The other times I've been were walk ins but have never had a long wait. Prices are reasonable and they have a punch card. Staff is friendly and more importantly, does a great job. I figured she would clean it up at the end and she did a bit but it was so bad that when I pointed out all the issues, the owner had to come with an electric file and file down all of the excess polish -- and even then it STILL looked messy. You can see some of the polish left up to my cuticles in the photo. I wouldn't risk your $40 coming here -- cus after all that they still charged me the full price. Seems like a toss up if it'll be good or horrible.

Luckily i was able to do a walk in appointment as they werent too busy. But got busy right at the tail end of my session. I did a walk in on early friday afternoon and had a very specific design and color i wanted. This place had the color but i needed to confirm if they could do the deaign. The technician did a fantastic job catering to my needs and even explaining why they did what they did. On top of selecting this color, they mentioned they wanted to apply another colored coating so that the pink color cat eye i selected will be more aparrant when they finish. The golden heart was the dexor i wanted and they nailed it (pun intended)! It's been so long since ive been so happy with a session. I get compliments everywhere i go. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work for both the pedicure and manicure. I felt like the application had been rushed at the other place I had initially gotten the gel x applied, so I decided to try out Kim's instead. And I'm very happy I did. Annie did my nails and took great care in looking at my detailed design idea, asking me what colors I wanted and checking in multiple times to ask if I liked it. My manicure and pedicure are still perfectly intact 3 weeks later. I will say, I would probably give 4.5 stars if I could, just because the pedicure took a long time as the girl doing it was on phone calls/FaceTimes the whole time and kept texting on her phone. That was strange to me, but the gel pedicure has lasted much longer than at the previous place I went to so I'm happy about that. I also did have to wait 20ish minutes after my scheduled reservation time which wasn't ideal. Overall a good experience and will definitely consider going back for my nails again!

(See my other reviews for example) it might look like a regular nail salon, but the artistry is next level luxury. You might end up having favorites but every tech is incredibly skilled and cares about the details. The salon itself is quite simple, clean and brightly lit. My first time coming in I saw Jojo, then Hannah, then Cherry, all great work. Today I saw Lee who is also the manager and watching her work I was in awe. She was doing my builder gel mani while booking appointments, managing walk ins, checking out customers and answering calls texts, I don't know how she does it all without error but I can see why she's in charge. They are quite busy, so I recommend booking an appointment and coming during slower hours (it's never empty though!) sometimes I find myself waiting after walking in on a weekday afternoon or morning even because their customers always come back. No matter what they always find a way to get me in. They are very transparent with pricing, they will tell you how much everything is, add ons shape change etc. and it is good that they do this. This is not a cheap salon, they charge fairly for their quality of work. The employees seem happy.
