I called to make an appt for an eyebrow waxing for late Sunday afternoon (same day) but walkins are welcome. There are 5 or 6 pedicure chairs and then 5 or 6 nail stations. Also the lady who worked on my pedicure was completely unprofessional and I actually felt worse after leaving your establishment. They charge you extra to remove previous nail polish. It's very clean and bright in here. They take their time with you. I got a nice foot massage along with my pedicure. My only complaint is that they never cut off enough of the nails. I tell them to cut them short and they never cut them short enough. Staff seemed friendly. Terrible service brought my client in today 7/24/25 paid for deluxe pedicure and manicure with gel. Neither was done properly did not soak her feet in the water washed her feet off with a spray bottle filled with soap, was very ruff with her. They will take advantage of the elderly here be mindful where you go only gave refund when I let them know I recorded when the women started to use a spray bottle to clean my clients feet! I've been going to Superb Nails for years, and have always been very satisfied with my experiences here. I go for pedicures, gel manicures and dip manicures. The pedicures are as good as it gets! Gel and dip nails are also very great (the dip usually lasts me 3 weeks without chipping). The salon underwent a remodel after covid, so everything is new & fresh. Unfortunately, they also raised prices after covid :( Superb Nails does have a rewards program (when you pay cash you get your card stamped, and after so many stamps you get a free pedicure) so I always try to pay cash (they do take cards). I would also suggest making an appointment if you can, as they can get busy. Overall, I would say this is one of the best nail salons I have been to in the Bay Area! read more

I live nearby this nail salon and have for many many years. About a decade ago I went here for a mani-pedi, the place was empty and it was very mediocre. Christmas of 2022 my mother got me a gift certificate to Superb nails for $50. I haven't been to a nail salon in awhile so I was looking forward to it. In the Christmas madness, I managed to misplace the certificate. I called, was instructed to call back when the manager was in. I did so, I explained the situation and apologized. I suggested perhaps they could look up the credit card that was used. They said no, have to have the paper copy. I was disappointed. I can't say I would step foot in this place again. Sadly my orchid pink shellac color completely faded to ugly cream in 6 days and it was a sloppy job to begin with. Unfortunately I can't say anything positive :/ I dropped off the kids at play-well and needed my shellac redone. Their shellac is cheaper at $26 than the normal $28-$30. I came in Wednesday around 10:30 and it was empty. I had my shellac removed, nails slightly filed. I was sort of in a rush and debated whether to have a plain manicure or shellac but the tech assured me I had time. Well, idk if it's my fault, but the shellac is not the best. The edges are sloppy. EVEN MY MAN NOTICED IT WAS CRAPPY-ESPECIALLY THE EDGES. Wow. The bottoms will start to lift soon. My nails are slightly uneven. Honestly, the last shellac I had at Lamorinda Nails was THE best. These are just very sloppy and disappointing. The employees are pretty nice though. BOTTOM LINE: 4 days later and the color is completely FADED read more

They take me in with no wait at all and I was pretty happy. I sat down and they started the water- made sure if the water was warm enough and started the pedi. The lady who helped me didn't really speak fluent English but it was conservational. I'm not being picky but she didn't really shape my toes right until I corrected her. The women do a fantastic job and carefully took the time in making my nails look just right. My full set was $26.00 which is a steal for a french mani. And what is absolutely awesome about the store is they offer free beverages and snacks, either for you or for your child. My kid loves going there with me, and she never complains about being "stuck in a salon" She even said she loves it there! All the interior designs are pretty, classy, and simple.
