I really appreciated how honest and thoughtful she was. I knew then and there she had a lot of integrity and care. Once I arrived, everything felt relaxing and intentional. They're appointment-only, which I loved because it meant my time didn't feel rushed at all (unlike other salons I've been to). It truly felt like protected, one-on-one service. After removing my Gel X, Kim recommended I not do builder gel YET and instead use a strengthening treatment for a few weeks. She didn't push a service just to make money, which says a lot. Also, their tools and cleanliness really stood out. The electric file was super gentle (no burning at all), and everything felt high quality and well cared for. Kim and Kevin were so kind, the space was relaxing, and the espresso was amazing. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and their work. My partner really liked her manicure but her nail polish came off in just a few days and we spent almost 200 dollars for two basic manicures.
