The office is gorgeous, and Dr. Mariotti's entire team is warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They began with an in-depth VISIA complexion analysis that mapped the different layers of my skin and gave us a much clearer picture of my concerns. Brittany Blair, PA-C, performed my treatment, and she was phenomenal. She took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, thoroughly explained her recommendations, and worked with me to create a personalized treatment and skincare plan. During the procedure, she consistently checked on my comfort and made me feel completely cared for. Afterward, the team provided detailed aftercare instructions so I knew exactly what to expect and how to support my skin's recovery. My results have been incredible! I was fortunate to experience only minor redness and swelling, and within about a week and a half, my skin looked smooth, luminous, and glass-like. I went to MSpa for injectables and went to see Hailey. Hailey is so sweet and friendly and a great injector! She was very thorough to make sure she knew where to inject and listening to what I wanted. She was thoughtful to give me the perfect amount, since I like a little movement in my facial expressions even after Botox. I almost always bruise a little bit after getting injections but I didn't have any bruising after Hailey which was amazing!! I had such a great experience at MSpa--immediate customer service, great office, refreshments, etc. I went for an IPL laser/Moxi with the PA Brittany Blair. She was fantastic. I'm about 2 weeks out and my skin looks incredible. I had extensive sun spots, freckles, and redness, which the treatment took care of. Not only does my skin look even and soft, but my skin looks "plump" and glowy. After the treatment, I had a post-recovery skin consultation with Licensed Aesthetician Kendra Ramirez. She was amazing. She walked me through what to expect of my skin over the next couple of weeks. I'm so glad she did! I don't think I fully grasped the importance of the care that would be needed like modifying my activities, caution outdoors, etc. I am so grateful for the staff here and the excellent results. The BEST!! I had icky brown & red spots in my face from old sun damage. I booked a lunch time chemical peel with Linda Becerra there, $199. Such a deal! After 5:days my face started peeling and continued for about another week leaving fresh pink pretty skin! I was so delighted that I waited a month and had another one, it's peeling off now again with great results. In November I will go for the Big kahuna the deep chemical peel which should remove the rest of discolorations age spots and yucky places on my face! Linda and MSpa are fantastic!! It has been great coming in to the office previously but I won't be coming back for the future due to lack of administration skills here. Talked to the front desk lady in Nov 2021 to make an appointment for Botox with Kelly (who's awesome) for Dec 9th appointment and booked for rhino filler for Feb 17. She mentioned how Dr. Marriott is booked therefore I have to wait to till February to see him. I said okay great it will be worth the wait! Gave a call on first week of Feb 2022 to check in and confirmed my appointment so that I could arrange better. The front desk lady said we will send u text notifications prior to ur appointment (this is usually the case every time before my appointments here) so I was like great. Now one day prior to upcoming visit , I don't get any text notifications and called them and front desk said I don't have an appointment with Dr and he doesn't even see patients on Thursday. Mentioned that Thursday's are his surgery day and how would I even know his schedule. Long story short, don't waste your time making arrangements with the front desk. The time u have waited, where you could have gone anywhere else in the Bay Area!! Won't be coming back!! read more

Been going to Dr Marriotti's for fillers sporadically over the years and I have never been more satisfied than I am with my last visit. So nurse Liz is amazing with lips she finally gave me the lips I have been trying to get for years with different injectors. I like her technique and I have the fullness that I've always wanted. ( please remember ladies and gents that dissolving is a necessary component to achieving desired lip results dissolving migration is some thing that must be done in combination with lip filler over time to maintain and achieve natural looking lips )... I also got facial sculpting done by nurse Stacy and she is absolutely amazing. Super professional in every way, she marks out areas on your face and doesn't just go in blindly. This was my first time getting injected by both nurse Liz and nurse Stacy and I am so happy. Five stars but I'd give 100 if I could. I did a revepeel about a month ago. I've been suffering from melasma for 12 years and there is not one thing I've used that has worked like this. I've got lip fillers for years at a place in Stockton and once I moved back to the Bay Area I was looking for somewhere closer to home. I have been going to MSPA since 2020 for dermal fillers and recently started getting hydrafacial regularly as well. The results I am seeing have exceeded all of my expectations and I have the best skin I have had in years. I see esthetician Linda for a Hydrafacial every two months and after just two sessions I have seen amazing improvements in the texture and overall appearance of my skin. I haven't been here about 5 times for lip fillers. All those times were very nice and Kim who was my nurse was super nice I got juvederm ultra plus every time I went so I definitely spent a couple thousand there. I was happy with my results as Kim is the best! Unfortunately I had called about a week and a half ago to set another apt as my birthday is this coming Monday and I hadn't gotten my lips done in over a year. Not only does Kim not work there anymore but the other lip filler lady was out too so I had to book with another lady. The day of my apt I had gotten an emergency call from my daughter had to go pick her up unexpectedly. Therefor my I would have been about 10/15 mins late max. Didn't think that was a problem at all. I even called and let them know to only be addressed by a RUDE & unprofessional girl never got her name. She said that would be too late and that no one could take me. She then also said I would be charge 100$ because they had to hold my spot. I never said I was going to miss the apt I said I would be a little late. Overall I'm so disappointed now that I can't have my lips done for my birthday and in top of that I'm getting charged. I will never be coming here again and definitely be telling my girlfriends my horrible experience. Way to ruin someone's birthday!!! read more
