I got full set acrylics and a pedicure and am very pleased with both of them. Jackie on acrylics was so kind and knowledgeable. she did a FANTASTIC job (granted I didn't get anything too difficult). Julie did my pedicure and it turned out great too. The place is clean and organized. I also thought the price was very reasonable. I went in the middle of the day and the place was busy, but not busy enough where a line formed. I plan on returning! read more

It was my first time coming here and it'll most definitely be my last. I came in with high hopes after reading so many positive Google and Yelp reviews. Since I'm extremely picky about my nails, I made an appointment specifically with Crystal based on the recommendations. While she was filing my nails, she went way too deep and caused my cuticles to bleed, leaving them red and irritated. Although she was chill, I didn't feel that enough care was taken during the service. I had asked for short, round Gel-x nails, but when I left, I noticed they looked way too lifted. It seemed like too much product was applied underneath, which made them look bulky and unnatural. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience and the results. Personally, I wouldn't rely too heavily on the reviews here or Google. read more

Needed a nail salon closer to home and am SO glad I found this one! Crystal has done my gel-x nails twice now and I absolutely LOVE her work. She's very skilled, meticulous, and fast. I especially love how she cleans under my nails so it's not thick or gross. Got a basic pedicure and my postpartum, calloused feet are rejuvenated! read more

I went to this salon few days ago for gel manicure and a basic pedicure . It only took 3 days for my gel polish to get chipped. I have been doing my nails for the past 20 years in a different salon and a gel manicure has never been chipped in 3 days! read more

Super friendly staff, and I appreciated that the nail techs stayed focused instead of chatting across the room. Prices are in line with other local salons. A nice bonus--they offer complimentary water and club soda from a little fridge. read more

Thank you May for my beautiful mani-pedi today just in time for Easter! I treated myself with the "cat eye" style which is well worth the extra $10. As always very caring and gentle service. Extra thanks to Crystal for getting me in last minute, even though it's always better to schedule ahead since they get pretty busy. read more

Been coming here for a year and have to share how grateful I am that I found Bella 2. I've been happy with my service every single time I come in. All the staff have been professional, kind, and helpful. The location is clean and tidy. They use clean tools and have a nice selection of colors. The massage chairs are high quality and make for a relaxing and pampering experience. I absolutely love coming to see Jenny for a pedicure. She is gentle, listens to me, and knows how to manage my ingrown toenails and prevent them from coming back. Lina does an amazing job for my hard gel manicure. Her attention to detail always leaves my nails looking so beautiful! Both Jenny and Lina are very knowledgeable and even knew how to just their technique based on how my nails grow out. I am really impressed by their work because I can go for several weeks with my nails still looking near-perfect! They have also been very flexible with helping me find appointments and are always timely and efficient. I highly recommend coming to Bella2! read more

Lots of color options here, and their massage chairs are AMAZING!!! Got the deluxe pedi, which included a wax, foot massage and hot stones $50, which wasn't too bad. The ladies were nice and took their time. The only downside to our visit here was they only had 2 people working so we had to wait for about 10-15 mins. If there were a couple more, we would have gotten a mani as well. They even gave a cute little snack cart with water and sodas. read more

The first time I went here was a couple months ago and I saw a lady named Hannah, she was wonderful. I have nothing against her. However, I saw someone else for my prom nails (I don't know her name) and she did me so dirty with the nail art. I originally wanted stars on all my fingers (I'll put the reference photo), and she told me it wouldn't look good, so we only did two fingers on each hand (I have gotten this style before at a salon in Sacramento, so I know I like it). I now understand why she didn't want to do all 10 fingers and it's because she can't draw stars. Instead of telling me this at the beginning, she just drew 4 bad stars and charged me $15 extra. This is for my senior prom, which is one of my last big events in high school. I am very sad about this and feel very ripped off. If you go here, request Hannah. read more

Made a last minute appointment for 2 pedicures on a Saturday and was able to get in. Jenny and Jackie were our technicians and they were great! Super friendly and very kind. I love how talkative and welcoming they were :) we both had the deluxe pedicure which came with a sugar scrub, a mask, and hot stones. The massage chairs are another added perk! Will definitely be back! read more

very disappointing and upsetting experience at Bella2nails with my three children. During our visit, there was extremely loud construction work taking place, which made the environment stressful and uncomfortable -- not what you'd expect from a salon. Unfortunately, the treatment itself was also poor. The nail filing was rough and caused pain, and three out of the four of us left with visible injuries around our nails. Staff were not only unresponsive to our discomfort, but also quite rude, and offered no apology or concern for what had happened. I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel it's important for others to be aware of our experience. We won't be returning. read more

5 stars for Hannah (1st visit) 2 stars for second visit, different tech My first time, I schedule Hanna and she did an amazing job I did have to wait 1hour past my appointment because she was working on another client, but the girls did my pedicure during the wait (30 min) And then I waited 30 min for my turn, while my toes dried. My second visit-- I scheduled Hanna again. She's worth the wait! But when I arrived, they were just opening and I went inside to wait. I told the lady opening I had an appointment with Hanna She asked me to start my pedicure and I figured that was fine, while we wait for Hanna to arrive. But! She started my hands too... I didn't know why, maybe she was just going to start while we waited? But nope she ended up doing the whole thing... super super rushed and it was AWFUL. Thick, Bumpy acrylic. I knew I should have spoke up. So I guess that's also on me. But I didn't appreciate the switch. I drove 20 min to this location because of Hanna. I'd rather just find a closer location, idk if it's worth it anymore. read more

I was referred to Lucy, one of the nail techs one of my friends that raves about this place. She swore up and down that Lucy gave one of the best pedicures ever! I happened to be in the area so I decided to give this place a shot. Service: I made an appointment so I did not have to wait. In regards to the actual pedicure, turns out my friend was right! The massage was AMAZING! The best I've ever had with a pedicure. Not only that, but when she was scrubbing my dry skin on the bottom of my feet... she went alllllll in! Price: I got the deluxe pedicure with gel. Deluxe pedicure- $55. Gel-$20 add on Thank you for the amazing Pedicure! read more

I searched the reviews and read the most recent and thought I would give this place a try. I was due for a gel refill and a repair of a broken nail. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted and offered a seat to wait for a technician. After 5-7 minutes I met with "Hannah" who asked a few questions and offered nail color choices. Hannah did a wonderful job. She was polite, efficient and professional. The place was clean and well organized. I definitely recommend this nail salon. Great service, speedy appointment and so many amazing gems, nail design offerings, and colors! I just went to Bella 2 for the first time ever and was so impressed. I was hoping to find a new place that had more dip colors, could do fun trendy designs and even had gems I could decorate my nails with. If you're looking for a great please to get your nails done, consider Synergy in Dublin. Services are decently priced and the facility is very clean. One of the things I like about this place is that it uses plastic covers over the foot spas. Nice way to keep things sanitary. Other places just spray Clorox and wipe with a sponge between uses. I got the regular manicure and pedicure for my first visit here. I was pretty happy with the results. My nails looked great and the girl who did my nails was very gentle. My friends and I booked the first slot on a Saturday morning and were seated immediately. A few people who came after us had to wait a bit. My recommendation is to book an appointment if you're coming here on a weekend. Or, if you have to wait for service, you can always go next door and grab a boba first! read more

I came for a pedicure and it was really good. The massage chairs are state of the art. I would've given 5 stars but... 1. I feel that they up charge you for all the extras. Granted, they did have a menu and you can pick classic, deluxe, etc. but most places include the massage. I don't think I should pay for that. 2. I got the paraffin treatment. That was nice but the esthetician didn't remove all the oils from my nails so when she painted them, I sat there for 30 min and my nails were still wet. Another lady went to check on me and said that she has to redo my nails. 3. The esthetician cleaned my cuticles very well but she also nicked the side of one of my toes but didn't acknowledge that she did it. I thought she was taking care of an ingrown nail or a hangnail. She wasn't. I looked closely the next day and noticed a cut on that toe. It hurts very much. I can't really walk on that foot. I'm hoping the pain will be gone tomorrow. That said, she was very nice and gave me a lot of advice for beauty tips. She spent time with my callouses and she was pleasant. I wanted to give them 5 stars but I just can't. Sorry. read more

I'm so happy I came back to Synergy! I'm so pleased with my hands and feet; I didn't get the gents (Tony) name that did my acrylics, but he seemed like a perfectionist and I LOVE THAT. I noticed when men do my acrylic nails they take their time and they're meticulous. That's greatly appreciated. I came in for a acrylic fill and pedicure. The pedicure was pretty dang good, the hot stone massage was amazing and the massage alone was super relaxing. I need my pedicures to be at this level for me to come back. ($27) When I first came in to get my fill I was going to get regular polish, but after noticing they had chrome, mood changing and glow in the dark - I had to do gel. It was a little more than I usually pay, but with the effects of my nails I'm very happy. There's no bumps on my nails, they're completely smooth and even. I decided with the mood changing glow in the dark gel #1 ($40) I'm more than happy with the outcome and WILL continue to come back. I'll be referring my girlfriends as well! read more

Great, relaxing, and friendly place to get your nails done! Mani or pedi - great services all around!

I don't get my nails done often but when I do I expect my nails to look like they are reborn with a pop of color! I don't have a to go place for my nails so I looked up on yelp and decided to come here due to all the great reviews. It was a slow day and they were able to take me right away for a full set with gel. I wish I got the name of the lady who did my nails but she was amazing! Not only did she do a great job on my nails but she was so friendly and sweet. I was in a rush so I asked her to speed up and she was able to do so without any complains. It was 45 dollars for a full set with any gel color which is a great price if you're looking for excellent service. The salon is well maintained and clean! I loved the background music they had on playing it was so soothing! I'll def be coming here more often! read more
