I always drive by when I come to Starbucks and I heard you receive one complimentary glass of wine or mimosa. Wine and a pedicure, what took me so long, plus after reading my new Community Manager's review I had to check it out. I came after 10am on a Saturday and they were booked and put me down to come back at noon. That was no problem because I had errands to run. I received the basic pedicure for $36 cash. The lady paid attention to my cuticles and filed and cut my toenails. I received a complimentary glass of Merlot. Lee my pedicurist was attentive and friendly. The owner also owns and runs the Fusion Wine Bar next door. They have a soft opening with 20%off. read more

I have been a long time client of Tammy's. She is above and beyond. She'll ask about my daughter, she is careful to make sure I like the shape of my nails. She'll let me see what shade looks like before she continues. Tammy is the nicest lady I know. She truly cares about her business and her clients. She makes sure her employees do a good job and are kind to client too. I saw a negative review below and I was in shock! That's not at all true about how Tammy operates. I was there that day actually and that woman was aggressive and rude, I was ready to throw down for Tammy lol. Don't listen to these negative people, this is by far the best nail salon probably in all of the bay area. I give it 5000 out of 5 stats! read more

I needed a self care moment, so I went to get a pedicure after work. This is one of my favorite nail salons in Pleasanton. Depending on your luck that day, you can probably get a walk in appointment but I would still recommend a making a reservation. It can be really busy on some days. They offer complimentary beverages. It's always extremely clean and they have good music or music videos playing throughout the nail bar. The service itself was so relaxing. If you opt for a pedicure, I highly recommend getting the the honey pearl scent ( I believe that's what it was called). Oh my goodness, it smelled so good. I was tempted to close my eyes at one point, but I just know I would've fell asleep. read more

Great price and awesome customer service. Tyler was excellent and very sweet and did a great job.

I was so excited to come to this nail place! I read all the reviews online and heard about the way they serve you a glass of wine or a mimosa while getting your nails done. That part was where my happiness stops! The manicurist, Taylor, happened to be the manicurist I used to use over at Bollinger nails in Pleasanton. I was so glad to see her. I felt comfortable with her. She always did a great job on my gel nails before! But not this time. As soon as I got home my nails started chipping! I went back the next day. We were leaving for a week in Maui in 2 days!! "T" fixed my nails. She used a dremmel to sand off all the gel polish on my nails. Then she quickly redid the gel polish. The first day on vacation my nails started to pop off. The whole gel polish on each nail came off. Each day more and more came off. I paid $85.00 plus a good tip for this???? I am very disappointed in this salon!! read more

My wife and I go for pedicure once a month. Tammy always has a nice Vietnamese coffee for me. They always do a great job.

Took my three daughters there and they were treated like little princesses. The staff was very kind and very supportive of my kids and their decisions to get their nails done. They are nearly 3 years old, six years old and eight years old. The place was very friendly, clean, accommodating, and respectful to kids. The customers inside the nail salon were very patient. This place is a drive for me but well worth it, looking to go back again. read more

I can not rave about Tammy or her salon enough!! One of the cleanest nail salons I have ever been to! I truly love coming and getting my nails done. Her prices are some of the lowest I've seen in a long time! She is so friendly and accommodating! And so is the rest of her staff.. If you are looking for the best nail bar look no further!! Just don't take my reservation time lol.. read more

Summary first: This place was 5 Star Fabulous! My usual spot is pricey and I've left less than thrilled lately. My friend recommended this place and I'm glad she did. Sometimes I go to the unfriendly Starbucks that's just steps away, but I hadn't noticed this place. Everyone is friendly, the owner is kick in the pants funny! I was offered a beverage, not rushed as I chose my colors. They offer a lot more variety than some places, from simple nudes to SPARKLE CITY BAYBEEE! I just did the basic Mani and Pedi, but it still felt luxurious. The chairs are comfy, the vibe is really sweet, and I hear that the Vietnamese coffee is also that way. I love the way my nails turned out and three days in I can tell that I scored a quality paint job. Shiny, pretty, and made to last. When I was having trouble deciding whether to put glitter as a topcoat and make my fingernail polish last longer, Diane picked a clear glitter for me. It's perfect, and I'm just used to the people at the other place glaring at me when I asked them for advice or get really indecisive about it. The way my nails look would bring me back for sure, and the excellent customer service is the icing on the cake. They offer waxing services too, so I may pop in soon to part ways with momstache. No shave November was over months ago. Thanks T, this was some high quality me time, and I left feeling 300% better than when I walked in. read more

@Tammy, My daughter is currently going through pain caused by one of your technicians while doing a pedicure. She told me right away what has had happened, but didn't want to make it a big deal, while cleaning her toes, she did something that her toe was bleeding, and so the technician started to freak out and cleaned the blood quickly rather than asking the customer whether to continue so it could heal, my daughter had to fly out the next day and after reaching there the next day or two it started to become septic and now with blood and pain. We are waiting for her to come back and show the doctor , attaching the picture she took while traveling. I suggest please talk and train your technician to be gentle and rather chatting pay attention to work. Pls. We will know more after seeing the doc and I will update more how serious this may be. read more

I wanted to love this place, but was incredibly disappointed by my experience here. I got a gel pedicure and gel extensions but was not offered a drink like other reviews mentioned. The nail set I got was unbelievably sloppy... even my husband commented on how bad it looked when he first saw it. The cuticles were messy on every nail, and several nails had weird bubble-like texture spots. I had several nails pop off, and when I got a fill at another salon they also commented that the set was not done well. On the bright side, this bad experience prompted me to buy the supplies to do my own gel nails (and my first attempt using builder gel was better than the set I got here). read more

Pleasant experience except that the three technicians did not stop talking in their language while staring at me the entire time (made me very uncomfortable). Got pedicure done , first time here, and I am pleased with the outcome . One star less because I asked for a callus removal, paid additional $10 but didn't get the service. When asked a technician about it , she said the service was provided , but for sure, it wasn't. I would know if it was:-) I will try them again and review again. read more

Tami rocks and she's the best nail person in town. She cares so much about her clients and does the best mani pedis.

Very rushed pedicure today. Not enjoyable. She was young and unfriendly with no name tag. She didn't smile until she was done. I don't believe she did the full basic pedicure. It was very quick. The place is very clean and nice. The owner seems like she cares, but not so much for the person doing my nails. Disappointing. read more

I got face combo waxing done today and the lady (Tammy) was very harsh. She pulled the strips to fast and with such force, it basically ripped my skin. I am not the kind of person who puts negative reviews but literally seeing how my skins looks after the wax, its important to put this review out there. I asked her to be gentle and that she was too harsh with pulling the strips. The face combo is $40, however she didn't do my forehead, Temples, nose, cheeks which is weird because $40 is quite expensive for just chin, upper lips, and near the ears! I also got the nails done, which were done very nicely so I will definitely recommend it for the nails! I hope this review helps anyone out there who is thinking of getting face waxing done from there. read more

Well..was recommended to this salon and to ask for Tammy. I had a mani/pedi for $100 which is about average. However, I've never had a manicure without my nails being soaked. It was not a great experience having cuticles cut and then bleed. They also do not have the correct tip coat to use for the dip powder so "had" to use the UV light. The entire point of dip is no UV light. Why don't they just order the correct tip coat?? They said it would take an hour...it took almost 2. In top of that I was able to hear Tammy argue with my mail tech while I was attempting to relax. And my "complimentary" beverage wasn't offered to me until the last half of my manicure. Who can drink as they are getting nails done? Not great service. Tammy was unpleasant and in a BIG hurry to get home. I will not be back. read more

This salon is amazing! Tammy, the owner, not only did an amazing job on my nails, but also she was so kind. I booked an appointment online, and she tried to call me to warn me there would be a wait because there was another appointment already in place but the system allowed me to book anyways. I did not see her call, so I was there at my appointment time. She immediately informed me that she had tried to call, and explained that there would be a wait and asked if I was ok with that. I did not mind waiting so I agreed to proceed. She was very attentive to me throughout my time there. She asked me multiple times if I wanted any refreshments. During the short time I was waiting she kept checking in with me. As she was doing my nails she made to ask me at every step if I liked them, ex. Length, shape, color. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and bummed that I am not local here. She is amazing and if I am ever in town again I will make sure I stop by again! read more

Came here today for some mother daughter pedicure time and I have to say Tammy was the sweetest! She was so kind to me and my girls, she offered us coffee, juice, water... anything to make us happy. My daughter and I both got the basic pedicure with white polish, the reason for a docked star is because my toes managed to get some glitter on them but other than that they came out great I love that they use the insert for the bowls and ask about the water temp! We were in and out within a hour. Just how I like it. Thank you Tammy! read more

I really wanted to love this place because Tammy was very nice and I felt comfortable here. However, I went in for a gel manicure, Tammy talked me into getting this powder kind ($5 more), she kept saying it's better, lasts longer and is strong. I NEVER get my nails done, so I know no better and said sure. She's the professional. Before finishing up, another client came in to get a gel manicure and Tammy also pushed the powder on her. This lady was smart and must get it done often because she said they always crack quicker with that kind and she's never had a good experience. I instantly felt regret. And here we are, not even two weeks later and mine are completely cracked. I do not do anything manual, nothing that would cause such breakage so quickly. Such a waste of $50. read more

Reposting this 4 months later because my last yelp review go so many views. The owner accused me of not getting my nails done here and i was "bashing her business" kinda sad the owner would accuse a customer who was disappointed with their $65 dollar nail job then just taking accountability and asking me to come in to fix the set i was so upset with. Literally left that nail place crying . All the nails are uneven. The flowers like i said originally could have been drawn better by my 2 year old niece. So PLEASE take your hard earned money somewhere else. read more

The best nail salon I have ever been to! Tammy asks everytime if you want a drink (has a wide variety: soda, juice, alcohol) which makes the experience even more amazing. Tammy and Nicky are both incredibly kind and really put so much effort into their services. I get acrylic gel nails and both Tammy and Nicky never skip any steps. They clean under the nail which is always something that gets ignored when I go to other salons! The pedicures are great too. Highly, highly recommend this nail salon!! read more

Fabulous local nail spot - and a minority woman owned business! Clean, great spa chairs, tons of colors, great service. I called after 6pm on a Friday if I could get there and squeezed in for a pedicure. I called another place prior and they said no. Tammy made it happen and also stayed late (no pressure to leave in fact told me to sit and relax longer / let nails dry) for a nice way to end a long week. Thank you Tammy for a great experience all around! read more

Very nice nail shop. Once you walk in you feel welcome and receive a warm greetings. I was looking for a shop opened on Sundays last minute and they were very accommodating and scheduled an appointment for 2 pedicures. Elena worked on our pedicures and she was very sweet, pleasant and did a good job. I will definitely be coming back.
