Came as a walk in around 3:55 and was sat in a chair for a pedicure by 4:05! Which was great for me! The place appears clean, but all of their sanitizers are in the back. The manager came around with the broom twice in the hour I was there, so making sure it stays tidy is a priority. Their color selection is decent, not organized in anyway, but they've got plenty to pick from, and their pedicure chairs have a nice message feature. I got a deluxe pedicure which entailed a 10 minute message, a scrub and a hydrating lotion mask. It was lovely and the woman (Kim) who did the pedicure put a timer on so I knew it was definitely a 10 minute massage!! Her massage was mostly focused on calves, which was nice, but wished it had been a little more balanced (with ankle and heel focused). She also got me a little too deep with the cuticle cutter on my right foot, but haven't seen any blood so hoping it's not an issue. The music they have playing is at a good volume,not too loud, but audible, and it's like 90's / brunchy type music. Overall at this rate I'll be back. Now I just want to see how long my polish lasts. read more

Requested line work that was a very simple (in terms of design) outline. The original technician I had was not experienced enough to achieve the design requested although upon viewing the photo she said she could do it and during the process did not reference the photo and when I told her that this wasn't the same line work as the photo she demanded it was. Which prompted me to pull up the photo to show her it in fact was not. Also, during the process she would forcefully push my hand back once she was "done" with a coat so that my nails could cure in the UV light. This did not make the situation any better. This was my first time here as a recommendation of a friend and I brought my mother with me to give her a spa day. I will NOT return to this establishment and it was not worth the cost. I've been going to this shop for the last 3 years and after my last visit this past Sunday, I will never return. I got a gel overlay fill and in the process, the nail technician who was doing my nails filed down the entire length of my real nails underneath the gel overlay (I was on my phone and not paying attention to what she was doing). When I confronted her about it, I was told that the reason she did it was to avoid a fungal infection...because my real nails were lifting. While I understand the reason, she should've asked me if I was ok with her completely filing off my real nails. I would've just asked for a full set had I known she was concerned about a possible fungal infection. I am angry that she took it upon herself to file my real nails completely off, and the lack of preservation she showed for my real nails which by the way were the SAME length as my gel overlay fill. I felt comfortable going to the shop after 3 years and all of the technicians would frequently compliment the length and integrity of my real nails which I've maintained over time. I cannot understand why this specific technician who has done my nails before, would think this is ok! I am also completely turned off that I was not offered any discount for this complete violation and was still asked to pay a tip (which I absolutely refused). read more

I have come here many times. However, I'm sorry to say that my last visit was awful. I brought my two sisters here for a mani/pedi. The pedi was so odd and unsafe. Chair massages didn't work and they painted our toes before massaging, which made the massage lack luster. The worse part? The person doing my pedi hurt my nail bed so much when cutting my cuticle and I was left in pain. Then the next day, my toe is still in pain, red and infected (see photo). I've never had an infection coming from a nail place. So sad but very upset and disappointed. Staff need better training and the place needs an upgrade. read more

Two weeks later and I'm still impressed with my gel mani-pedi. This was my first time getting my nails done again since COVID. I was able to call and make an appointment 1.5 hours before coming in on a Thursday. I'm glad I didn't because they were fairly busy. A few walk-ins had to schedule for later appointments. The CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS INCREDIBLE!!!! The gentleman at the front was so inviting and charismatic while also managing the timing of several appointments and helping me to communicate with my nail tech! He repeatedly checked on me during my appointment to make sure I was comfortable, happy with my design, etc. And when he was unsure my tech would be able to complete the design I showed her to my satisfaction, he offered that if I wasn't happy with it that I wouldn't have to pay for the design! I ended up loving the design and will definitely be coming here for my nails for the foreseeable future. And 2 weeks later, my nails have grown but NOT A SINGLE CHIP OR LIFTING OF THE GEL!!! Pricey! I paid $55 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure, NO massage. Whoa! The nails came out great but definitely not worth $55 with especially no basic massage other places do for cheaper. The ladies were nice. I'm a very particular person and had to tell the manicurist to file to even out my nails which I never had to do before, figured they got it under control. Anyway, the pedicure massage was great and she painted my toes very meticulously. The manicure is cute but could've gotten rid of the little flaws like a piece of hair on the nail. I come here often to get a pedicure, but today I wanted to come and get an extra treat and got the deluxe pedicure. Never again, waist of money. The lady picked up her phone 3 times while serving me. The scrub last less than 30 seconds on each side as well the rest was just a quick thing. She put nail polish on first before massaging me. I was supposed to get a 10 min message which was nothing like a massage She kept looking at the timer and literally went up and down, that was it. She was not present at all. The Lounge Nail Spa when it first opened, all the employees there were dedicated and takes their time to ensure the best nail experience for the customer. Before, they would take their time making sure everything looks neat and clean, slowly cutting your cuticles, and massage with strength & pressure...The price was fine before, for the price that we paid, we got the experience we wanted. Now it's feels a lot different; the services felt rushed. For acrylics, usually it takes almost towards 2 hours for perfect full sets, but here took less than one hour. When they cleaned up my cuticles, I felt a lot of pain like if she was cutting really deep. As for the pedicure massage, it was like a squeeze and push done, didn't even give any effort at all. Today's experience was definitely not worth the price we paid for, and I don't think we'll be coming back again unless they either 1) Lower their prices or 2) Slow down.
