It was my first time at this small nail salon and I was impressed. I made an appointment for my mom and I, she got a pedicure and I got a mani pedi. We were seated and started on right when we arrived despite it being busy and then taking walk-ins, so I recommend making an appointment if you can. They were super nice and friendly and even brought us complimentary bottled waters on a tray. They have a wide range of colors, each in standard polish or gel so you can choose any shade even if you just get the standard services. However their nude shades are pretty limited, so that's something to be aware of. Overall I enjoyed this nail place and would come again! read more

I will not return to this place. The manicurist virtually ignored me. I had to explain over and over how I wanted my nails shaped. When she was doing the manicure, I had to stop her in mid-stream as she was not shaping as I had asked, she was cutting the cuticles which I had asked her not to do, and then to top it off the polish job was totally not professional. This place is wonderful! For 5 decades I used to think that men do not get manicures and pedicures. One day I decided to get a pedicure. My feet were in BAD shape. They were ver patient and gentle. It took a while the first time because my feet were so bad but as soon as I walked out I could tell a difference. My shoes fit differently and my feet did not hurt. I tried a manicure and that was just as wonderful. Now I go all out with tips and gell! I get lots of complements. Candy and Hannah do all my visits but the other ladies are very good. One person can make or break the experience. There is clearly one lady who works here who should not, and according to the customer sitting next to me, she is a known disaster. This was my first experience with this salon and unfortunately I did not get her name should I decide to try this salon again. 1- she cut into the sides of my big toenails hurting me a few times where I actually yelped. Three months later, I am still experiencing pain as one of the nails is trying to grow back. 2- she must have put on about 9 or 10 coats of gel polish before I stopped her from adding another coat. The layers were so thick and distorted, I finally asked that someone else redo the big toenails. 3- the angle/ shape of the big toenails did not match each other. I had to reshape them when I got home. 4- I never got a leg or foot massage. I have not had a pedicure since this experience (I removed the gel polish myself) and am waiting for the pain to stop in the one nail before I try again. Fortunately it is winter and I usually give my nails a breather during this time. read more

I requested an appt with Hanna (she is who answered the phone) to take care of me since I did not have a good experience last time. We agreed on a time. When I arrived I explained what had went wrong last time and I that is why I scheduled specifically with her. Even at my polite refusal I still was placed with the same individual that I had last time! I am completely disappointed with the service I received once again. The gentleman that did my nails did not soak my cuticles and for a proper trim. After layers and layers of gel applied, and nails that were filed too short for even me ( I like them short but they are ridiculously short ) he did a half baked attempt at the lotion massage and talked the entire time to the co worker who prior to that abruptly moved my purse off her chair and stuffed it behind my back in the chair. I am completely dismayed with the bad service from everyone I encountered, not to mention the shabby job that was done on my nails. read more

I wanted to love it here but sadly a bad experience changed that hope. I got a pedicure, quite lovely no issues. Another worker came over and asked why I don't get manicure... she talked me into tips w/ dip polish. The new lady (not pedi girl) put my tips on crooked, already glued down and trimmed. I told her it was crooked and she said it will be fixed later. (I know better than that) I asked her to remove the tip and reapply, the other older lady there said "you're picky". I corrected her, I'm not picky when I have to look at them for 3 weeks. The lady takes off and puts on a new tip. We then start the dip polish session.... These things are thick and lumpy. In my mind, I thought they would be filed down to be not as thick as the finished product. I was wrong these nails were so thick if I turned and looked at my hand by the side you can see that it came above the knuckle on my hand. I asked the lady do you rather would you rather do acrylic or dip polishes, and she said she prefers doing dips on people. (These do not look good. I even tried to fix the "lumps" with a design I did at home.) I thought "OK I can live with this for three weeks not a big deal" I've never tried to polish before and was curious. Within four days I lost one of the dip nails, it popped off while I was writing some thing at work. when I got home from work that day another nail popped off and the next morning and three other nails were off. I paid 40+ dollars for nails that lasted five days. I am now at home soaking these remainder nails in acetone because I would refuse to go back there and let them get paid to take these nails off of me. I will say when I left they asked "you like?" And I was already in there for 1 hour pedicure and 90 min tips nails, I didn't want to cry and said yes and left... especially after they were already talking bad about me and calling me picky to my face. If I said no, the only way they could have fixed it would have been to remove them as I was so disappointed. This is sad, as I was looking for a place nearby me to enjoy and get my nails done. It is also a shame because the person who did my pedicure was lovely and did an amazing job. I know when I walked out after getting my nails done they probably talked about me because I ask them to fix a crooked nail tip, and I have now learned my lesson that if I do go in there again ( I probably won't), but I will not let that lady do my nails and hope the one I do my pedicures available read more

First time in was in mid October. I told them I wanted gel nails because I'm allergic to the acrylic powder. I have psoriasis and it effects my nail beds. The lady used the powder fill, dipping twice. After leaving & getting home they were just too long for me so I went back the next day to have them shortened. Same lady shortened them, only a few were crooked. Returning 2 weeks later, I went in for a fill and I wanted my eyebrows tinted. Mae helped me, but she made them very squared, thick & used a polish on the top. Overnight a few started peeling (I spent $100 for the services). I returned the next opening day. She seemed upset bc I asked if she could also reshape them & not so thick. She took it all off and redid the dipping. 45mins. in she tells me she didn't charge me enough the other day ($52 instead of $62-). Okay! Then says I asked for a fill on my nails not a new set. Why would I have to pay for a whole new set when 8 only had them for 2 weeks (btw I was told to return in 2 weeks for a fill)? Not my fault she charged the wrong & my tip to both was generous. Now 8 days after my eyebrow tinting, they are fading! Not happy to say the least and won't return. I never treat myself like this and am very discouraged now. read more

First time visit. May did my nails. I won't be back. She dropped the exfoliating sponge on the floor and then proceeded to continue scrubbing my feet. After filing my nail was left jagged. She forgot to lotion, massage, and hot stone my legs and feet until I asked her (after polish was applied. You can see one toe left messed up after after she put my flip flop back on. Went here for a pedicure was impressed by their layout and how clean the nail salon was. It's super cute and chic and I love it. My pedicure was fantastic I got the Deluxe which included a scented foot bath, foot scrub, hot rocks, a short massage, hot towel and scented lotion. It was all great and worth the price in my opinion. They also offered little water bottles to me which was sweet. The salon chair was also very comfortable and has a massage feature. This is probably one of the worse mani-pedis I've gotten. It is wayyy too expensive for what they do, almost robbery at this point. At first they wanted to charge me $50 for my fill and I said absolutely not, I've never paid that much for a fill especially a really bad one. The nails are thick and chunky, with a very dull shape, and one of them is extremely crooked. They look like crap. I have cuts all over my feet from them hurting me with the cuticle cutters. Three days later and my feet are still extremely sore and I'm not a big baby when it comes to these things I've been getting my nails done for years, I've experienced a little nic here and there but this... this is pretty bad, it really hurts. First impressions of the place was that it is very clean and organized. It does not smell like heavy chemicals inside as many nail spas do. Admittedly I was there to take my wife for her nail needs and i was encouraged by the owner Hannah to try it out as I never had a pedicure done before. I'm sure glad I did because the whole procedure was amazing! My feet were soaked in warm water, cleaned, brushed and fully pampered!! All while being massaged by the automated chair. The chair was very comfortable and I was dozing off a few times. My feet were also wrapped in some essentials oils. That was my favorite part of the procedure as my skin felt immaculate after. Price was reasonable, no issues in tipping and the staff were very friendly. They sure did me well for my first time and it definitely won't be the last! read more

The ladies are all very nice, but they run a sloppy business. My nails were not the same on both hands and tip that was put on bulges out. I had to point it out to the manager who did the shaping and fill, she was the 2nd person working on me. Three people worked on my hands which I found annoying. Not a relaxing environment, at all. My nail technician cut my cuticles so short that they bled, shoved her sharp tool underneath my nail so far that it pierced my nail bed. It's been over a week and my cuticles are scabved over, my hands are still in pain and I've developed several infections. My daughter also joined me and got acrylics, which took nearly an hour and a half and looked nothing like the picture she asked them to replicate. They were uneven and looked awful. With no explanation, they charged us $10 more per manicure than the price listed on their menu. read more

Worst manicures ever! I decided to try this place because it's close to home and super convenient. I really wanted to love it, but it turned out to be the worst manicure experienced I have ever experienced. I went on a Saturday morning with my adult daughter. My daughter got acrylics & I got SNS powder nails. They immediately sat my daughter, but I had to wait about 30 minutes before they had a spot for me, which I had anticipated and didn't mind because we were walk-ins on a busy morning. Once seated at a station, I ended up having to wait another 20 minutes before someone began my manicure. Again, I understood that it was busy and was willing to be patient. Once someone did sit down and began my nails, I was switched to 2 different people and the second person kept bouncing between me and another client. I was irritated but just kept thinking that next time I would make an appointment. What made me decide that I will never go back is the quality of the work. My nails look worse than if I had had no manicure. The finish is completely uneven, the nails are all different sizes and shapes and it looks like the power was just globbed on, which basically it was. My daughter's acrylics were almost equally bad, uneven, and inconsistent in shape. These are so bad that I've already made an appointment elsewhere to have my daughter's and my nails removed and redone. read more

Hanna is the owner of the shop which opened a few months ago. I've been seeing Hanna for many many years. Probably 10+ years. If she moved shops I would follow her.
