They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and did a beautiful job. My daughter's makeup matched her dress perfectly and it looked amazing in all of the photos. Since this was her first time having her makeup professionally done, and she usually prefers a very simple look, they made sure everything was soft, age appropriate and absolutely perfect. We were both so happy with the results. I would definitely come back for another makeup session before a special event. Thank you Liz and Lilliana for helping make my daughter's birthday even more special!

I started with Nely who scanned my skin, wow on technology. She saw exactly the shade I should try right away. In the midst of trying my first shade, Maha, relieved her as it was her lunch break. I really wish she could've waited until she finished with me, her customer, first. It was just a bit disorienting for me to have to switch. Anywayz, Maha was also nice and finished up with me buying the foundation, concealer, and corrector.

She took the time to listen to my concerns and patiently helped me choose the right makeup products for my skin and for the wedding. Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and so patient throughout the entire experience. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I left feeling much more confident and comfortable. Thank you, Jennifer M, for taking the time to help me and for turning what started as a stressful experience into such a positive one. Your patience and genuine care really stood out. The cashier said that if I had any shopping to do, I should return and get it taken care of it later. I replied, I'd rather just get it out the way and had an attitude when helping me. When finished, did not say anything other than 'Next'. I ended up buying a mascara and went back in line. No line at all. And we made eye contact but did not call me over. I asked if she was ready and she replied with "ARE YOU?" I felt completely disrespected and she had no name tag, but the receipt said her name was Arzo. I have never been treated this way in any of the Ulta locations. I only took the time out of my day to write this down in hopes that this Ulta location would improve in customer service and professionalism.

They didn't have the shade I usually buy so I was trying on different ones to see if I could find one that fit and that was in stock. Kimberly nicely approached me and started helping me try on the available shades, the one shade that fit perfectly wasn't in stock and we couldn't get it online either, but she was extremely nice to get me sample, that'll probably last me a few months since I don't do my make up often, and she also advised me to look in other stores since it was on sale. I was lucky enough to find it at a different store and snatched it quickly. Thank you Kim!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SALON SERVICES…read more Absolutely horrible experience. I went in for a simple brow cleanup and walked out with part of my eyebrow missing. Not uneven, not over-shaped, literally missing. The worst part is they covered it up with pencil so I wouldn't notice until I got home. That is completely unacceptable. All they did was refund the service, not even the tip I gave before realizing what they had done. After multiple complaints and constant back and forth, they gave me a $50 gift card, which doesn't even come close to covering the products I now have to buy to fill it in and try to grow it back. I also wanted to get ahead of existing and future sun damage, so I decided to have a combination BBL HERO and MOXI treatment on my face, neck, and chest. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The office is gorgeous, and Dr. Mariotti's entire team is warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They began with an in-depth VISIA complexion analysis that mapped the different layers of my skin and gave us a much clearer picture of my concerns. Brittany Blair, PA-C, performed my treatment, and she was phenomenal. She took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, thoroughly explained her recommendations, and worked with me to create a personalized treatment and skincare plan. During the procedure, she consistently checked on my comfort and made me feel completely cared for. Afterward, the team provided detailed aftercare instructions so I knew exactly what to expect and how to support my skin's recovery. My results have been incredible! I was fortunate to experience only minor redness and swelling, and within about a week and a half, my skin looked smooth, luminous, and glass-like. I could already see a noticeable improvement in my sun damage and overall texture. I cannot recommend Dr. Mariotti, Brittany, and the entire MSpa team enough. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me and my skin!

None of the professional makeup artists I worked with who had been in the industry for about 30 years wore any make up.
