I was always hesitant to get a facial because I don't have too many skin concerns and didn't want my skin to react negatively. But Jessica was attentive and gentle. I had a refreshing glow afterward. She asked about my current skin regime and recommended a better technique to apply my vitamin C and SPF that I wouldn't have known otherwise. Her private room is dark and relaxing which makes it really hard not to take a nap in there haha. She has her own point system too that can go towards products or your next treatment! At 37 I finally decided to start taking my skincare routine seriously. I don't do pain. I have to be on Valium to have blood tests and cavities filled. So, it's been a several YEARS that I have had skin tags on my face. I've gotten a few more in the last several months, so I FINALLY started looking into having them removed. I read about Earth here on Yelp, made an appointment, and went in, not really sure what to expect regarding the process or expense. Jessica couldn't be any sweeter. She immediately put my fears at ease with her her approach and authenticity. Her spa set up is professional and the atmosphere is relaxing. We ended up doing the procedure the same day. I wasn't even on Valium! Not gonna lie, it wasn't like going to Disneyland, but not nearly as painful as I had thought it would be. The Skin Resurfacer is a permanent treatment (she has literature on it), so it completely removed the tags. And I felt that the cost it was VERY reasonable. Bought a gift certificate to Earth at The Sanctuary for my wife as a Valentine's Day present based on the good reviews. Today my wife went in for an eyebrow waxing and a facial. Unfortunately the waxing didn't go too well as my wife's skin under her eyebrows were peeled off during the waxing. As such my wife didn't get the facial and received a full refund. My wife said the service provider was nice and didn't do the bad waxing on purpose but unfortunately it didn't go well. My wife is in a lot of pain and hopefully will heal soon. She's never had this problem in the past and gets waxing done at least once a month. read more

Jessica was super nice! I went to her for skin tag removal after reading the reviews. I have to say it was quite painful and I had to go back twice since I couldn't handle the pain. I am surprised others were ok with the pain. Jessica was super sweet and tried to make sure I was comfortable but it was painful. :) It's unfortunate I couldn't get them all removed since it was too much for me to handle but maybe it's just me? :) I thought I had a high pain tolerance but I guess not! read more

All I can say is Jessica! Who is a definite "go to" gal. She found knots in my shoulders that I had no idea were there. I have never had such a good massage done in which the masseuse was so highly educated in the body. She really takes the time to learn your OWN body and doesn't do what most places do which is "their routine", that they do on everyone. When you walk into her room you feel relaxed, her calming voice makes you feel relaxed...guess you can say I enjoyed relaxing while she did what she does best. Jessica is absolutely amazing. I have been searching for a new massage therapist for a while and have finally found one who is much better than my previous ones. I have had several 1 hour sessions with her as well as a 1.5 hour session and I have absolutely no complaints what so ever! Everything is absolutely perfect. I leave there feeling relaxed and stress free, which is what I am after. The prices are also pretty reasonable and I go about once a month to get a massage as my body is usually pretty tense since I work construction. This is such a great day spa and its because Jessica is amazing. I've been to many high end day spas, but this definitely takes the cake. The owner is experienced and it is obvious she cares for her clients and the treatment she is giving. I had a bikini wax which was as painless as they get because Earth uses quality hard wax. I also had a 1 hour massage which was not your ordinary massage as Jessica focused only on the areas I asked. A whole hour on my shoulders, back and neck. Not your standard "Club Rub."
