Wine and a pedicure, what took me so long, plus after reading my new Community Manager's review I had to check it out. I came after 10am on a Saturday and they were booked and put me down to come back at noon. That was no problem because I had errands to run. I received the basic pedicure for $36 cash. The lady paid attention to my cuticles and filed and cut my toenails. I received a complimentary glass of Merlot. Lee my pedicurist was attentive and friendly. The owner also owns and runs the Fusion Wine Bar next door. They have a soft opening with 20%off.

She'll let me see what shade looks like before she continues. Tammy is the nicest lady I know. She truly cares about her business and her clients. I was there that day actually and that woman was aggressive and rude, I was ready to throw down for Tammy lol. Don't listen to these negative people, this is by far the best nail salon probably in all of the bay area. I give it 5000 out of 5 stats!

Worst salon ever!! I was so overwhelmed by two people trying to figure out how to create a cat eye manicure that by the end of it I did not pay attention to my toes until I go lt home. To my surprise she had left a gap from where the skin is to where the nail polish starts, leaving an outgrown look :( I was so upset!! However, time is of essence and I had to let it be. Four days later my the gel had already chipped, which was incredibly frustrating considering I paid $120.... **One week later** I was in the shower washing my hair and the gel polish kept getting stuck on my hair, I'm not kidding when I say I took the nails off like it was stickers... I attached a photo for reference, I literally took them off in the shower whiteout any issues! I basically paid $120 for garbage. The people working here are shady, and expensive. I would never ever go back and if anybody is thinking about going to this salon I hope this helps, please be careful, save your money and go elsewhere.

Since I'm extremely picky about my nails, I made an appointment specifically with Crystal based on the recommendations. While she was filing my nails, she went way too deep and caused my cuticles to bleed, leaving them red and irritated. Although she was chill, I didn't feel that enough care was taken during the service. I had asked for short, round Gel-x nails, but when I left, I noticed they looked way too lifted. It seemed like too much product was applied underneath, which made them look bulky and unnatural. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience and the results. Personally, I wouldn't rely too heavily on the reviews here or Google.

Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, we were met with an unwelcoming attitude. It honestly felt like we were bothering the staff. My sister's nail technician checked on her throughout the service and made sure she was comfortable. However, my boyfriend's technician spent the first 15 minutes of his appointment on a phone call. I understand that unexpected situations come up, but it would have been more professional to step away before starting his service rather than dividing her attention. Thankfully, once she returned, he was happy with the rest of his experience. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't the same. My technician was texting repeatedly throughout my appointment. During my deluxe spa pedicure, she hurt me while trimming my nails and cleaning my cuticles, and she didn't check to see if I was okay afterward. The worst part was during the hot towel portion of the pedicure. One of the towels was extremely hot. I don't like to complain, but I politely told her, "I'm sorry, it's too hot." Instead of letting it cool down, she simply adjusted the towel and placed it back on my leg, which ended up burning my skin. On top of that, my sister and I each paid an extra $15 for cat-eye nails, and the design did not meet our expectations at all. It wasn't the quality we were expecting, especially for the additional cost. In total, I paid $195, which is honestly an insane amount considering the overall experience and results. I really wanted to love this salon, but between the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, getting burned during my pedicure, and being disappointed with the final results, I won't be coming back.
