As always, when I'm in search of a new place to go, I turn to my fellow yelpers! And, as always, I was not disappointed! So far I have had a Pedicure and Pink and Whites done here and I really enjoyed the experience! The first time I came here, I didn't have an appt. and even though they were pretty busy, I only had to wait about 20min. The next time, I made an appt and they took me right away! The girls are very sweet and efficient. The leg massage was to die for and my pedicure lasted about two weeks. My Pink and Whites only took a total of about 45min which is faster then any place I have gone before. I am a bit picky about my nails all being even and she was very patient with me as I nit picked a few nails. 40 bucks is about average for Pink and White and I am looking forward to my first fill to see how well they do at that! I wouldn't give this place five stars because the people weren't friendly. That were unfriendly either, but I didn't feel welcomed. There was one woman there, Kim, who was really the only one who even smiled. Aside from this, the service was excellent. They have the cheapest gels around, at only $30, and the venue is clean and has a nice atmosphere. Its spacious and comfortable without being sparse. The woman who did my nails were very meticulous, and listened to my comments. My nails a smooth and perfect and I would go back again. I do wish, however, it was easier to tell what other variables there were- there's no indication of what other additions or price can be added to regular gels. Fast forward to my appointment...not only did they not say anything about not being able to honor the Groupon before even starting, but they flatly refused to accept the Groupon after the fact, citing new ownership as the reason! This is the Holy Grail of nail salons. The service, cleanliness, and ambiance is what sets this place apart from any other nail shop that I've been to. I'm always greeted with a warm smile by one of their staff as soon as I walk in, and they always manage to seat me within minutes with or without an appointment! Their technicians are very meticulous and leave my nails looking great every time. I'm also very pleased that a new set of tools is used on me from the previous client, so I know they focus on being clean. N the place is always very neat and tidy, which I'm very particular about! Another awesome thing about superb nails is that they take their time, which I love. After all, I get my nails done to feel relaxed, not rushed. I came here today with my bridal party-5 girls and my mom-to get mani-pedis for my wedding tomorrow. First off, the fact I was able to schedule an appt for half a dozen girls on a Saturday afternoon was a huge win. We had the place pretty much to ourselves and the ladies were super friendly, professional and did a great job with our mani-pedis. I typically don't get my nails done since I have a tendency to mess them up the minute I leave the salon (actually, I did mess up my toe while trying to dry them-thank god they fixed that without laughing at me too hard!). But, they did such a great job, my nails still look great a week later! Also, they honored a 10% discount they had on their website even though I forgot to bring the coupon in and before we left, they gave me a card to congratulate me on my wedding! How sweet is that? This is by far the best nail salon i have been to yet. Usually, i try to treat myself to a fancy upscale mani/ pedi near work in San Francisco, but I'm located in the East Bay, so, why not? I didnt have an appointment and was able to be seated right away. They had ECXELLENT customer service as soon as i walked into the door. The owners were very in tune with the clients and made sure everyone was comfortable and attended to. I usually get shellac, and they really took their time. its nice to actually relax and get a mani pedi in environment like this. they took their time with massaging my feet and legs! OMG..AMAZING! and my shellac held up for a very long time. i will definately be coming back here. the service all around was worth more than 5 stars read more

I came here with my mom and my niece on a Thursday afternoon. We had to wait a bit for three pedicures next to each other, but I prefer that to having pedicures done at separate times. I like that they didn't do my hands and feet at the same. That way I got to focus on my foot massage and then my hand massage later. I didn't give it 5 stars because I've had much better leg/foot massages at other salons. I gave it 4 stars because this place takes the time to go through each part of the manicure/pedicure process. Other salons quickly get through it to paint your nails. I will come here again for the professional job they do. read more

I showed up at 4:33 and they told me that they were busy for the rest of the night and that they didn't have any time to take me.... I've been going here for 6 years now and love it! It's close to where I live and they always fit me in no matter when I show up. The mani/pedi is $28, and they do great lower leg and arm massages. When I don't have time for the fabulous massage, they take a few dollars off. They have 4 or 5 massage pedicure chairs in a row, so you can go with a few friends. Got pinks & whites here. This is one of two places I've been to that have done an awesome job. (The other place being back in TX). This place charges only $37 for full set, not quite sure how much refill was. I like them short and the person did it perfectly where pink and whites are thin but not too thin but it could definitely pass off as getting a manicure with french tip. I have been going to Tea (not spelled correctly I am sure!) for years and she is amazing. Had an appointment here at 6:00 pm. They did not start with me until 6:30. I had informed them that I want to do both mani and pedi. They rushed me and were very rude. AWFUL. the staff was very nice, but sloppy with their work. i got a pedicure and manicure. pedicure was okay, but they turned the water on way too hot and burned my feet. but my real problem was the manicure. after walking out, i realized my nails needed another coat of polish and i can still see my nails under the polish she applied. there is also polish still around my nails. i also asked for gel which they ignored and i was confused when they said it was finished without giving me gel. read more

Very bad experience! Me and my friend had gone for pedicure and we were shocked to receive below mediocre service. The ladies who did the pedicure for is were very unfriendly, very rough, and unkind. They were hurrying the whole process and they spent hardly 30 minutes for a spa pedicure! Wherever i have been, it takes atleast an hour for a spa pedicure. The massage was literally 2 min. Stay away! Came to this place with a groupon & it seemed like they were irritated about it. Pedicure was a 3/5 but nail polish application was sloppy & uneven. I asked the lady to fix it and was given an ugly, annoyed "grrrrr" gesture. I then asked for a design & was told she can only do a flower when on their Yelp page, they have many different designs. Either they have fake pictures from other nail artists or they just didn't want to do my design. Wouldn't recommend this place. I googled a nail salon to see if I could get a last second pre-vacation mani pedi before my flight. I googled nearby nail salons and this one had 4.5 stars in yelp (now seeing the same salon has another yelp page below it that's only rated 3 stars) so I called and asked if they had availability. They said yes so I went in as a walk-in. When I got there, my heart sunk. It was the same place I had been months before where my gel mani had lifted on the second day but again pressed for time, I decided to give it a second chance. I said I had 45 minutes and did not need bells or whistles, just a clean up and gel mani and reg pedi polish. They were more than willing to accommodate. They did my nails and my toes at the same time which is why they get two stars instead of one. The dry bar for my toes barely worked. I sat there for 15 minutes and was concerned at the lack of air coming out. I brought it up and she insisted it was working. She told me my toes were dry. I did a light touch test and the paint on my big toe smeared right off. She apologized and tried to put more paint on but I could still see the huge ditch where the previous polish had been wiped off. I said that was unacceptable so she took the whole thing off and repainted. Toes are now finally ok.... but as I sit down on my first night of vacation, my thumb nail polish (gel) is half lifted. Being across the country, I cannot demand my money back, but I can prevent future people from wasting their time and money on this place. Also, everything is out of date and dirty looking. I'm what you call an "industry" person, so I try to give every benefit of the doubt and therefore it takes a LOT for me to write a review like this one, but after this time around, and another $50 wasted, they need to hear this and shape up. I still tipped slightly over 20% I shouldn't have. ALSO, while my nails were drying, there was a basket of dirty plastic foam flip flops..... they are meant to be disposed of. I went here after reading all the positive reviews and ppl saying it was cheaper than Dublin Nails....well I went back to Dublin, I took off my acrylic nails to go get gel but when I told them what I wanted they only pretended to understand. I am not super particular about my nails but 2 days after I get them done the bed of my nails ( at the cuticle) started to lift, then my nails lifted at then end. I gave them 2 chances but nope I'm back at Dublin Nails. OH plus a fill there is 23$ and a fill at Dublin Nails is $18 and they know all about gel nails and how to do them read more

Yes, this is as good as it gets. Have been coming here for about 5 years and have gone to many salons being a valley resident. I am a great customer but very particular about my nails and pedicures. Clean is important to me & Superb consistently sterilizes everything. I always watch in salons for sterilization and find other salons to be 'tricky' but Superb sterilizes for real. Tina is my regular person for pink & white~she does an amazing job every time and listens when I want to change things up. You get what you pay for so if you want a salon where performance is average on the cheap this is not the place. Prices are reasonable though and the best part is that my nails get done in much less time than other salons at the highest quality performance. I also get pedicures here by either Jennie, Lidda or Tina. Lidda gives an amazing massage. All three are good and the outcome of the pedicure lasts. Someone complimented me on my pedicure the day before I was due for another~today. I actually find some reviews here hard to believe and wonder if it is not the new competitors bad mouthing these people to gain clients and steal patrons. If you are ever dissatisfied all you have to do is say so. These people are sweet and while quiet will always aim to please. I walk in frequently and when Tina is busy Kim does a great job also. Horrible. I got gel and the lady who helped me didn't even ask how I wanted my nails filed, so I wound up with really square and uneven nails. then she did a horrible job on my french tip too. She painted the tips so thick, about a quarter of my nails, and mind you that I have very long, skinny nails and fingers. Now my fingers and nails look so big and fat. The french tips weren't even carefully and nicely done. And I still had to give her the 20% courtesy tips. Really speechless. Wonder if it was because I am Vietnamese too, so she thought she could just give me a mediocore service. And trust me, I give good tips if you give me good services. read more

awful! do NOT go here if you want to get a shellac ... literally the worst manicure experience of my life! First of all she uses the metal drill to drill away at my natural nail bed and cuticles instead of just taking the time to give me a real manicure (and also make my natural nail suuuper thin, when the reason you get shellac is to preserve your nail...). the whole time she was panting on the layers of shellac she kept calling her boss over to look at my nails and talking in Vietnamese pointing to my nails like something is wrong but neither of them will tell me what is going on or asked me my opinion...I asked 'what?" and both just smiled and said nothing. when my nails are finally finished I realized she must have been talking about the shellac being off because my nails are all splotchy with lots of color in some places and barely any color in others where you can see through to the nail bed (I put on a red polish too, so no excuse for this). also a hair is caught in one of the nails and she put the shellac all over my cuticles so it has already started to peel off.... when she asks me to pay I showed her the blotchy nails and explained that they don't look right. She just says oh yes, blotchy and then asks again for my money. I paid for the manicure and then she had the nerve to ask if I was including a tip. I said no and left....would NEVER EVER RETURN HERE. read more

As a business owner, I probably observe other businesses more observantly. If I have a great experience I analyze it, and when I have a bad experience I try to learn from it. I had a bad experience this evening. I tried a new nail place. I was their last customer. When I made my appointment I offered to come in the morning when they opened, but was encouraged to come the night before. However, when I arrived 7 minutes late, they let me know how unhappy they were. No smiles, no conversation. I was not asked how I wanted my nails shaped or the length. I told her I wanted them to be cleaned up, even length. She cut them down. Things were thrown around and I was very rushed through treating my nails. I was asked to pay up front. As soon as my toenails were painted. My shoes were put on and told we need to go. Not giving any time for the paint to settle or start to dry. I tipped the girls well, but I will never return. I informed the owner, I closed my business early, fought rush hour traffic to have my nails done. Being friendly to your customers goes a long way. read more

I walked in at540pm and the three women that were there all looked at me like why the heck dont i have an appointment as they all were looking at the clock. Funny thing is i was recommended to go there. I have never used yelp but this was surely one for the books. They insisted that i only needed to do a pedicure and kept repeating to me that no mani right? Look. I will never come here again and for sure tell every person i know that lives in Pleasanton not to ever come here.
