I got so excited that finally Synergy is back open! I used to go there once a month before COVID hit because it's close to my previous house and they did excellent job and reasonable price. I moved to Martinez but still wanted to go back to the place you trust, you know. After they changed the owner and team. It's kinda changed. I miss Tony, precious owner. Anyway, I was there today. These 2 acrylic nail and pedicure toes for $130. Oh WOW! this price surprised me. I did from the other place near my recent house , they normal charge me $85 - $100. ( depends on design I requested). But after Synergy is reopen, I drove 40 min from my house to Dublin just to give them a try with new management. Just so you know I also tipped the lady $20 CASH because I'm not a cheap person. I always respect service jobs , she did a good job tho. So I ended up paying her $130+ $20 = $150. With this price I got charged today, I don't think I want to return. I came in after work to get a mani and pedi and the ladies were amazing! The shop was clean, and the women were very attentive and made sure that I was comfortable. My nails and toes came out AMAZINGLY. The young lady was able to execute exactly the picture I showed her, after originally going to a nail salon that did completely the opposite even with a picture! And this salon advertised themselves as "high end".. right.. lol I got the BEST foot massage EVER and my toes look beautiful! I will be going to synergy from now on! So this place does cost $4 more for a gel manicure than my normal place that I go to in Dublin. It's very cute and they are polite. Biggest perk is that you get a 5 minute shoulder massage.. so that could make it worth the money :) I went later in the day (6pm) and I did see a coffee maker. My guess is that they have coffee for you if you come in the morning. They also had bags of chips (unfortunately I'm trying to eat healthy). Unfortunately I'm giving two stars because my gel manicure began to peel off on many nails within two days! A week after I got my nails done I had five different nails with nail polish that is lifting up at the top. This has never happened to me before... usually my gel nails last a minimum of two weeks but usually three weeks. My wife didn't have that good of an experience either. She got acrylics and the lady was in a hurry to leave during closing. We asked another person if they were dry or not and he said they were fine. It was 7:15pm at this time so I understand we were there after they closed. Turns out they were not dry when we left so 3-4 of her nails got ruined :/ Overall we aren't thrilled. read more

So I live right around the corner and have been loyal, coming here for over three years despite change in management. While the quality of products and service has not gone down, the customer service fails for me. The new owner who is more about filling seats than giving quality service, is very abrupt. I received and paid for the reflexology pedicure and manicure which is $65 total. I did not make an appt. and was one of the only ones there on an evening. Once a couple other people showed up, one of the people giving me my services, walked point blank from me to tend to the new customer. Because of this, my experience took longer than usual--you fill up seats, this is just the result of that. I've been holding off writing this for two reasons: I am a loyal customer, and second, because I wanted to see if my next experience may make up for the last one. Clearly, it didn't. Although I've been asked more than twice if I wanted shellac and after explaining to the owner the reason why is because shellac is made from beetles, she did not remember my response and asked me again. Lastly, I tried using the % off deal offered through checking in via Yelp, and the owner did not honor it. Instead, she gave me a punch card and punched my card once, and said after I get 9 more mani/pedi combos, I'll get a free pedicure. Big ole JOKE in my opinion. I will not be wasting my time here any longer, close or not close, you guys need a serious customer service facelift. read more

The girls were incredibly nice and attentive. The prices are very fair in regards to the treatment they provide. I got a shellac manicure, it's been 15 days and has still lasted beautifully. I also decided to get a foot massage along the mani and it was amazing. I was treated to a sugar scrub, hot stone massage, and hot towel treatment. Awesome? I think yes! Clean, lots of Quality colors to chose from, friendly staff and most of all the massage which makes them Different from all the other Nail salons. I have move away from Rejoice in San Ramon (near post office) because even if they do massage too the people there have become arrogant and rude. Plus their salon is not very clean and they rush you out. Here at Synergy they want you to relax and enjoy. I kept telling her that I see bubbles and she kept saying she didn't see any. I attached photos, you can see the bubbles and sloppy gel clearly. This place is the best! They listen to you! And speak kindly to you. They are gentle not aggressive. We had 4 ladies in our party getting pedicures. They accomodated with smiles and warm welcome. They let us bring in some snacks, fruit for us to share. All our toes are BEAUTIFUL!! You know how there's usually at least one person who's toes don't turn out so great, or their nail tech wasn't good. Well, ALL of ours were awesome and we are so happy. My friend has one crazy toenail on her foot that never looks good, but her technician sanded it down and it looked totally normal! Nobody and ever done that for her before It was very special. I came here because of the Yelp reviews and I was limited on time. I don't know if I came on a wrong day or not, but I was waiting outside 10 am and no one was there so I called Tony and he said they were running late. Anyways, after 15 minutes, I was able to be assisted. The place is super clean and I love how the music is actually spa music and not pop. Super relaxing. There's a good color selection. After a week, my nails started peeling off. I did not have time to come back and get them fixed. It appears that they don't have the newer technology when it comes to your nails. My acrylic was a little thicker than what I'm used to. I loved my pedicure though, they gave me a really good massage with the hot stone! They also do waxing here. Honestly, this place gets the job done but it isn't my favorite, but I've gone here a couple of times. A good place for convenience and price. read more

This spa get 5 foots up the ass. I got eyelash extensions after confirming with Synergy that these would not harm your natural lashes. ($75 for first application) I referred 8 of my dearest friends to this place to get pretty lashes, too. After multiple fills at $20+ twice a week for two months, I opted for laser eye surgery and had to take them off. Well to my dismay, my natural lashes were cut in half with bald spots galore. My friends lashes were even worse! They weren't too happy about it. I felt duped. Synergy flat out lied to me. Was $400 in your pocket worth losing 9 customers? The daughter has been coming to this nail salon with a fried of hers for a few months now, and I have been impressed by her nails enough to venture out to try it myself. I called and they were able to take me on a windy Thursday and the service was very friendly and the amount of options they offer for enhancements were great. I had an excellent pedicure and manicure and was given hot tea an opted for an extended massage. My daughter was correct that this place is definitely worth coming to.
