I was hesitant to try this place based on the review but I'm so happy I did because they provided a great service. I came here on a Saturday night as a walk in with my daughter. They did a great job with both our pedicures and her manicure and my gel x full set. The place is also beautiful and clean. I'll definitely be back.
Just thought it time to post an update! I had come here multiple times for mani/pedis and I had particularly loved all my pedis here. They do a nice scrub and usually amazing at painting (smooth, close to the edges) and it lasts a long time. Today, was really more of a 3.5 stars because of my mani. I got a gel mani/pedi and love I was able to be seen right away around 12:30pm (I do always try to call first since sometimes it's very busy). The mani was really not the best; no frills but while cutting my cuticles it was a little rough and the painting was not great - didn't make it to the end of many of my nails and it already looks like I'd had the mani for a week since most of the polish is a bit far away from my nail beds/cuticles. The pedi was great but just a little picky about cutting the nails and having pointy corners (versus smoothing them out with a file). The whole process for both at the same time was 40 minutes, so also super fast. It was $80 before tipping for both which is a good deal I think. Overall, I'd still probably keep coming here and recommend it because it's clean and they have amazing assortment of colors. I think it really depends which technicians you get because I haven't had the lady who did my mani before, but other ones are much much better. DND 065 Thai chili red for my reference :)
The Nail Shop executes nail art SUPERBLY! I can always show an inspo design & they nail it - pun intended - every single time. I'm always satisfied & walk away very happy! For me it's such a self-care moment I look forward to because the space feels inviting, calm, peaceful, and full of light & great energy. It's truly become a space I feel at home! Lisa is soo sweet and accommodating! I walked in at 640 for 2 mani/ pedis with a xgel and they took us right in gave nice long warm pedicures for my self and my elderly client. She had a ball being pampered. And they took there time and let her soak and gave me a beautiful pink cat eye style
Just came to the nail shop for the first time, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! It will absolutely be my go-to place going forward. I was a walk in and they took me quickly, and were very attentive and kind. My nail tech, Tino, was so friendly and SO skilled and detail oriented. I've never had such flawless nails before! The woman who did my graphic (3D chrome spirals) was also wonderful and highly skilled. I am so so happy and grateful!! Thank you!
Nail Technician are great , my 11 yr old daughter love to come here versus any place else. They are just friendly and they give great service. They learn what type of nails you like and they deliver. I like my nails to be more natural looking. I'm sooooo happy with my nails

Love this design. Amy takes one look at inspo and can deliver hands down. She did need some help with the flower but that's ok. Megan stepped in and ate this flower down!! I was in there for a while. But it was the weekend and this place is worth the wait. Loved the music on the background. Definitely chill.

So I can admit on my last visit...it wasn't a good one. The nail tech was cold, couldn't even say hello after I spoke first with a smile. She then brought steaming hot water, literally steaming, along with acetone to remove the old gel off. I wasn't paying attention and just put my hands in the bowl and nearly jumped out of my seat. I asked her politely if she could make the water less hot and instead of agreeing, she said "since you have a problem, you can tell her.". Before I could respond, she yelled for the manager/receptionist, who came over immediately and inquired on the issue. I was shocked. No, I didn't want to burn my hands, but I wasn't planning to make it a big deal either. The manager was sweet and explained that the technician was attempting to remove the gel. I told her I was aware, but just simply wanted to water to be less hot. The manager explained this to the tech and she added cold water. See how easy that way? My appointment continued to go from bad to worse. Instead of asking me to turn my hand a certain way, or to lean in, for example, she would yank and pull my hands and arms rudely. I even asked her, "are you having a good day?", and of course, she ignored me. She was rough with the drills, and repeatedly kept nicking, cutting my cuticles and the skin around my finger nails. I even yelled out a bit on one occurrence because 1) it shocked the heck out of me, and 2) it freaking hurt. The other nail tech even looked over, as I think it scared her as well. At that point I said to her, "you need to stop being so rough with me. I'm serious". At that point, it stopped. The end result: My nails were okay. As I was paying, the same manager who was at the front desk asked about my experience and I was honest with her. She seemed embarrassed and thanked me for my honesty. At that moment she recognized me. I've been coming to this nail salon for months, with no issues at all. Im not a complainer and I'm never rude to any technician. I think based on our past interactions she knew I wasn't the problem. She apologized on the technicians behalf, even taking $10 off my total, with I thought was nice. Again, this was the last visit. I refused to let one bad experience prevent me from coming to a great salon, with talented nail techs. Thy is amazing, very sweet, and professional. She did my nails beautifully, and I was done within a half hour. She corrected the shoddy work that was done the last time, and they look amazing. This is why I am rating 5 stars again. That and the fact the other technician isn't my usual experience. Im not sure if she's new, or was having a bad day, but again...that was an outlier on my usual experience here. Now, I don't remember the name of the other technician, but I have a photogenic memory and if I see that she's the person being asked to do my nails, I will kindly ask for someone else and wait. read more
