) rudely interrupted and asked me if I had a license. I told her yes and I remember the last 2 times I went in she asked me that same question when I was in one of the aisles. She is an older woman with long blondish hair. She told me last time I was in I've never seen you before and I know all my customers. It felt very distrusting and unwelcoming. Anyway, I paid for my product, showed my license and left and will not be returning because of the older lady that is rude and talks crap if she doesn't know you and if she doesn't approve of the products your buying! read more

I went into the store on Tuesday this week. The shorter younger girl who works there. I dont know her name was very unhelpful and rude. This isnt the first time. Ive seen her be rude to other customers at this locqtion as well. I asked her if they still had some shampoos they had some shampoos that were on sale in the magazine and i told her"i dont know where they are can you tell me where they would be" she said "what we have out is all we have right now" and responded in a bothered manner. i said"can you tell me where the brand is displayed so i can look for them " and she said" we dont have any" im like okay and then she said" they would be right here where the travel size things are but there isnt any". When she started ringing me up i started looking around and i found a whole bunch of the shampoos and shes like" i told u they would be there". I was irritated at that point. I got the shampoos in another transaction since she had already ringed up the first things i got. THEN as shes ringing me up for the shampoos i see some little chi oils and i bring them on the counter and she looks irritated with me. I'm like okay whatever at this point. This girl has horrible customer service skills. Sometimes i dont even go to this location because of how rude she is. The other girls are wonderful. Deedee has amazing customer serive so is the other lady with curly hair and the tall young girl that works there. They always smile and always look happy to help. Thats why im giving 4 stars because the other girls make me feel welcomed. But anyways that girl needs to be more friendly. She cannot make people feel like it bothers her for them to be in the store. I hadnt written a review before because i thought maybe shes having a bad day but this has happened to many times. When I came to this location I didn't expect to be profiled as someone who steals my first visit in, but I sure was. At least that's the only reason I can think of as to why I've been followed every step I've take every time I have ever been here, by the entire staff. It's a pretty rude environment, definitely not one that makes me want to purchase anything here, and if you have any questions about product you can FORGET ABOUT IT. None of the regular workers including the manager are even mildly wiling to help, even though, don't forget, they're right over your shoulder glaring at you. Definitely not going back, ever. read more
