Service was very good for eyelash tint. Only recommendation would be to recommend after care. I was only told to use castor oil on my lashes; but googling "tint Lash aftercare" I found more recommendations during the first 24 hours. read more

This place is amazing! I've been to a few local lash extension salons, and they were alright. The hardest part is laying on that flat table for an hour plus doing nothing. Not at Lash Empire! During your appointment you'll be seated in a darkened room with music, in a massage chair!!! It was the most relaxing beauty appointment I've ever had that wasn't an actual massage! Haylee was wonderful and professional. She did a great job asking for my preference in the final product and was oh so friendly. Consistently went here attempting to find a good lash artist, I wanted to love this place so bad such a nice aesthetic but the quality is horrible months of wasting money each fill $100 and two days later to need another fill. Retention is horrible. Also I asked for a Bambi set and continued to receive volume sets and fills, glue burned my eyes for days, they used clusters instead of fans. Just a rip off I do not recommend this place. Although I appreciate the response I think 11 times is more than a fair share of chances. The resolution I found was to go somewhere else that suited my needs better. I will not be gaslit by a business owner because of my experience at their establishment didn't go how they thought it should have. The staff is super sweet and very courteous, the lash artists are as well they just didn't deliver what I asked for which was initially not a hybrid or volume set that's what was given and never corrected. read more

I got my first ever lash lift yesterday. Haylee was professional, detailed, friendly, and well-versed in her craft. 45 minutes flew by and I left the salon with beautiful, natural-looking curl to my lashes. I don't wear mascara or use an eyelash curler typically but this little change makes me feel so pretty and put-together. She is also such a wonderful, caring, lovely person, and her work and our talks are good for not just my physical outside but for my spirit. I always leave looking and feeling my best. And especially whenever I have a really important event such as filming for a movie, interviews, magazine shoots, with cameras all around me (I'm a scientist), it's Hayden who preps me and helps make me look and feel so ready and pretty. I would highly recommend Yesenia! She is very sweet and professional. She is always on time and remembers exactly what I want. She'll always ask me if I would like something different or the same. I love the way my lashes look every time!! I like lash empire a lot. It's clean and I love that they hold a card on file so I don't need to bring anything when I arrive. The only downside I would say is the way they do their pricing. I don't mind paying more than most places (their prices are high) but if you try to schedule a 2 week fill only 1 day or 2 days after the exact date that you went it's considered a 3 week fill even tho it's not in the next week. Which again makes it even more expensive. All in all, if you don't mind spending, I would recommend. The staff is very friendly. read more

The Lash Empire is incredible! From the scheduling to the application and post treatment- all amazing. Every staff member is exceptional and so friendly. Their professionalism was also impressive as they followed up on my requests/inquiries quickly, never leaving me guessing. Also, my visit to Lash Empire was my first time having lash extensions ever. But Katy, and team, took extra time to explain my options, the process and the post care instructions. She showed me many options of lashes to ensure so was applying a style that most suited my preferences was able to advise, as needed or when requested. To apply a full set does take some time and tedious attention from your technician. But Katy made the whole process so seamless and the reclining massage chairs and cozy blankets helped make the time fly by. When I was initially booking my appt, Kelly was extremely friendly, patient and super accommodating in helping me find an appt. time that would work around my schedule. My appt. was today and KD did an amazing job on my lash lift and tint! She was very friendly as well and extremely thorough which I really appreciate. Worth the hype. I read SO MANY reviews before I committed to a spot to get lashes. Because of my schedule I cannot commit to the availability of a single lash technician, so I've been to probably 10 different lash techs at Lash Empire since I started going a year ago and every single person has been remarkable. They take notes on what they did so that your lashes can stay consistently dreamy and tailored to your unique preferences. Side note: if you haven't had lashes before do yourself a favor and DO THIS. I feel gorgeous when I wake up, at the pool, and even getting off of airplanes. It's the best investment for your confidence routine. read more

I had a 90 minute massage with Jeana and it was AMAZING! I am a side sleeper and carry my stress in my shoulders so I'm not easy to massage. I've been a loyal client for over a year. This review is not about Gina - she's amazing and I'm very happy with her work. My issue is with the scheduling and how the owner Kelly handles last minute changes. I'm okay with a scheduling error here and there, however after approximately 3 or 4 last minute changes on their end, it's disappointing to be treated as if I'm not a returning client. The owner made me feel like I was being unrealistic by wanting to see the same person (when I was originally booked with that person). read more

If yelp had a negative star rating, lash empire would receive a 10 out of 10 ! This place is a nightmare! I've used them 3 times for lash services and 3 times have been horrible. 1) They dont listen or communicate customer needs 2) they don't allow you to be running 5-10 minutes late as they've booked back to back services. So if there's traffic or normal paling etc issues they don't care 3) they don't allow you to reschedule without charging you and if you're late , oh well, you're charged either way 4) they charge your card without acknowledging or signing that you authorize r the charges which is against the law ! 5) the work they do is horrible, not what you ask for and they still charge you ! Don't say you weren't warned. This place just wants to take your money ! read more

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star- I would have done 0 but that's not a option. First timer for lashes, and hoping to find another place that will actually do what I ask. I ask the reception about what style I was looking for she insured me that after a chat with my lash lady we she would get it right. After literal hours (3 1/2, which is fine if that's how long it takes!) took one look and wanted to CRY. It was sooooo far from what I asked her to do! We ever looked at pictures together ans then she agreed that it didn't look like what I asked. She then had me sit back so she could " fix it" and it still looked the same. Bottom line it was not what I asked her to do, and for the price I should be leaving loving it. She then tried to convince me it looked good even tho it was not what I asked her to do. . At that point I had been there 4 + hours and just wanted to leave . She called her boss as we were at the counter checking out. And then put me in the phone for idk what resin. The owner / manager sounded just as confused as I and frankly passive aggressive with me. I told her please I just want to leave it's Karen's sim tired! True lady then at the counter charged me full price ( even tho she said she would give me a discount since I hated them and want them off !) and would not give me my card back at first still trying to convince me it was nice look g( it's not ) . Get a lash growth serum, they work ans it's your own lashes . Would not rec come to this place. P.s the receptionist took forever to come up from the back and hardly said hello to be when she arrived. Heading to another place to get them off me ! read more

I rushed in for my eyelash lift at 7 pm on the dot worried that I may not receive the absolute best service because it was so late but to my surprise Angela happily greeted me as she was wrapping up her previous client. After a glass of champagne, Angela went over my options of curl pattern and we began the service. She wore a chic black mask before we began so that she wasn't breathing directly down on me the entire time. I can appreciate that!! She placed a pillow under my knees so as to not put pressure on my back and placed a very comfortable blanket on top of me. I fell asleep and a short 45 minutes later, my eyelashes are gorgeous and I love them! It was only $70 which is far less than the $200 I was quoted at a nearby place. read more

When it comes to companies and customer service, this isn't the place that puts customer satisfaction and customer service as a priority. While certain stylists do a great job, others do not and for the cost the inconsistency is frustrating. Your stylist is fully booked and you have to schedule at 15 days instead of 14 days? Well that's a 3 week fill and if I remember correctly 30$ more. Ask for a break because it's only 1 day past 2 weeks and there are no appts left...too bad, it's a 3 week fill. Today I cancelled my appointments, 1 hr and 20 minutes past the 24 hrs. I just finished a nearly 24 hr straight shift working in the ER and literally just got the chance to call in. Nope, charged 60$ for the appointment because I cancelled (hadn't confirmed-but now I find out that doesn't matter), wasn't told this when I called and when I called back I was told I'm an hour too late. This company has 0 customer service skills, becomes argumentative when you had a bad fill experience, has no desire to put the customer first and makes it clear that they only care about the money and not you as a client. I've had many many years of customer service experiences and if there is any issue or complaint, they are defensive, argumentative and flat out not helpful. read more
