I've been here quite a few times in the past 3 years for both acrylic nails and gel pedicures. I've never had a bad experience. I usually call in to come in within 30 minutes and they're always available for me. They take their time with every service and are willing to listen when you have preferences. The spa is clean and staff are all welcoming. read more

Ouch! Yuck! Believe the other bad reviews. I am new to the area and this place looked clean so I gave it a try. Mani-pedi gone wrong. Pedi: My toe was cut so short I am still in pain the next day, product was left on my leg, skirt was covered in lotion, tips completely uneven. Mani: rushed through, no base coat, sloppy application, uneven ends, chipped within hours. Longer version: I came in with a friend for the same mani-pedi so I was able to compare our service. We were shown to chair next to each other. I was waved to put my feet in the basin. It was hot and I yelped, then noticed no liner (friend has warm water and liner). She started over with a liner, then filled it until it spilled out on the floor. The manicurist left my manicure to clean up the mess. She returned to my mani without washing her hands after cleaning the dirty floor and was not wearing gloves. I had asked for short pedi and long mani. I got short mani and cut to the quick pedi. The pedi cut 3 toes down to the quick, when she used the acetone I actually jumped in pain as it stung in my fresh cut. The filing hurt and was uneven. Her massage was painful, she just dug into my muscles instead of gently circulating the scrub. She didn't wash the scrub off as I came home with a big, dried patch of it still on my leg. She got lotion all over my skirt. The mani was sloppy. She didn't pay attention, rushed through the process, forgot the base coat, and skimped on the layers so it was uneven showing through. I expect smooth, glassy looking finish. This many was full of uneven ridges and smudges. She started my mani after my friend's manicurist, stopped to clean the floor, and finished 5 minutes before my friend's manicurist. It looks terrible and started chipping later that day. I guess she didn't injure me like the pedicure. It's the day after and I am limping with pain in my toes. Avoid. read more

Came in and got a pedicures done with my best friend. We called in our appointment time a day before and when we came in at our time, they were ready for us- no wait time. The lady working with me was kind and respectful. It's clean and pretty in the location. Enjoyed myself. read more

Don't waste your time going here I think they changed they used do my nails so good and I never had any issues but the last time I went my acrylic nails chipped in 2 days and I have been getting my nails done for the past 10 years and I have never ever had my acrylics chip the only thing I have had it nails break. I was so mad I called them and they told me to come in and I showed the owner my nails and she said oh it can happen and maybe the nail lady didn't cure them right or maybe she did a rushed job, I said in all my 10 years I have gotten my nails done I have never had nails chip in 2 days. So she re did all my nails and then had another lady finish them and guess what in 2 days they chipped again. I am so livid, I'm never going back to this spot ever again. They must be using cheap nail polish or they lie and say it's gel when it not. That was my issue. I told her maybe the nail tech accidentally used regular polish instead of gel polish and she said no she used gel polish so two times in a row the gel polish chipped after two days. I don't get it. read more

They have a good set up here as they should since they are a newer nail salon in the area. The space is set up very beautifully and could easily accommodate a large group of guests -- perfect choice for a bachelorette or birthday party treat. It's clean and very spacious. Staff members are really sweet. Call ahead for an appointment as these guys do get busy. This place is living up to its name. read more

I don't know why this place has 3.9 stars. Hilary is quite delightful and definitely prefers taking her time to provide quality service. Vivian did my nails and she did them perfectly. I described a color and she found it, no problem! It's the perfect pink. Both of them were wonderful masseuses and the towels with lemongrass essential oil was *chef's kiss* will definitely be returning! read more

Found this place on Yelp. New to the area and I have been in search of a good nail shop, this place is great!! Love the service I received and the care that was put into my pedicure. Life giving!! Beautiful, relaxing, aromatic and yes LAVISH!! Today was my first visit to the new Lavish Nails in Vallejo and let me first start by saying this place is beautiful! So classy and upscale! Everything is new and fresh and clean and a feast for the eyes! They offer a wide range of services and they are all well priced. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I was so impressed I immediately started calling my girlfriends begging them to make an appointment....and they even take walk ins! The owner Paul was extremely nice and made sure I was comfortable. And Lucy, who did my pedicure was knowledgeable and sweet. Everyone around me receiving services were equally impressed! Did I mention complementary beverages? I know you probably have your favorite nail shop and you want to remain loyal; but I beg you to try Lavish Nails, you won't be sorry!! read more

I wanted to try a local nail salon since I'm not traveling to Vacaville as much. So I wasn't unhappy with my previous salon, I just didn't feel like driving 25 miles each way these days. Things I liked about this salon: 1. Welcoming and friendly staff 2. Easy to make an appt through Yelp 3. No wait when I arrived 4. The decor and cleanliness of the salon was very nice. I watched them sterilize tools and use single use items. 5. The nail tech added a base coat, 2 coats of polish and a top coat. No skimming to save time which I appreciate. 6. The pedicure hasn't chipped in two weeks Things that could use a little improvement: 1. The hot stone massage was a little short 2. The shopping center isn't the best. Once your inside, it feels very spa like and luxurious. But the exterior is meh. I'll be back to try them again. I did enjoy treating myself to a pedi on a Saturday afternoon. The place wasn't too busy so I hope people spot this little shop tucked away in the busy shopping center and try it out. read more

Amazing experience! Kind and talented staff luxurious service. This is my third time at this establishment and I will continue to return. :)

I went here today because the other place was packed. I was greeted by Tony the manager he opened the front door for me! Several of the nails technicians were very nice and friendly and made me feel welcome! I am an older disabled minority who doesn't always feel welcome. But here they were very kind, nice and treated me great! Emily took care of me right away! She cut my toenails quickly and did a great job! Then she took care of my fingernails and also did an excellent job! She put my socks on for me and helped me put on my shoes! Everyone was so kind and friendly! I was done in 15 minutes! Emily , Tony the manager did a great job! I felt like family here! The kind you're happy to see! Please go see Tony the manager and Emily my new favorite technician! You will not be disappointed! read more

I stopped by for a pedicure and I will give props that it is clean and there are several options. I did not get the most basic pedicure and surprisingly it was still done in 30 min or less. I typically pay the same price for pedicures that are more extensive and take double the time so I think here you may be paying more for the ambiance. They do offer water or wine so that's cool. All of the employees were nice so no complaints on customer service. I would reccomend if you want something quick or maybe even for a gel polish color change. There didnt seem to be alot of color options compared to the two places I normally go to but there was enough to find something you'd like. This place is also very new and deserves to get settled and perfect their services. I do hope they stay around, it is a very cute nail salon. read more

Was able to get a pedicure as a walk in. Place was clean and service was friendly. I was thankful for the person doing my nails who was patient as I went thru five different colors until I found one that I liked since my initial color wasn't available. Would definitely come back. read more

The salon is clean BUT I should have trusted my guts and left as soon as I sat down. When asked what color I wanted I made my selection and was told "5 colors, why do you need 5 colors?" Well because I want it and I'm paying for it. I also told the tech I currently have dip powder and I like it a little thicker. I work with my hands and my normal manicure last 3 weeks. Sigh after removing my polish the tech tried to give me gel polish. Again. I am paying for the service and I asked BEFORE I sat down if I could do dip powder. After all of that and still not being completely satisfied I came home and noticed there are streaks in my mail polish. I told the tech I'll be back in a few days because I know this isn't going to last and I will be back. I will also update if my nails are not redone. read more

Went to get dip powder on my regular nails with gel polish. Not sure what kind of dip that man used or what he did to my nails, but my nails look horrible. Gel began to peel the very next day, and then next thing I knew my nails looked horrible. The powder is still on my nails, and it hurts! My nails have began to crack and split, I've had yo to cut them to the nub due to how painful the cracks in my nails were. Used to be a regular but will never go back again. read more

Beautiful all around! My mom and I spontaneously decided to get our nails done yesterday and we were extremely satisfied with their service and nail spa. They squeezed us in at the end of the day for 2 manicures and pedicures. The care we received was greatly appreciated. Paul welcomed us in and offered us drinks while we were in the waiting area. My mom and I were amazed at the beautiful decor and paintings on the ceiling which were done all by his wife Cathy. The music, ambience, and smells were so clean and fresh. The spa chairs were beautiful and high-tech. I got my nails done by Tony who has great artistic hands. Cathy also did my pedicure and my feet feel great! Everyone took time and careful attention to detail for both services. My mom has hard calluses on her feet and they were also able to help with that! I haven't been to a nail spot with as nice accommodations and low prices! My mom and I will be bringing our family here out soon. You have to visit the place sometime!! read more

After hearing good reviews about this nail salon, I decided to go, make an appointment and see this place. Once I walked in, the nail salon looks new, clean and organized. It was empty, so that was a great plus. There was no one in there. So basically I'm saying to myself, maybe I came at a good time. I was seated in the pedicure chair, pedicure was done by Mimi. She is amazing, get her to do your pedicure. I got the classic pedicure was nice and relaxing! As far as nails, I got Lucy, to do my nails. I got acrylic round shaped nails. She is very good. Very nice also. Also Kim is very sweet as well; she help gave me some color ideas. When it comes to nail color decision, it's hard for me to find something I like. They have a variety of nail colors, dipping powder colors, gold flakes, diamonds & everything else. I will definitely be a new client to this salon. Also signup for their emails, there is a $10 voucher you can use. read more

Amazing service. My friend and I were greeted at the door my the owner Paul who was very kind. They were literally ready for us! We were seated right away and they got to work quickly. Tony, did my pedicure & he played no games. He was thoughtful, quick (but not too quick), and efficient. The owner Paul offered us wine, water and an assortment of soft drinks. Like any good server he frequently checked in with us and gave us plenty of space to still relax enjoy our experience. I never sat down, rather he checked in on all of his customers and made sure the salon stayed clean and orderly. 10/10 I definitely recommend! read more

I've spent time coming here we're I would stop and return again over a two year period. We'll the camels back is broken. I'm not going to go into all the things wrong with this place because if I did I would have to continue on the next web page. I will just share three pertinent issues. After the pandemic their prices changed I got a fill and paid one price. When I returned two weeks later the price had increased by $20. The woman tried to convince me that I must be mistaken by with the amount I paid previously . They try to think the know so much about nails, but when you tell them what you want they actually try to talk you out of it and get what they tell you. All while speaking their language amongst themselves talking about you and cackling like hens. It's very disrespectful and rude, but they think you don't know they're talking about you. Lastly they put amateur women on your nails who are still in some training mold. That's what happened to me and my nails were a total disaster . I had to get them taken off, and come back two days later for a redo and they blamed me. Really when the chick who did my nails shouldn't be allowed in anyone's shop. Their prices change every other fill. And if you want to be talked about especially if your black stop by here. The name maybe called lavish but the service is far from lavish. read more

first time here. place is pretty and clean. I was greeted by a lady at the front right away. Told her I'm here for a pedicure with gel. I didn't get her name but she did a pretty good job. She took her time time to cut, clean, file, buff, and polish. The sugar scrub smelled and felt nice. The tech even double lotioned my legs. So now my legs are soft and shiny. I ended up getting an orange creamsicle/peach like color to end summer and start of fall season. I may come to this salon the next time I'm I the area visiting. read more

Walked in for a gel mani pedi and was in and out in 23 mins-no bueno. I came in on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't busy. It was the cheap crappy fast food of nail services. A male with blond hair did my manicure and did it so fast without a care in the world. It's as if I was asking him to do an annoying chore. He didn't file or shape my nails and the gel was so thick. It seemed like he was complaining to my pedicurist in another language to stop massaging my calves because he was painting my nails. So my deluxe spa pedicure was anything but deluxe. Also, my cuticles on my toenails are throbbing, she cut way too deep. I was so unhappy that I immediately went to another nail salon to get them redone. read more

The friendly gentleman Tom greeted me right away got me some water and set up a pedicure station for me. Then Emily came and started doing my pedicure, and Tom gave me a little glass of red wine. The other customers were chatting and laughing having fun also drinking wine. Tom was generous on refilling that wine cup for us! My pedicure was $69 and I got white gel Pedicure.
