I rescheduled two weeks out with inspiration videos and photos. She did confirm she is able to do designs prior to our appointment. I booked her for detailed designs on 10 fingers. She didn't prepare for our appointment at all. No supplies to match what I sent. No research. Nothing. It was very difficult to communicate with Khali during my appointment. She wasn't attentive, and seemed frustrated. She cut two of my fingers and my nails look basic. I left work early and drove out of my way to her business to support her. Simply to be disappointed. Some areas were so irritated they even bled. I've had my nails done many times elsewhere and have never experienced that level of discomfort. The salon appears to be run by just two people, and the techniques feel outdated. The pedicure "massage" was barely a massage at all, it felt more like cream being spread on my legs for a few seconds even for a delux pedi. The manicure was also very mediocre. My nails weren't cleaned properly underneath, and they even nicked and chipped some of my nails during the service. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing from start to finish. The salon itself is clean, but it's usually empty, and after this experience I understand why. I won't be returning and unfortunately can't recommend it based on the quality of service I received.

I used to only do pedicures, which always lasted forever with zero chipping, but over the last few months I've started doing a Gel-X + dip combo with cat eye and I'm obsessed. I have never had a successful gel manicure that didn't lift within a week... until Vee. Whatever her technique is, these nails are staying on unless you literally break one. Vee is super friendly and chatty, and personally I love that. I genuinely enjoy our time every visit and it never feels rushed or awkward. The studio is in her home, but it's completely separate and downstairs -- just the garage and her nail space. It's all pink, pretty, private, and zen, and she always plays great music. It truly does not feel like you're in someone's house at all. One thing to note: this is a one-person business, so timing matters. If you want a longer pedicure with extra massage, just let her know ahead of time so she can plan properly. I love Vee and I love my nails every single time. Highly recommend.

I started to get my pedicure done by one lady but she didn't do my cuticles or understand what I was asking for so Katie finished my pedicure. That initial hiccup is my reason for 4 stars. I feel everyone should understand what the client is saying. However, I am particular, as anyone should be if we're paying $50+ for a gel pedicure. Katie did my American French pedicure but another lady did the acrylic in my big toe to fix the broken nail. Overall I had a really good experience and will return again if I am in the area and need a pedicure. Thank you ladies.
