Normally I don't press-one as a quick temp I decided to treat myself for the fourth really in general and was able to do a walk in mani/acrylic set. I was absolutely pleased by service as they kept me giggling the whole time sometimes you really need that!! All in all I was appreciative of the ladies taking their time even going a little over closing as the last customer in shop!! I got an overlay on both of my big toes and you wouldn't even be able to tell shouts out to Tony and Sue for that.I would also love to shout out Thoba for my stiletto/almond cateye fullset 10/10!!

There new massaging pedicure chairs are top of the line. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Bonnie who is one of their newest employees did an amazing job with my pedicure!! Visited for the first time for a quick nail removal. Nice simple and clean shop with very welcoming nail techs! Once I was due for a pedicure, I decided that their prior customer service warranted a full service so I went there. GREAT decision. This is the longest-lasting pedicure I've had in years! One month later, and my polish is still shiny with no chips. No broken nails. Just a bit outgrown as expected. A little pricy, with none of the "frills" as a lot of the glamour boutiques...but definitely worth every parent if you want a GOOD pedicure, some laughs, smiles, and a good massage to top it off :) I'll be back soon! read more

I have been a very loyal and extremely happy customer at Mandara! I went there on December 23 and had a great salon service. I had a gel fill in and a pedicure. There new massaging pedicure chairs are top of the line. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Bonnie who is one of their newest employees did an amazing job with my pedicure!! Went to get a pedicure with one of my friends on a Tuesday morning, they weren't busy and took us right in. I haven't gotten a pedicure in a while so i needed some TLC, we got just that! sweet ladies took their time and were efficient, they made sure we were comfortable and provided me alternate options for a nail color they did not have at the time. I felt like my lady did a great job at caring for my cuticles and paying attention to my ingrown, no bleeding or cuts! Definitely recommend! read more

This is my sister and mine's go to nail salon. They also take kids ages 7+. It's always recommended to call in advance for their availability, that way they can be as efficient as possible and play to their strengths when it's 2 or more of us all getting mani-pedis. All of the techs are great! All of them give great foot and leg massages, and treated me amazingly when I was pregnant. Tony is usually booked when he's there so if you want him call in advance. It's always a fun conversation with Sue and Nancy, we love that they remember us. Amy and Nancy treated me with EXTRA tender love and care when I was postpartum and so tense as a new mom. read more

Thuba and Sue are so sweet! This is the only nail spa I feel comfortable communicating my preferences when getting my nails done. They have a great selection of colors and I love getting a pedicure with the wax treatment at the end. The place is clean and well lit. I've been able to walk in and be served but I usually go on a weekday afternoon. read more

WORST NAIL SALON EVER Walked into this nail salon to get a pedicure. As soon as I walked in I was not greeted with care. The lady asked me "what do want" then I responded with a gel pedicure. She told me to take a seat. I sat and waited there for 40 minutes. Not one person there reassured me that they were going to take care of me. Yes, they were busy but they did not acknowledge my presence. I understand that they were busy but the least they could have done was acknowledge that I was there for a service. One thing I hate is MY TIME WASTED AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID!!! read more

I am livid. This is what $130 nails looks like. I feel so taken advantage of. First visit I just want a regular acrylic set, they charge me $65 and later I notice they failed to push back my cubicles and after I remove my cubicles myself my 3day nails look two weeks old. I go back in to get them fixed and refilled 5days after the first appointment and they charge another $65 to fix their mistake of not pushing back my cubicles like every other salon does. I am a teacher, I am not rich and I feel so taken advantage of and tricked out of $130 for subpar nails. Do not go here, they will rip you off, they will over charge you and not push back your cubicles and purposely do a bad job so you're back after a week needing a new fill. BEWARE. read more

I just moved to the area and I am further away from my normal Mail person so I decided to give this place a try I walked in around 6 o'clock for a full set and my toes. I was told the full set would cost $58 and 40 for my toes. Pedicure was extremely rushed my big toe was bleeding because she cut me. It's still scarred. After she asked what I wanted on my nails I said if she can do French tip I am expecting to pay maybe 510 more extra dollars for French tip. French tip was very uneven each nail was a different size she didn't even do my cuticles after asking to pay extra I don't know what I paid for because my cuticles looked horrible. The nails ended up being $80. I don't mind paying $80 for nails but at least make it worth it by having good work. I will NOT BE BACK HERE. read more

I get my mani/pedi gel here often & I'm never disappointed. They are not pushy sales people, they will mention upgrades only once without pressuring you to buy. The place is usually very clean and the polish they use is not old. Their prices are also reasonable. Lastly, I recommend you avoid the late afternoon weekend hours because they get busy and you might not get in. read more

This place has been my go to for many years. It's not pretentious like many of the nail salons in the area and the lay out is nostalgic for anyone who was getting square tip acrylics like me in 1999. Sure, it could use a little interior facelift but the staff are all great and you can tell that a standard is set here by management because every technician does all the extra little steps that makes your nails last. They always attempt to learn my name, even if they forget next time I'm in, and the energy is overall positive and laid back. I've never had such a terrible experience getting my nails done in my entire life. She didn't clean under my nails, she rushed through the manicure with hardly any prep except cutting and filing, the dip was uneven and patchy. 0 stars if I could. Unacceptable for $55 manicure. She said "we don't clean the nails with dip." Ridiculous. read more

I've gone here for years, unfortunately, with my latest visit, I left with a manicure and an infection. I believe this was due to the tools not being sanitized, I will need to go to urgent care to be seen and drain the infection and start a round of antibiotics. Not worth it :( so painful!! read more

If your face isn't hairy, and your hair is extremely tame and requires little to no maintenance then this just might work for you. not me. Even though I requested only eyebrow threading, I realized that I wanted to do sideburn threading as well, and she accommodated me with no issue. However, it was only when I left the salon and already halfway home when I realized she completely missed some huge patches on my cheeks, so it looked very strange. Unfortunately, neither me or the lady doing my threading realized this, even after I looked in the mirror and examined it closely, maybe the lighting in there just isn't good because it seemed obvious after I left, but inside it was really hard to tell that something was wrong. As for the shampoo and blowout, it wasn't outright terrible but for the price I would've expected something better than what I could've done myself, and I did not receive that. The blowout technique was some of the strangest I had ever seen. The person doing my hair was being pretty rough with my hair, it wasn't overly painful but the way they were doing it was definitely not healthy for my hair. Additionally, I asked them to take care of the frizz at the top of my head, and instead of taking care of it, they said that they couldn't do anything about it. That response was extremely strange, considering I was the same ethnicity as the staff and I assumed that they would have some experience with people of my hair texture. I guess I was wrong. When I get threading done, I expect a thorough job and when I get a blowout, I expect beautiful frizz free hair, and my experience fell short of my expectations, unfortunately. i won't be back.

From the outside, appears great; they all dress in black and look very professional. The salon was clean and not cluttered like most. I went in with my daughter around 6pm on Saturday night. We were killing time so decided last minute to get manicures done. My daughter is 8! I've had my nails done several times and so has my daughter, were familiar with what's included and what's expected. The cost for mine was 15$ hers was 12$. Fair price for their location! I was about five minutes into manicure (second hand already coming out of the lukewarm water) when I was asked to move to a pedicure chair to complete my manicure because someone else needed my table. Feeling very rushed already I was annoyed but moved. They kept assuring me "everything look nice don't worry, etc etc! " She got to the "massage" portion and she was painful!! I mean my hands were so red from such pressure that I was ready to leave with no polish, however, I said "ouch" a few times so I think she finally caught on and stopped massaging and got to polishing! This is where I become picky..... I don't want the corners of my nails to be left unpolished! So I always make sure to say "please paint the whole nail" she just laughed and said don't worry! Well, the first coat was decent, the second coat was done partially, some nails appeared to not be completely covered with polish. At this point my daughter was done and drying of course and I was ready to go so I just let her finish knowing I wasn't going back! (Chalk it up to another place I won't return) Today is Monday, and I've removed the nail polish and repainted them myself! A day and a half later the polish was chipped everywhere and looked terrible! I won't be returning and actually took the time to Yelp them because I feel like I waisted my 18$ (tip included because I always tip no matter) you can see from the pictures I took....the manicure speaks for itself! read more

I tried them for the first time about a month ago. I had acrylic glitter tips filled and I had a pedi done also. They don't offer the throw away flip flops, so I sat there for an extra 45 minutes waiting for the polish to dry. As soon as I left there with my shoes on, I got home and the polish is smugged. I didn't want to go back to get it fixed so that is my fault. I am sure they would have fixed it if I went back. I just didn't have time. I went back last week to get another acrylic glitter tip fill and a pedi. Well this is the first time I've ever had the nail tech file through the acrylic and my own nail with the dremel. OUCH!!! We'll let that one go, accidents happen to everyone. The thing that really bothers me is the fact that none of the nails are smooth. They feel like sandpaper, you can actually feel the glitter in the tip of the nail. I remembered the 2nd time about not offering throw away flip flops so I brought my own. Polish looks great, but I was happier with the quality of the pedi from the gal who did it at my first visit. Willing to give them another try.... read more

I had my manicure yesterday. I walked in for my 11 am appointment and I had Nicki help me (cause per my coworker, she did a really precise job with her nails). I sat down, picked my colors. I asked her to help me pick out a gold glitter for my gel manicure and she told me to pick the lighter one. Ok....! I wanted a Tiffany's type of color and I was able to get that with my nail polish at home and wanted to replicate that in the form of gel. Everything Nicki did was with precision! My broken nail, she cut it and was able to shape it (even tho it's super short now). The care and the way she would work on my cuticles was perfect. My nails are so cute! I'm in love with em. I just went in tonight to get my nails done. I've been going in faithfully every two to three weeks for about six months now. I've had almost every lady do my nails, and they ALL do a fabulous job! Everyone is so friendly and kind here. I believe Thuba helped me with my nails tonight, and even though I came in at 6:15, she stayed until 8:30 to make sure I loved my nails. They are always so nice and have amazing customer service. I've never not left highly satisfied, and I always bring my friends in. Definitely recommend this place to any woman needing a relaxing break and a great mani/pedi. Take it from me, I'm extremely picky, and Mandara is as good as it gets! read more

I have been going here for the past 5 years and the only thing I could say is they are absolutely fabulous the best nail Salon you can imagine they're fast very clean very friendly very professional and very reasonable it's quite a ways away from me but it's worth the drive I would recommend them 100% and I've been to a lot of nail salons and I kind of do that I nail shop hop I like trying a lot of different shops but this is the only time place I have never done this I have stuck with them so so would I recommend them my answer is yes yes yes yes so try it you'll like it . read more

I love Mandara because they are so close and the hours are convenient. I think they do a good job. Some things they could improve on: Offer water to your customers and if they make an appointment don't make them wait before you begin working on them. There's been a bit of a wait occasionally. However, all that said, the ladies are very nice and they do really good work, so have been really please with them. read more

I had such a great experience at this salon! Two lovely ladies Nancy and Sue worked on my pedicure and my mom's, and they were both so attentive and skilled. What really stood out was how they helped me with an ingrown toenail - they were gentle, careful, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Someone had posted that they weren't sure if their tools are cleaned, I can confirm that is accurate. During my service the tech sprayed the clippers down with alcohol. Why weren't they sanitized before in an actual sanitizer?? They didn't use alcohol on my toes or even cleaned them let alone any sort of solid buffing. I went home and did it all myself. They also left nail polish on my toes and didn't clean them off. Also, instead of using a new clean cotton to separate my toes, they used the used ones from taking my polish off. How cheap is that? I just had soggy acetone soaked cotton stuck between my toes. Also, my pedicure was $35 which is a bit more than the average and they couldn't even spare a bit of cotton. Avoid the place at all costs.
