I chose this nail salon because they offer mani/pedis for kids, and it was my daughter's 8th birthday--she wanted her nails done for the first time. Her nail tech was amazing--gentle, kind, and so sweet, making it a wonderful first experience for her. Since we were there, I decided to get a mani/pedi as well, but that turned out to be a mistake. When I mentioned I wanted the lavender mani, my original nail tech disappeared, and another lady showed up( short hair & glasses). She suggested I get gel because, according to her, my toenails were "yellow." It felt like an insult disguised as an upsell. I declined and let her continue, but she was so rough, digging so deep into my toenail that now it hurts and feels like I have an ingrown nail. At that point, I thought about skipping the mani but decided to go through with it to keep the experience pleasant. Unfortunately, when she finished, my nails looked like they'd been done by a child--messy and uneven. It was disappointing. It seems that unless you choose the priciest package, you don't receive respect or quality service here. I won't be coming back to this unpleasant establishment. read more

I came in for a pedicure with gel and powder fill in for my two big toe she couldn't do it and forgot to fill in one of my nails. She realize she made a mistake and kept applying 4-6 coats of the color when I had to tell her to please stop and if she can apply the top coat. I of course ran out paid and tip her even when I was so unsatisfied. Location reminds me of a bar never seen before. Very dirty if state board came in they would immediately get fine for multiple things. Poor service and location lack cleanliness. Pay for quality ladies run don't go to this place. read more

Their spa package was absolutely amazing - They gave me a foot and leg massage, a hand and arm massage, and a neck massage! I was in heaven. I went to this nail salon a year ago and was not pleased but decided to come again. I won't do that again. I see plenty of good reviews and nails look amazing so I am forced to think that the quality is great with some techs and not with others. I noticed the nail polish was bubbly, brought it up and my tech proceeded to pile more nail polish on several of the nails to try to cover it. It's gel, so I have lumpy nails and discoloration from the top coat, application of the light. I called nicely once I got home and the woman was not polite, made it clear I was a nuisance and that she was busy - there was one time slot which interfered with my plans and, to be honest, based on the tone I didn't want to deal with this so I decided to not go back. I do not recommend this place unless you know and have the name of a tech that you like who does good work. read more

I made an appointment with Helen for a full set and a manicure. I was getting my nails done for my wedding in two days and trusted Helen because she usually does good work. I told her one 3 separate occasions I needed a manicure and not to cut my cuticles dry after she made me bleed. As she continued to rush and cut my cuticles dry, I was left with burning, swollen cuticles and did not receive the manicure I requested a week ago. The salon was empty and there was one person waiting who had called while I was getting my nails done. I'm so upset and hoping the swelling goes down especially because my hands will be in a lot of pictures. Very unfortunate and disappointing. Have to say the salon definitely changed. Went in a few days ago and even though we now have vaccines, there should still be safe protocols. I got a gel mani and was seated right next to other ppl, sandwiched in between them even though there were many other seats available... I had to ask twice to be moved to a different place further for social distancing. Lol funny thing is they have signs that say 6 ft apart but then choose to put the customer right next to each other. My gel mani was good, worker was extremely attentive. But sadly I paid a lot only to have the gel chip away 4 days later... look at pic below. I would be hesitant to come back even though I've been a customer as you can see for over 4-5 years. This is my first time coming back so maybe the polish becoming cheaper and cheaper? For gel I expect the nails to last minimum 1.5-2 weeks, definitely not 4 days. read more
