I had such a great experience at Flights Nails! Lyna did my Gel-X set with a custom design, and she absolutely nailed it. She was patient, detail-oriented, and made sure everything looked perfect. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them, and I've already gotten so many compliments. Kevin did my pedicure, and it was just as amazing. I had a pedicure done here and unfortunately was very disappointed with my experience, especially considering all the good reviews. When I booked my appointment, I specifically requested Lyna, but I ended up being assigned to a different technician without being informed. The technician who did my pedicure also cut me during the service, and my nails were left long, sharp, uneven, and crooked. I expected a much more careful and polished pedicure, especially given the salon's positive reviews. I ordered the gel builder, which is supposed to last me up to four weeks.However, I've only had it for two days, and it's already chipping. By day five I have multiple chipped nails. Needless to say, I won't be returning here and wasting my money again. I honestly feel bamboozled and extremely disappointed. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon, and after seeing all the great reviews, I really thought I had found my new place. Everyone was very nice when we walked in, so the issue was absolutely not the friendliness of the staff--it was the actual quality of the service we paid for. My partner and I both got pedicures, and honestly, I'm questioning what we even paid for. My toenails were not cut short enough and were left extremely sharp. I even asked for them to be cut again, and they were still not done properly. I had to come home and recut my own toenails. My partner had the exact same issue. The calluses on both of our feet were barely addressed, and neither of our feet were left feeling soft or smooth. If I'm paying extra for a pedicure and callus removal, I expect the service to actually be completed. Otherwise, what exactly am I paying extra for? The cuticle service was another disappointment. My technician did not remove my ingrown nail until I specifically asked her to. My partner's technician actually cut her, which made her understandably nervous about allowing her to continue. Her toenails were also left longer than she requested, and after cutting her cuticles, the technician didn't properly clean them up or finish the service. We both walked out feeling like we didn't get what we paid for. Being friendly is great, but that doesn't make up for a poorly done service. I gave this place a chance because of the reviews, and I genuinely don't understand how our experience was this different. Definitely will not be returning. Came here for a pedicure. The salon itself is clean and tucked away in Dublin. The staff is kind, especially the person I assume is the owner. I brought a family member to get a pedicure with me. The woman was great at helping relieve pain on my toe by helping with my ingrown. So for that 10/5. However when the pedicure was done, my toe nails were longer than I wanted, crooked and I didn't love them. My family member felt the same. She tried them again and she didn't love them then either. There is potential but I feel like more training needs to be done. I also asked for OPI and they said the bubble bath OPI was discontinued... I went to a diff salon last week where they had it. Dk what's true and maybe I misunderstood but this feels more like a run of the mill salon. read more

Parking was easy, which is always a win. The staff was so welcoming right away--they offered me a complimentary drink and even had cookies, which was such a nice touch. I got a gel pedicure with removal of my old set and a new one. The pedicure was super relaxing, and my toes are definitely ready for spring. I absolutely LOVE flight nails! I get my acrylic nails done by Lyna and she is AMAZING, super sweet and welcoming. She takes her time with her clients, asks if they like there service while it's being done and is overall a nice person! I've gotten my nails done by her about 5 times and will continue to keep coming back! I also get my pedicures done here as well, by any staff member that is available because they are all amazing at what they do! They are ALWAYS cleaning up around the salon and I love that! My french tip pedi came out better than I've ever had it before, and it is SO SO SOOO worth the price. I've never been anywhere where they steamed my legs! Massage was exceptional. Paid $130 including tip and would do it a million times over again. Makes me sad I have to wait for my toes to grow out until I return as I'd be back every day if I could. Today, I visited a new nail salon and had a disappointing experience. I had specifically requested a manicure, but instead, I received an incorrect manicure after spending two and a half hours there. I was supposed to get a manicure and pedicure, but only a manicure was provided. When I asked the technician to remove the incorrect manicure, another technician came over to offer to redo it, but it was too late. To make matters worse, I was charged $90 for the manicure, which was the design that my child could have done. I never received my pedicure, and I will not be returning to this salon. Moving forward if you know you cannot execute a task don't do it give it to a more qualified person and speak up and be transparent. read more
