I normally don't preschedule so I see multiple different hair stylists which may or may not be a good thing. I recently prescheduled an appointment and was running late so I gave a call to the salon. The woman on the phone was short and slightly obnoxious in that she was almost happy to tell me I would need to reschedule and still pay 100% for my cancellation. I did not cancel anything and it was a forced cancellation. I even asked if there was a late fee I could pay or reschedule it and only pay 50% for rescheduling fee since I've been a customer for so long but once again, she sounded happy to tell me no. I understand that being late is 100% my fault but I've also had to wait for my stylist for 10-15 mins when arriving on time so they are also not 100% punctual. This left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will unfortunately not be going back anymore.

But do not be fooled, beauty is pain, and depending on the tolerance of your skin, you have to go through the ugly before you can experience the beauty of it all. I have only been going to her since July and my skin has never looked better. It is constantly glowing and dewy. Even with my mask on, you can tell that my skin looks great. And when the mask is off, no one can believe it. I have had so many compliments from my colleagues and friends about how radiant my skin looks. Additionally, my skin is finally on a schedule where the only skin begins to shed. I would definitely recommend Touch of Magic to anyone who is serious about getting their skin right. I know that Leny has other treatments as well but I am all about a solid skin care routine. I come for a facial every week and if not ever other week. I am loving my skin and the radiance and youthfulness I get.

Fast forward a few months ago, I did a pre consultation for a different procedure. I decided not to move forward because they would only do a package of 3 and I only wanted one to start. Ok no big deal. I booked an appointment for another CoolPeel. They would NOT credit me the $200 consultation fee for the procedure I didn't want to do. That is kind of bad business and punishing your clients. Not too happy and it's hard for me to recommend SkinScience based on this. So many of her clients have stayed with her for years for a reason.
