My pedicure went amazing but my appointment for acrylics was a different story. The person doing my nails was dismissive but I get it. It's hard to talk to people all day. She begins to exfoliate my legs, aggressively and applying pressure directly to my shin bone. I felt like she was upset that I kept wincing in pain multiple times. To the staff of Bellagio: 1) Never assume a customer does not understand, I myself spent all of my 20s in Asia (Specifically Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan). 2) Please be more gentle with the skin on the toes, it is fragile and can bleed easily. 3) When applying an exfoliant or lotion, regardless of trying to massage the leg, apply with little to no force and focus on areas where muscle resides (example: the calves). This is a very pretty salon and has the potential to be great, but staff must display better customer service and general kindness to customers. If you can't shape and polish then you shouldn't be doing nails.
