The gentleman who took on the appointment made several errors, from not allowing the polish to dry so that it had to be redone, followed by closing the salon EARLY with the polish ruined before I got to the sidewalk. I decided that there was no hope. The next visit was taken on with a different technician. When I pointed out that the polish was on my skin and the nail not clipped right she actually blamed me for the problem. There were other items that I noticed but allowed to pass. The person who helped me got polish on my cuticles, the sides of my nails, and even on my fingertips. I figured she would clean it up at the end and she did a bit but it was so bad that when I pointed out all the issues, the owner had to come with an electric file and file down all of the excess polish -- and even then it STILL looked messy. You can see some of the polish left up to my cuticles in the photo. I wouldn't risk your $40 coming here -- cus after all that they still charged me the full price. Seems like a toss up if it'll be good or horrible.

I think there were only four pedicure stations and five nail stations in total. I really like the selection of colors and styles but just wanted to do a simple regular pedicure and gel manicure for this visit. My only question was pricing. It's not clear how much each service is and I didn't see a pricing list in store. There's a 10% discount for first-time visitors but somehow I still paid the same as another customer who got a gel mani/pedi when I only did a gel mani. I didn't bother questioning the beauty technician because she did a really good job and gave me the 10% discount. Would go back again (and just pay more attention to the pricing)!
