On May 10,2019 ,Dr.Serebrakian did a Tummy Tuck and the cost was $9200. 3 days later, I called the…read moredoctor and explained what I had been feeling.. I went into the office to get checked. Doctor stated the tightness would go away. I had explained that, I was having a hard time breathing because my stomach started to bloat, whenever I ate or drank something. I was also severely constipated..He stated it would go away. In between times, I went back to get checked and I would share the same information about how I was feeling. He finally agreed that my stomach was a little fat and could use Lipo.. I asked if, he could transfer the fat to my butt .. Nov. 26, 2019, the Lipo and transfer was done , the cost was $2200.. A couple of weeks went by and I realized that my left butt cheek was much smaller than my right cheek... I also had balls of fat that had swelled up and turn black in certain spots.. I immediately reached out to Serebrakian to explain the issues that I had with my butt.. I went in to see him and the manipulation happened again... I have a story to that issue as well.. However, I got 3 treatments at $130 each in Pleasant Hill and it helped, so no more complaints regarding my bottom to him.. However to this day my right cheek is bigger than the left.. VERY EMBARRASSING . After that , I was still left dealing with my stomach issues and constantly going back and forth with Dr.Serebrakian through Via email, text , phone calls and in person visits still to get no where but rudeness and manipulation. Thanks to a friend that noticed it first the deformity of my stomach and buttocks. My stomach looks bashed in on the left side. It's August 2024 and my symptoms are still the same and a few new ones I'm TRULY SUFFERING DR.Serebrakian tried to blame my symptoms on my large uterus from having twins in 2010.. I can't have a bowel movement without taking a laxative.. My stomach bloats daily after every and anything that I eat or drink. It's extremely hard to breath with the bloating, I'm exhausted daily from doing nothing but going to work..I suffer from headaches when I can't release the toxins out of my body. I have no feeling in my lower stomach.. . I can stick a needle in it and wouldn't feel any pain.. I now struggle with lower back pain, with bloating.I've been seeking medical attention ever since the Tummy Tuck . I've had multiple test done. I have a long list of doctors that I've seen The doctors found nothing naturally wrong . June 2024, My primary care provider stated that my problems are due to the Tummy Tuck Throughout the years, I would reach out to Serebrakian and would get no where with him. He would allow me to come in to get checked but did nothing but reminded me, of how big my stomach was before he did the Tummy Tuck.. His staff was extremely rude, the lady in front with the Yvonne and then his shadow Name starts with a G. They were all very manipulative, when I shared my concerns. They would try to make me think, it was something else wrong with me mentally or come up with another reason why, I maybe having the symptoms. I was told my symptoms were never heard of and I should be thankful that, I look better. I told the doctor and G that, I didn't any longer care about not having a big stomach, I didn't feel normal, I need help ..I've begged Serebrakian for help and all he did was manipulate the situation . He lied and stated he put in referrals to UCSF and when I'd call to check, there was nothing.I respected the doctor, as well as trusted him because prior experiences with him.. Since May 10,2019, I've been suffering with stomach issues. I'm sharing in my story in hopes that someone can possibly help me and to bring awareness.. I tried to keep from exposing but the careless and lack of responsibility left me no choice.. My life will never be the same.. I wish this on no one.. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW PROVIDERS WITHOUT PRIOR EXPERIENCE TO PERFORM ANY SURGERIES ON YOU. Pay close attention to providers that's just out for the money..

He has a great eye for delivering natural results and is incredibly knowledgeable. His staff is always warm and welcoming, and he has such a calm, attentive bedside manner. He really takes the time to listen and understand your concerns. One of the biggest benefits has been the relief from my headaches. The Botox has significantly reduced my pain and has made a noticeable difference in my day to day life. I didn't realize how much it was affecting me until I finally experienced consistent relief. I tend to downplay my own health issues, so I especially appreciate how thorough and thoughtful he's been. Without ever being pushy, he helped identify things I had brushed off for years, like a deviated septum and valve concerns etc. I had normalized my breathing difficulties, but thanks to his approach, I'm finally taking charge of my health and moving forward with the right specialist care. I'm so grateful, not just for the natural results, but for the real improvement in my quality of life. Thank you Dr. Conderman.

Now I can use just the minimum needed to enhance features.   In addition to his impressive surgical skill, Dr. Conderman's relaxed personality and approachable demeanor made me comfortable from our first meeting.  He allowed plenty of time in my appointments to answer all my questions, and his follow-up care was equally attentive.  Staff at both his office and the surgery center were friendly, courteous, and efficient. They always made me feel welcome. I couldn't have chosen a better doctor, and I'm very lucky, and grateful, to be his patient.

For a long time, I wasn't feeling like myself -- constant sadness, low energy, painful periods, and so many other symptoms that were affecting my quality of life. My doctor at Kaiser suggested it was depression, but something inside me kept telling me there was more to it. I started doing my own research and learned about Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). I didn't know MSPA offered it until they sent me an invitation last October. I made an appointment right away. From the very first visit, the staff made me feel heard and comfortable. They were kind, patient, and took the time to walk me through everything -- what the treatment involved, what to expect, and why it might help. They sent me to Quest Diagnostics for bloodwork to check my hormone levels, and after reviewing the results, we moved forward with the procedure. It was quick -- about 10 minutes -- and the only discomfort was a brief sting from the anesthesia. Within the first month, I noticed a remarkable difference. For the first time in my life, I had my period with NO cramps. I felt happy -- genuinely happy. It's hard to describe, but it's like I finally wanted to live again. Six months in, and there is no going back. This has been a life-changing experience. It turns out it wasn't depression or me "feeling crazy" -- it was my hormones. I would also like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible staff -- Stacey, Brittany, and Hailey -- as well as the friendly and welcoming team at the front desk. You are all truly appreciated -- every single one of you. From the moment I walked in, you made me feel welcome, cared for, and never rushed. Your warmth and professionalism made a huge difference in my experience, and I am truly grateful for each of you. I can't recommend this team enough.

He was realistic and upfront about what limitations existed due to my facial anatomy, and what would be safe and flattering in the long term. I appreciate how personalized my consult felt, and that my surgical plan fit me rather than whatever nose is "trendy". Despite the significant changes made to my nose during my rhinoplasty, I didn't even bruise! I'm healing well, and I couldn't have asked for better results! I cannot stress enough how wonderful Dr. Ransom's team is. As someone who is usually a bit nervous with medical procedures, I really appreciate how empathetic and attentive his team is. Holly and Emily were very responsive and helpful with scheduling, notes, etc. Yesenia was amazing at answering all of my questions about my prescriptions and aftercare. Patricia is so kind, and I feel very grateful she was there for me pre/post-op. I would enthusiastically recommend Ransom M.D. to other rhinoplasty seekers!

Although I had my procedure done early 2025, I had to write this review because my experience at…read moreDr. Ransom's office has been haunting me. I needed a blepharoplasty for my heavy eyelids and found Dr. Ransom on Yelp listed as an excellent, kind, friendly doctor. The consultation was great, Dr. Ransom listened to exactly what I wanted, assured me that not too much would be removed and was very kind. I felt like I was going to be in good hands. A woman at the office took me into another room, showed me some before and after pictures, (though I'm not sure she made note of which ones I liked), and I asked how long is the recovery time, she said "Oh just a week, you can have your procedure Monday and stitches removed Friday." Great, I took a week off. Monday, the day of procedure, before the procedure, we were in a room and Dr. Ransom was getting things together in a rush. I was surprised he didn't confirm what we talked about or go over what he about to do. So I said, "just a little off eyelids and subtle right?" He just said "right" as he was assembling things. I asked "can you please go over the procedure?" and he did. At the beginning of the procedure, his Assistant placed a slightly adhesive pad on the side of my belly, (to monitor my vitals during the procedure). He injected anesthetic around my right eye, then my left eye, (though I noted that he didn't inject/spend as much time injecting my left eye). The procedure was going well, I felt no pain as he starting on my right eye, (though it was unsettling that Dr. Ransom and his Assistant were having casual conversation while working on my eyes-I know he must have done this procedure hundreds of times before, but still - this is my face). Towards the end, Dr. Ransom spent a good amount of time with the stitches on my right eye, but when he started on my left eye, I really felt pain, said it really hurts and "Ow." I realized he must have run out of anesthetic in his syringe when he got to my left eye and just didn't bother to get another syringe. Instead of stopping to give me more anesthetic, he just kept saying, "we're almost done, we're almost done." After reeling from that, his Assistant proceeded to slowly tear off the adhesive pad on my belly, (which is slightly hairy), and I yelped "Ouch!" I was too caught off guard to tell him to just rip the pad off like a bandaid and the Assistant kept saying "sorry, sorry" as he continued to slowly tear off the pad. After I continued to say "ouch, ouch!", Dr. Ransom said, "Oh your little hairs." So in addition to being in pain, I'm now belittled. Feeling terrible from this, I got dressed, shuffled to the Receptionist and scheduled stitches to removed that Friday. Close to Friday, the Receptionist called me to say my appointment was moved to Monday. I said but I took this week off and have to go back to work Monday. She said the doctor said I would get better results if I waited a couple more days to have the stitches removed. It seemed like a lie because why did they have schedule the appt for Friday originally? Silence from her, implying there is nothing I can do about it. Following the appointment, to minimize scars, I was to have 3 small laser zaps at the ends of each eye, administered by the Assistant. I have deep horizontal creases at the ends of my eyes, (had them for a long time), and I asked the Assistant if there was a procedure to address those. He said maybe some filler can help with the "canyons." I had to laugh at the exaggeration and cruelty of the term. I looked at him when he said it and I honestly believe he wasn't trying to be mean, that really was the word that came to his mind. Although ultimately results of the blepharoplasty were perfect, due to the experiences above, I just can not bring myself to go back to that office. I do believe Dr. Ransom is kind, it just may be another situation of having too many clients lined up back-to-back.
