I've been going here for about 5 years now and give them a solid 4.5 stars! Diem is my girl! They finally got some new chairs and desks too so it's very new and clean, as the old chairs were brown and torn. It's an actual massage chair vs what it previously was... a regular mani/pedi is $60 total, and a little pricier as you get shellac/gel/acrylic etc. They're open daily, except Monday's and I'm usually able to get in without an appointment, but since I prefer Diem, I like to call ahead and see her availability. My nail color is always "Funny Bunny" and then I mess around with different shades of red during the summer, and more dark colors in the fall and winter... overall a great location as it's right next to Peet's, Dave's Hot Chicken, Safeway and lots more. read more

Update to my review. The service and nails are great. However I think it's so tacky when a nail place makes you pay to take off the gel they put on. My old place would only charge if you didn't get your nails done there. When they charge you for something you already paid for it left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't think I'm going back. I have a new baby so I've been unable to stay on top of my pedicure so I did regular nail polish instead of gel. So when I went to pay and the price was still $45 dollars for a basic pedicure with regular nail polish I was shook. read more

Horrible job ... I went there for dip nails paid $100 for dip and a pedicure just for my nails to peel off the next day. Keep in mind dip doesn't peel off. She put a gel coating on top but obviously their process is not effective or efficient.. when I get dip done it lasts me almost a month. Not happy with their work! read more

My first time trying this place and I am very happy with the service. The location is next to Wells Fargo in the Safeway plaza in Dublin. It's very big and airy but a little dated. The massage chair for the pedicures was making noises when turned on. However it didn't affect the massage quality so to me that is okay. I really like this place for their overall demeanors. These Vietnamese ladies are more mature and friendlier compares to the ones run by younger Vietnamese girls. I wrote a review on tea nails and Nails 4 U. Over there, the girls always talk in Vietnamese loud and had a very judgmental attitude. As if they are talking smacks about their clients. This vine was specifically felt if a customer is asking for something different than what they were doing. You now what I mean, well this place doesn't do that. It makes me feel more comfortable as a paying customer. They also speak good English. Then there is the price. It is more reasonable, $45 for gel pedicures and $35 for regular pedicure. I had been going to Nails 4 U for two years and also before they had changed ownership. I really didn't like the feeling after but I didn't have time to look for a different one. They have raised their prices in the last few months and it's not really worth it to go there anymore. The place is in need of remodeling and new, clean equipment. The nail drill cover that was used for my manicure was absolutely filthy. I have damaged nail beds on my thumbnails and nail technicians usually use gel fill to help even out the rough surface but this technician used nail glue. I didn't realize what was happening until she spilled the glue over my thumb and it covered my thumb pad. There was a language barrier because she didn't understand when I asked her to remove the glue so after several attempts to communicate another technician told her to clean the glue and she didn't even clean it fully. The whole manicure turned out terribly, but another technician who did my pedicure did an amazing job. Unfortunately it's just not worth it to return because of the increased prices and the overall deterioration of the salon. read more

They did a horrible job on my pedicure and and the r lasted 3 days at most and when I called Jeni told me to come in . When I did, she started speaking all mad in her language then with attitude told me to sit and started giving me a hard time about it. You pay for service and get trash then get attitude when you asked then to fix their mistake . Horrible ! The redo was worse than the first . It lasted less than 1 hour and was still wet at an hour even tho they said it was dry read more

Decided to try a new place. $22 for a pedicure. Great price and good pedicure. The place was packed for a weekday afternoon. They use a bowl cover for each client. I like that! The lady who did my nails was very meticulous in cleaning my cuticles. She was also very friendly. Credit card minimum is $25. Be sure to bring cash. I'll be back!!! read more

I would put negative stars if I could. The nail tech told me that for a medium length she would charge $60, and I even confirmed after she cut it to the length. Yet, at the end of the service she stated it was actually $70. The Better Business Bureau will hear about this. In addition, she did a horrible job. My nails were filed unevenly, and were overfilled. Within an hour of coming home, they broke randomly as I was opening a cabinet. I went inside the next morning to discuss my dissatisfaction and request them to fix my broken nail at least, or file down if possible, and she was trying to argue with me that it would be an additional $35 charge. She also gaslighted me regarding everything. She also grabbed my hand and phone while she had another customer's nail dust all over her hands. She got it all over my phone and hands, which is ALARMING because it is a potential disease risk (especially with recent studies showing increase in HPV exposure in nail salons!!!!). DO NOT COME HERE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND YOUR HEALTH WILL BE AT POTENTIAL RISK read more

First off I don't do my nails except every 10 years so ... I had them so my nails gel for a event - first time ever doing gel didn't even know what it was. So imagine my surprise when they said I had to do all this special stuff to remove it!! Well I went back and had them so it and then I got a simple regular manicure. I guess if I need nails done again I'll go back to them. No complaints except no idea how women do this all the time!!! I'm just a nail clipper gal. read more

My mom sprung the idea on me to go get pedicures. I have never had a pedicure. I have never had a manicure. I have never set foot in a Nail Salon in my life. Until now. So I really didn't know what to expect. I'm not big on the subservient idea of having someone do my nails for me. Plus, I have a weird personal opinion that people with perfectly manicured nails are lazy. I know, I know, its just a weird thought that I have. Plus I'm also cheap and would never waste money on such a frivolous activity like having an Asian woman slave over my hands and feet. But mom was paying and I went along for the ride for yelps sake. We were sat with in a few moments on giant black leather massage chairs that had baths at the feet. Our feet were soaked in a little bubble bath for a few minutes until there was a woman available to do our feet. I wasn't feeling the massage chairs. They were uncomfortable and I turned mine off after a few moments. I was just uncomfortable in general. My mom thought I was really weird. The woman doing my feet rubbed the rough parts of my heels. Rubbed lotion on my lower legs and put some type of oil on my toe nails. I had just cut my toenails the night before so I didn't need a cut. She also trimmed my cuticles which I didn't even know you could do on your toes. She lightly filed them to make them even then applied the clear base. I chose an OPI color called "Miami Beet." A purplish wine blush color. The paint job was fine. Kind of a light coating for such a dark color. It definitely needed a 3rd coat. Since this was my first time going to a nail spa, I guess it was ok. It wasn't something I would make a point of going to every month but it was ok since my mom was paying for it anyway. Its just a weird thing to me to have your nails done. Or maybe I'm the weird one for thinking its weird? read more

Awesome nails and for a great price. I came along with a friend who frequents this parlor. I saw the pretty nail design she got from here and wanted the same. I was surprised how meticulous the nail technician was in doing my nails. Never did I feel rushed, and she took her time to ensure the outcome was perfect. It ended up only costing $35. Stood in Dublin for a day with friends and was in desperate need to remove my current gel and get a fresh color. Stopped here and was taken in immediately, which is always nice. Not the friendliest service but the work was definitely 5 stars. I also liked the selection of gel colors they had. I wish I knew my manicurist name but she really didn't speak to me, which was why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. It would of been nice to know her name to give her credit for the wonderful manicure she gave me! Proper manicures are always nice to receive especially when some nail salons can seem like little assembly lines. The only thing I can say to distinguish her from the others is she was the youngest one :) Service took a bit long but that doesn't bother me if and when the outcome is good. I would definitely recommend this place and most def recommend the younger lady who helped me. read more

i requested brow threading and a shampoo+blowout…read more The vibe inside was nice, lots of customers going in and out, so it was clearly a popular place, some rooms were a little bit rundown, but that's whatever everyone that I interacted with was friendly and the service was kind. If your face isn't hairy, and your hair is extremely tame and requires little to no maintenance then this just might work for you. not me. Even though I requested only eyebrow threading, I realized that I wanted to do sideburn threading as well, and she accommodated me with no issue. However, it was only when I left the salon and already halfway home when I realized she completely missed some huge patches on my cheeks, so it looked very strange. Unfortunately, neither me or the lady doing my threading realized this, even after I looked in the mirror and examined it closely, maybe the lighting in there just isn't good because it seemed obvious after I left, but inside it was really hard to tell that something was wrong. As for the shampoo and blowout, it wasn't outright terrible but for the price I would've expected something better than what I could've done myself, and I did not receive that. The blowout technique was some of the strangest I had ever seen. The person doing my hair was being pretty rough with my hair, it wasn't overly painful but the way they were doing it was definitely not healthy for my hair. Additionally, I asked them to take care of the frizz at the top of my head, and instead of taking care of it, they said that they couldn't do anything about it. That response was extremely strange, considering I was the same ethnicity as the staff and I assumed that they would have some experience with people of my hair texture. I guess I was wrong. When I get threading done, I expect a thorough job and when I get a blowout, I expect beautiful frizz free hair, and my experience fell short of my expectations, unfortunately. i won't be back.

One of the worst customer service anyone could ever receive. We were denied the services offered because the client came on a wheelchair. They have a wheel chair sign outside the building yet none of the employees neither the owner herself was comforting nor did not show any kind of compassionate. The owner seemed very mad and did not have any kind of smile of her face. I do not recommend this place to anyone especially who are physically disabled because they show no kind of compassion and often discriminate you. Jeni's nail salon is awesome. I get acrylic pink and white nails and Jeni personally does my nails and she does it perfectly. I've been getting my nails do for about 7 years. I was going to other nail salons and happened upon Jeni's. I'm so glad I did because it's the best acrylic pink and white nail's I've received by far. So I will be sticking with Jeni. Parking is easy. I love that they have a TV on and magazines to read. It's totally relaxing. Thanks Jeni! read more

this place isn't very clean and the people aren't always the nicest they don't spend extra time on you for a pedicure(massage, cleaning dry skin etc.) i used to love coming here, years ago and my last trip back was a total dissapointment read more

I like this shop because it is very clean and that the price is cheap. My friend showed me this shop and it is nice. Their employees were very helpful. They talk in a vietnamese accent so it is a little funny but hard to understand. read more

Jeni's Nails take walk ins which is always welcome. The manicurists get busy especially after lunch hour so it's better to call ahead to schedule an appointmentJeni's Nails take card which is definitely a plus. read more

I attached a photo for reference, I literally took them off in the shower whiteout any issues! I basically paid $120 for garbage. The people working here are shady, and expensive. Some areas were so irritated they even bled. I've had my nails done many times elsewhere and have never experienced that level of discomfort. The salon appears to be run by just two people, and the techniques feel outdated. The pedicure "massage" was barely a massage at all, it felt more like cream being spread on my legs for a few seconds even for a delux pedi. The manicure was also very mediocre. My nails weren't cleaned properly underneath, and they even nicked and chipped some of my nails during the service. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing from start to finish. The salon itself is clean, but it's usually empty, and after this experience I understand why. I won't be returning and unfortunately can't recommend it based on the quality of service I received.
