My experience as a man who hates his feet touched: NONA HAS THE HANDS OF AN ANGEL! Upon entering I was greeted warmly and given my pedicure right away. From the massage chair to the warm foot bubble bath I give my experience a 1000% . Coming back every month from now on. read more

This place is no frills, but they do great massages and are super flexible if you're in a tight spot and need your nails done. I've found them really affordable and great technicians, but some of the clientele really downlevel the experience - like loudly talking on phones, etc. read more

If you are looking to waste TWO HOURS to get your nails done (just a regular mani, not even a pedi mind you) this is your spot. We walked in at 5:20 pm and did not get done until 7:20 pm. We had to wait over 1.5 hours because they were "busy and behind". Maybe learn some decency and basic customer service and let your patrons know it won't be a "5 minute wait" and instead a 1.5 hour wait? What is most vexing is that they started on our nails then switched to people who came after us, telling us it'll only be a moment but ended up being 1.5 hours. I had initially wanted a pedicure as well. They told me while they were doing my fingernails they didn't have time and to come back tomorrow, fine. But after all the wait and the poor work, they even had the AUDACITY to ask us to PREPAY for the imaginary pedicure I was going to get tomorrow. EXCUSE ME. There is no way I'll ever be coming back here. Such a shame really since it's only a 5 minute walk away. See photos for what waiting two hours gets you- no better, likely worse than what you can do yourself at home. read more

Decent price and good service! $56 for pedi and gel mani and design on toes. The massages from both the person that did my mani and the person that did my pedi was so strong and enjoyable! Just what I needed. They're one of the few places open near me on a Sunday. There's light classical music in the background to help you relax. A few customers got their lashes done while I was there too. I will likely be returning in the future :) read more

I walked in they said sure they could take me right away. Then a couple walks in and they're like "actually sorry it's going to be a 40 minute wait. They called" how irritating is it to be teased that you're about to get your nails done then be told to wait almost an hour. I'll never go back here. read more

They wouldn't do what she ask . They made me feel like shit waiting for them to finish her nails worst place read more

Expensive services, varying quality. I got a mani/pedi - pedicure done by a man, manicure done by a woman. The pedicure was done excellently, the technician really took the time to do a quality job. The technician working on the manicure seemed like she couldn't be bothered with the whole thing, and I had to keep flagging things for her to attend to. I'd go back for the male technician, he was excellent. read more

Thuy is amazing! This was my 4th time coming in here, and my second gel manicure with her. She is very friendly and you can tell she really pays attention to detail, my mani took a little longer than I thought but everyone knows if you want something done right, you can't rush it ;) There is also a large selection of gel/regular polish! Gel polish lasts a long time. I waited 4 weeks before i went in for another mani and i could've gone another week with the same gel polish. It's also pretty easy to get an appointment too! Highly recommend Natural Nails! read more

In the past, I would have given this company a great review. On my past visit, over a week ago, I went in for a simple manicure and pedicure; no gel, polish or acrylic. I asked specifically it they do Shiny Buff. I have asked for this before. Not only did they do a half-ass mani and pedi but they didn't even polish my nails. I am Muslim qnd therefore can't wear polish. I will never to back to them again. read more

Every single nail is a different shape. All crooked. They hacked my cuticles, which aren't supposed to be cut in the first place. I never saw them submerge their implements in the disinfectant between clients. And they didn't fully cover my gel manicure with the top coat. So it's probably going to chip faster. On the look out for a detail oriented Manicurist. If anyone knows of one, shout out! read more

They opened at 10AM today. I jumped in at 10:20 asking if they could do a basic manicure by 10:50, when I needed to catch the nearby train. Jenny was like a machine - an understanding, smiling manicure machine. She was super fast yet attentive to details. She intuitively knew I didn't want anything not required (like moisturizer or massage), though I now look forward to returning so I can experience it all! And when she went to the back to get me a frequent visitor card, she didn't walk - she ran. I really appreciated her responsiveness to my time request, especially when I was the one being overly demanding. Oh, and I like the numbered boards they have from which to choose colors. Looking forward to more. Thanks, Jenny! read more

Great find! Just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail shop. Went on a Sunday, was pretty quiet, was briefly greeted when I walked in and waited a little before I was called to a chair. Called ahead, told them we needed a mani-pedi for three burners. They were gracious, helpful, and all of the staff was super nice. Told the lady doing my toes to go crazy - anything she wanted. She chose an awesome rainbow! Charged me a couple extra bucks for multiple colors, but I didn't mind. Talked with what seemed to be the owner, really nice lady. Manicure was great, asked for a few touch ups, and the rainbow toes looked like candies. Perfect. :) read more

I use to come here all the time and the service was great. The owner Manager / lead person isn't nice. They charged me $15 dollars for a polish change for imperfections they created a week before. Some of the staff is nice but overall they do sloppy work and then when you ask them about it , they speak their language. I will NEVER come back , and won't recommend them to anyone EVER read more

I love this shop, the new owners here are really nice and welcoming. If you're coming to get acrylics request to have them done by Cat she does the absolute best nails. She's funny, charming and will really hook you up. As long as their doors are open they'll have a customer for life. read more
