I needed a self care moment, so I went to get a pedicure after work. This is one of my favorite nail salons in Pleasanton. Depending on your luck that day, you can probably get a walk in appointment but I would still recommend a making a reservation. It can be really busy on some days. They offer complimentary beverages. It's always extremely clean and they have good music or music videos playing throughout the nail bar. The service itself was so relaxing. If you opt for a pedicure, I highly recommend getting the the honey pearl scent ( I believe that's what it was called). Oh my goodness, it smelled so good. Summary first: This place was 5 Star Fabulous! My usual spot is pricey and I've left less than thrilled lately. My friend recommended this place and I'm glad she did. Sometimes I go to the unfriendly Starbucks that's just steps away, but I hadn't noticed this place. Everyone is friendly, the owner is kick in the pants funny! I was offered a beverage, not rushed as I chose my colors. They offer a lot more variety than some places, from simple nudes to SPARKLE CITY BAYBEEE! I just did the basic Mani and Pedi, but it still felt luxurious. The chairs are comfy, the vibe is really sweet, and I hear that the Vietnamese coffee is also that way. I love the way my nails turned out and three days in I can tell that I scored a quality paint job. Shiny, pretty, and made to last. When I was having trouble deciding whether to put glitter as a topcoat and make my fingernail polish last longer, Diane picked a clear glitter for me. It's perfect, and I'm just used to the people at the other place glaring at me when I asked them for advice or get really indecisive about it. The way my nails look would bring me back for sure, and the excellent customer service is the icing on the cake. They offer waxing services too, so I may pop in soon to part ways with momstache. @Tammy, My daughter is currently going through pain caused by one of your technicians while doing a pedicure. She told me right away what has had happened, but didn't want to make it a big deal, while cleaning her toes, she did something that her toe was bleeding, and so the technician started to freak out and cleaned the blood quickly rather than asking the customer whether to continue so it could heal, my daughter had to fly out the next day and after reaching there the next day or two it started to become septic and now with blood and pain. We are waiting for her to come back and show the doctor , attaching the picture she took while traveling. I suggest please talk and train your technician to be gentle and rather chatting pay attention to work. Pls. I wanted to love this place, but was incredibly disappointed by my experience here. I got a gel pedicure and gel extensions but was not offered a drink like other reviews mentioned. The nail set I got was unbelievably sloppy... even my husband commented on how bad it looked when he first saw it. The cuticles were messy on every nail, and several nails had weird bubble-like texture spots. I had several nails pop off, and when I got a fill at another salon they also commented that the set was not done well. On the bright side, this bad experience prompted me to buy the supplies to do my own gel nails (and my first attempt using builder gel was better than the set I got here). read more

Pleasant experience except that the three technicians did not stop talking in their language while staring at me the entire time (made me very uncomfortable). Got pedicure done , first time here, and I am pleased with the outcome . One star less because I asked for a callus removal, paid additional $10 but didn't get the service. I booked an appointment online, and she tried to call me to warn me there would be a wait because there was another appointment already in place but the system allowed me to book anyways. I did not see her call, so I was there at my appointment time. She immediately informed me that she had tried to call, and explained that there would be a wait and asked if I was ok with that. Came here today for some mother daughter pedicure time and I have to say Tammy was the sweetest! She was so kind to me and my girls, she offered us coffee, juice, water... anything to make us happy. My daughter and I both got the basic pedicure with white polish, the reason for a docked star is because my toes managed to get some glitter on them but other than that they came out great I love that they use the insert for the bowls and ask about the water temp! The owner accused me of not getting my nails done here and i was "bashing her business" kinda sad the owner would accuse a customer who was disappointed with their $65 dollar nail job then just taking accountability and asking me to come in to fix the set i was so upset with. Literally left that nail place crying . All the nails are uneven. The flowers like i said originally could have been drawn better by my 2 year old niece. Well..was recommended to this salon and to ask for Tammy. I had a mani/pedi for $100 which is about average. However, I've never had a manicure without my nails being soaked. It was not a great experience having cuticles cut and then bleed. They also do not have the correct tip coat to use for the dip powder so "had" to use the UV light. The entire point of dip is no UV light. Why don't they just order the correct tip coat?? They said it would take an hour...it took almost 2. In top of that I was able to hear Tammy argue with my mail tech while I was attempting to relax. And my "complimentary" beverage wasn't offered to me until the last half of my manicure. Who can drink as they are getting nails done? Not great service. Tammy was unpleasant and in a BIG hurry to get home. I will not be back. read more

I got face combo waxing done today and the lady (Tammy) was very harsh. She pulled the strips to fast and with such force, it basically ripped my skin. I am not the kind of person who puts negative reviews but literally seeing how my skins looks after the wax, its important to put this review out there. I asked her to be gentle and that she was too harsh with pulling the strips. The face combo is $40, however she didn't do my forehead, Temples, nose, cheeks which is weird because $40 is quite expensive for just chin, upper lips, and near the ears! I also got the nails done, which were done very nicely so I will definitely recommend it for the nails! I really wanted to love this place because Tammy was very nice and I felt comfortable here. However, I went in for a gel manicure, Tammy talked me into getting this powder kind ($5 more), she kept saying it's better, lasts longer and is strong. I NEVER get my nails done, so I know no better and said sure. She's the professional. Before finishing up, another client came in to get a gel manicure and Tammy also pushed the powder on her. This lady was smart and must get it done often because she said they always crack quicker with that kind and she's never had a good experience. I instantly felt regret. Wow! I feel like a brand new woman again! I went here after getting my Covid Vaccine in Pleasanton and I'm so happy that I did. It's a new location owned by a veteran nail salon owner, Tammy, who used to own her own nail salon in Livermore for decades until she moved to this location. The venue is very airy, great ventilation, and very very clean! The decor is not tacky and they have one of the best chair massagers and foot soaks I've had in a while. They also offer complimentary drinks! In addition they have barriers between you and the nail tecb for when you get your nails done. Lastly, shout out to Tammy the owner who legit tamed my eyebrows and facial hair lol. It was the fastest and thorough waxing I've ever had. She knows what's up!
