I like that they are right on the strip of Main St. bae and I just came here to drop our son off at the Alameda County Fair to be with his friends and we had some margarita couple blocks down and came here for a feet retreat. Reasonable price at $35 for their Traditional Pedicure, for gel it is an additional $15. I guess I am going with regular. Kim was my girl. Love the foot and leg massage. Went with Hot Pink for our uncanny summer heat. It won't last long but I'll do my best to maintain it. They were pretty full when we were already seated, not much conversation going on. English is very limited. However i do notice if you aren't a regular or Asian, you won't be spoken too. They sometimes prefer catering to others, that's just the real truth. It doesn't bother me. Came here at the recommendation of my aunt who lives nearby. They were pretty busy on a weekend but seemed to accommodate everyone well and efficiently without making me feel rushed. I had builder gel on for the first time and didn't know that it needed to be filled / treated differently than a regular gel manicure but they switched manicurists and she explained what that meant and took a lot of care with my nails. We went to Orchidee a few days before my sister's wedding to get gel Mani Pedi's. We had a reservation for 4 PM and were sat immediately. They were very careful to make sure we liked our colors and shape of our nails. The best part was that the massages wSO THOROUGH. Overall a really positive experience however a star off because I told them that I was allergic to fragrances, they said they'd check the oil, and then proceeded to use fragranced oils. Payment was declined from the salon systems own error. Nothing to do with lacking of funds. My payment was through Apple Pay. The staff member took my payment and it was declined on their end, but when I looked at my wallet on Apple Pay, the money was showing as withdrawn. Where did the money go if I did not pay them? Did it disappear to thin air? The staff did not want to believe me, even though I could hear the staff expressing how slow the Wi-Fi was throughout my appointment. Even though I had shown proof that my money was showing as deducted. After figuring things out, I still did not get an apology for all the judgment and the criticism nor did I get the owner's information like I had requested so that I can express my concerns to him as a first time customer .. I would not be going there if I didn't have the money to pay for these services plus I left my nail tech a $20 regardless of the pain and suffering I experienced here. I will not be coming back to this nail spa. I asked to speak to the owner because of the and response that I got was that the owner is "working". I don't care that the owner is working. I don't care if he's on vacation. I was planning on coming back here for future visits , but I will take my business elsewhere. Fix your Wi-Fi, fix your staffs attitudes. Very nice customer service. The music was relaxing and the salon looked clean overall. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. They look great. The massages were real massages, very strong, not a rub like most places. I also got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. It looks good but I think I might be allergic or the wax was too hot. I have small irritated bumps in the areas that were waxed. I thought it was unusual that they didn't give me the option to tip. We were able to make a reservation for two gel manicures easily by phone on Saturday afternoon. There was no wait when we arrived, in fact the place was empty. We were handed a single ring each (they were duplicates of one another) with an extremely limited selection of gel colors. We inquired at least three times whether these were all of the available colors and were told it was. At the very end, when they were out of the color my friend chose from the limited selection, they brought out a whole other selection of colors... it turned out there was another ring with more colors, this other ring was closer to the colors I was looking for ... my nails were already done by this time. I still cannot figure out why those colors were hidden and not shared with us. I am still confused and disappointed by this because I settled for the color I have and would have picked from the other samples. Another major issue was that the woman doing my friends nails was barely cutting any of her cuticles. We had to ask several times for them to be addressed better. Ultimately, the girl doing my nails had to take over my friends once mine were done. Also, be careful when they out the hot towel on your hand at the end. It was VERY hot, to the point where I pulled my hand back but still left with a red hand. Giving two stars instead of one because the length and shape of my nails is good and the girl doing my nails did get all of my cuticles really well. The gel polish is done ok, however I suspect in a week or so it will need maintenance because of the way it is applied in the corners/sides. read more

Wow, just WOW! First of all, I'd like to comment on how incredibly sweet and friendly all the staff are here. They got me in a chair right away and we got into a conversation about my valentines plans and cracked jokes with each other. They were just the sweetest!! I got a mani/pedi and callous treatment, plus a design on my nails all for $100, which I think is more than reasonable. The salt scrub felt amazing and they just went on and on and on with the best leg massage I've ever had!! I was there for maybe and hour and a half, where I was treated with massage for almost the entire time! They even gave me a neck and shoulder massage that had me melting like butter. Seriously, I'd so much rather come here than a massage studio, they did amazing!! They also gave me a nice hot cup of green tea to enjoy while my feet and legs were being generously massaged! My nails are adorable and look fantastic, perfect for Valentine's Day! I cannot rant enough about how great this place is! I think this will be my new regular haunt.
