I've been going here for about 5 years now and give them a solid 4.5 stars! Diem is my girl! They finally got some new chairs and desks too so it's very new and clean, as the old chairs were brown and torn. It's an actual massage chair vs what it previously was... a regular mani/pedi is $60 total, and a little pricier as you get shellac/gel/acrylic etc. They're open daily, except Monday's and I'm usually able to get in without an appointment, but since I prefer Diem, I like to call ahead and see her availability. My nail color is always "Funny Bunny" and then I mess around with different shades of red during the summer, and more dark colors in the fall and winter... overall a great location as it's right next to Peet's, Dave's Hot Chicken, Safeway and lots more. read more

Update to my review. The service and nails are great. However I think it's so tacky when a nail place makes you pay to take off the gel they put on. My old place would only charge if you didn't get your nails done there. When they charge you for something you already paid for it left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't think I'm going back. I have a new baby so I've been unable to stay on top of my pedicure so I did regular nail polish instead of gel. So when I went to pay and the price was still $45 dollars for a basic pedicure with regular nail polish I was shook. read more

Horrible job ... I went there for dip nails paid $100 for dip and a pedicure just for my nails to peel off the next day. Keep in mind dip doesn't peel off. She put a gel coating on top but obviously their process is not effective or efficient.. when I get dip done it lasts me almost a month. Not happy with their work! read more

My first time trying this place and I am very happy with the service. The location is next to Wells Fargo in the Safeway plaza in Dublin. It's very big and airy but a little dated. The massage chair for the pedicures was making noises when turned on. However it didn't affect the massage quality so to me that is okay. I really like this place for their overall demeanors. These Vietnamese ladies are more mature and friendlier compares to the ones run by younger Vietnamese girls. I wrote a review on tea nails and Nails 4 U. Over there, the girls always talk in Vietnamese loud and had a very judgmental attitude. As if they are talking smacks about their clients. This vine was specifically felt if a customer is asking for something different than what they were doing. You now what I mean, well this place doesn't do that. It makes me feel more comfortable as a paying customer. They also speak good English. Then there is the price. It is more reasonable, $45 for gel pedicures and $35 for regular pedicure. I had been going to Nails 4 U for two years and also before they had changed ownership. I really didn't like the feeling after but I didn't have time to look for a different one. They have raised their prices in the last few months and it's not really worth it to go there anymore. The place is in need of remodeling and new, clean equipment. The nail drill cover that was used for my manicure was absolutely filthy. I have damaged nail beds on my thumbnails and nail technicians usually use gel fill to help even out the rough surface but this technician used nail glue. I didn't realize what was happening until she spilled the glue over my thumb and it covered my thumb pad. There was a language barrier because she didn't understand when I asked her to remove the glue so after several attempts to communicate another technician told her to clean the glue and she didn't even clean it fully. The whole manicure turned out terribly, but another technician who did my pedicure did an amazing job. Unfortunately it's just not worth it to return because of the increased prices and the overall deterioration of the salon. read more

I would put negative stars if I could. The nail tech told me that for a medium length she would charge $60, and I even confirmed after she cut it to the length. Yet, at the end of the service she stated it was actually $70. The Better Business Bureau will hear about this. In addition, she did a horrible job. My nails were filed unevenly, and were overfilled. Within an hour of coming home, they broke randomly as I was opening a cabinet. I went inside the next morning to discuss my dissatisfaction and request them to fix my broken nail at least, or file down if possible, and she was trying to argue with me that it would be an additional $35 charge. She also gaslighted me regarding everything. She also grabbed my hand and phone while she had another customer's nail dust all over her hands. My mom sprung the idea on me to go get pedicures. I have never had a pedicure. I have never had a manicure. I have never set foot in a Nail Salon in my life. Until now. So I really didn't know what to expect. I'm not big on the subservient idea of having someone do my nails for me. Plus, I have a weird personal opinion that people with perfectly manicured nails are lazy. I know, I know, its just a weird thought that I have. Plus I'm also cheap and would never waste money on such a frivolous activity like having an Asian woman slave over my hands and feet. But mom was paying and I went along for the ride for yelps sake. We were sat with in a few moments on giant black leather massage chairs that had baths at the feet. Our feet were soaked in a little bubble bath for a few minutes until there was a woman available to do our feet. I wasn't feeling the massage chairs. They were uncomfortable and I turned mine off after a few moments. I was just uncomfortable in general. My mom thought I was really weird. The woman doing my feet rubbed the rough parts of my heels. Rubbed lotion on my lower legs and put some type of oil on my toe nails. I had just cut my toenails the night before so I didn't need a cut. She also trimmed my cuticles which I didn't even know you could do on your toes. She lightly filed them to make them even then applied the clear base. I chose an OPI color called "Miami Beet." A purplish wine blush color. The paint job was fine. Kind of a light coating for such a dark color. It definitely needed a 3rd coat. Since this was my first time going to a nail spa, I guess it was ok. It wasn't something I would make a point of going to every month but it was ok since my mom was paying for it anyway. Stood in Dublin for a day with friends and was in desperate need to remove my current gel and get a fresh color. Stopped here and was taken in immediately, which is always nice. Not the friendliest service but the work was definitely 5 stars. I also liked the selection of gel colors they had. I wish I knew my manicurist name but she really didn't speak to me, which was why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. It would of been nice to know her name to give her credit for the wonderful manicure she gave me! Proper manicures are always nice to receive especially when some nail salons can seem like little assembly lines. I'm so frustrated and will never be back, I've made an appointment on 2 separate occasions for my nails to be done during my lunch and they've failed both times.
