The hair quality is fair. The selection is fair. If you are looking for more so of larger or variety of hair, I do recommend going to a warehouse. But if you are looking for other goods, like earrings, comestics, accessories then this is your go to place! The hours are weird though. That being said, the store is small. It will take you a while to find what you need among the overstocked shelves and walls. There may be one to two employees on the floor at a time. If you have questions, you better speak up when there's a bunch of other customers with burning questions. One cash register takes cash, the other takes debit/credit card. So again, if there's a lot of customers, you'll be waiting in line if only one cashier is available. I don't think refunds are a thing here so choose and buy wisely! read more

Surprisingly vast selection of wigs, including half a dozen softly-lined gray wigs, chemo style. I had no idea this place was tucked in next to Lucky's! Friendly service and competitive prices. They are very patient when you take forever trying on wigs. This makes up for the lack of a table to sit at - basically they just have a chair in the aisle and a mirror stuck between all the wig heads. I left today with a lace front, schoolmarmish bob in highlighted honey brown and blonde for the next time I have to hide my flaming henna and pass for a grownup. If you're looking to transform yourself in the opposite direction, they have some yummy dark-grape-jelly purple wigs that sorely tempted, and several rooted and lace-front styles in trendy, more human colors. As I was walking around I saw earrings in here for "ALL LIVES MATTER". Willing to give them a chance, I asked if they at least had "Black Lives Matter" earrings. I visited the store to purchase hand and body lotion. In an effort to get out of there fast, I hurried my minions and didn't pay attention to what the rude clerk was charging. I should have, and that was my bad. However, this is what's she does for a living and she should also be ethical and honest. I will not visit the store again! The young staff of women here are very friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of beauty products ranging from curling irons to wigs, false eyelashes and nail polish. I frequent this place once a week and I don't have a complaint. The hair product selection is huge and is usually overwhelming for me. That's actually a good thing though. I would recommend this place to those who are searching for a specific beauty or hair product that you cannot find at the local Walgreens or CVS. read more

They aren't open until 7:30. I arrived well before 7:30 to find lights off & doors locked.

This is the second time I have been here during their stated business hours and they are not open nor answering the phone. It is 10am, and they are supposed to open at 9:30am. If you can't open by 9:30am, change your hours!! I gave two stars because they are a good place for products when they are actually open but I don't think I will be back because they keep wasting my time. read more

I came in here earlier today to look for some human hair clip-ins for myself as I am going to a wedding this weekend and would like some longer locks for a cute hairstyle. I came in and there was absolutely no greetings and as far as I could tell, there was maybe only 2 people working. I never got asked if i needed any help either. I went to the registered and asked for help, since I had my autistic kid with me. I got what I wanted, they did not have too many options and not the exact length i wanted but you know that is okay. It is still a good length! THe prices were amazing too! Plus on sale! I think I Would come back for the products. I don't buy hair extensions here because they are over priced plus the employees never help you they just sit there and converse even if you've been there for a while walking up and down the isles. Been going here since 08. Recently bought a $100 thing of clip ins suggested by Ro. Took them to a licensed stylist just to find out the B n G ECW 100% human Virgin hair was MIXED WITH SYNTHETIC the hair would not curl pr do anything! I took it back to Ro and the owners wife miss Kim. They apologized and wrote me a store credit card, literally after looking around for 10 minutes Ro tells me I'm a liar and that this hair was different than the others and that my store credit isn't valid. The whole time shes telling me this, shes looking down at me giving me condescending looks. I was honest with her and told her why would I lie? I've spent so much money in here over the years? And I brought a known stylist in here to vouch that the hair was not what it was advertised to be? Her response was "oh yea we know you but this isn't the original hair you changed it sorry" I'm a loyal customer who will never go back or recommend this place to anyone again! read more
