This is one of those places where you have to go in in order to see all the before/after pictures, as they are not all posted on their website. This is a doctor who has done THOUSANDS of these procedures and you get to see a glimpse of them with these before/after pictures! It was through a colleague that had her nose done by him that I decided to head in for a consultation! Immediately, I knew what a professional, experienced, and meticulous surgeon he was. I felt no rush, as we went through the pictures one by one. Some nose jobs required an incision in order to fix the tip, some nose jobs did not and just needed the bone shaved down. This all depended on what I personally wanted, for which he gave his opinion and advice. I decided to go with wanting my tip to be smaller as well, in addition to my bone being shaved down. I truly believe that your nose is the capital of your face! It changes EVERYTHING. It was pretty crazy to see the difference that small change to your nose can make--I'm so happy I made this decision. Gigi took great care of me as well, she is HILARIOUS. When I expressed concern, I was reassured that it could be corrected after the six-week healing period and was told, "It's better to correct something that's too light than too dark." While my trust was shaken at that moment, I gave the benefit of the doubt that the correction would be handled willingly. Later, I was informed that a $100 correction fee would apply. I explained that this was not a change of preference, but a color error. I was told customer satisfaction was the goal, and the fee was reluctantly waived. From the moment I arrived for the second appointment, Chakay Smith's demeanor was noticeably different. There was no warm greeting as before. Instead of being taken to the treatment room, I was instructed to remain in the front lobby while numbing cream was applied and told to wait 15 minutes. I waited closer to 30 minutes, while she disappeared into the back. When I was finally taken to the room, communication was minimal.
