They open at 9:00am! This is great because I love getting things done early. I was the only one this morning getting a pedicure so my nail technician was not rushing. I received the deluxe pedicure which cost $55, the massage included I think was 20 minutes but it felt shorter than that. I wished he had a slower massage technique instead of fast rubs, but it still felt good. They have a $95 pedicure! It's pricier here than other salons I have been to but it's worth it for me since they are close by, very nice customer service, and they open early! I'll be back again for another pedi. read more

So I never vent about prices of things, I understand people need to make a living and cost of living has gone up etc.... However when I get charged $40 for a color on my 5yr olds hands and toes that makes me question peoples ethics. I found this nail salon over 5 years ago and have been coming here ever since. The whole staff are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I usually get a manicure/ fill and a pedicure. Lisa (owner) does my nails and Ken does my pedicure. I would not hesitate to go to any staff, however Lisa is very creative and my nails are always top notch. I moved out of the area a couple of years ago but still drive over 40 miles just to have my nails done . I understand that not everyone is happy all the time and have been in the salon when someone came back dissatisfied. The customers complaints were listened to and corrected right there and she left very happy. Service was great & they were nice. I just feel violated. Prices were never given and at the end they charged me $300 for hands and feet. I've never paid that much for these types of services. This is why I will never cheat on my nail tech again. Lesson learned. I will not be returning. Oh & then the lady pushed me to tip as well on top of the $300!!!!! I've been here now 3 times and each time I've been very happy with my services. Ken gives a wonderful pedicure and Lisa does great nails. Salon is clean, airy, and relaxing. She noticed that I prefer a thinner natural style nail and suggested I try dip instead of regular acrylic. They are on the pricier side compared to some other salons I've been to but my nails have never peeled or broken even after 3 weeks. Took away one star because I wish they did Venmo! read more

Now I know why this place never has any customers. First of all they change the prices all the time Without posting them--yes every customer gets a different price. The people used to be so nice. The new guy is so mean. I was always given a special rate for my child--well not just my child. They offer special rate for kids. they always offer special rates even for gel but oh no he didn't want to listen to the fact that my child is alway given a child rate. He was mean and disrespectful. I canceled my appointment right there for myself and my daughter. I kept my mother in laws but I have no idea why. This guy has such an ego. I don't recommend this place. I only go to Acrylic Nails anyway. Post your prices and be kind. Treat your customers properly and listen to them. I will never come back. read more

My sister made our appointments for a Saturday at 1pm. My mom ended up going in for a gel manicure the day before and asked if they had our appointments down for the next day. They couldn't find our appointments! So it was a good thing she checked because there were four of us. This has happened before here as well. My sisters and I come here to get our nails done once or twice a year. They usually do a good job, but this time I wasn't as happy with my experience. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I feel like by the time my feet hit the water they only get to soak for 3 minutes and then they're starting on my feet so I can't really relax and enjoy the warm water for long. The rest of the pedicure was fine. I was moved to a different person for my manicure. I asked for square nails and I looked at them after he filed them and they were not square. They were sharply angled on each side and I asked him to fix them into square-oval shapes. He did, but it was not that good and I didn't want to ask again so I just kept those. He proceeded to paint my nails and I noticed he kept skipping the edges of each nail so I asked him to please fix that. After he did, I checked again and honestly they were no different. He also did them very thick in some places. I got up from the chair and realized that my nails were really sticky, which has never happened after a gel manicure. However, my nail tech had quickly moved on to another client and I waited to tell him of the situation. He fixed them by rubbing alcohol over them. He was not gentle throughout the manicure. Also, mid-way through my manicure a towel fell and hit my toes. I realized later that one got messed up so I had another nail tech fix it before I left. Their prices are also very high compared to other places around this area. $35 gel manicure. $25 basic pedicure. One upside is the large selection of colors and glitters, etc. read more

This nail salon is overpriced & they do sloppy work. They have an upcharge of $20 for gel polish per service. So.. if you get a mani pedi with gel, it's an extra $40. It was $125!!! Henry did a sloppy job with the pedicure. I don't mind paying for good service. However, when a mani pedi cost $125 plus tip.. I expect a $125 job! After a few days it looks like I didn't have a pedicure at all. Ken rushed through the service.. go somewhere else! read more

If i could give zero stars i would. This was probably the worst nail salon i've ever been too, thank god i had a gift certificate because I could not imagine actually having to pay for a service like this. I got a fill and he did not even measure my nails to make sure they were the same length , he barely painted the whole nail and i had to tell him spots were missing , he was very rude and so was the entire staff. I asked for a mani and pedi for 4 year old i brought in & he didn't even give her a real pedicure , they have super cute chairs for little kids and she sat in a big one & he painted it in like 5 minutes, didn't put her feet in the water or give any treatment but the next little girl came in and got all of that. Also everyone was offered waters but us & the next group was offered waters as soon as they came in. My sister who got a pedicure had to ask for a top coat because the lady forgot and told her she was all done. when she asked for a top coat the lady was irritated and said it was not dry yet but already told her she was finished. It was also extremely hot in there like the AC didn't work at all. All together , it was a horrible service , bad attitudes & not worth the price. read more

I do not want to rate . I visited first time and had a terrible experience. Maybe it's the person I worked with . This person Ken is not recommend. He does not know to fill n paint and use his tools . He wounded almost all my cuticles too deep. N the paint was horrible. They should understand people do not come to you for the first time . I have been getting my nails for past 15 years and have been to many nail spas in the area n out of area . The most impressive thing is a $14 pedicure - wow! That's the least expensive I have seen in this area. Then next option up is $25, which includes a hot towel wrap and an extra massage - I really don't think it's worth the extra $9 but it was nice. My daughter an I went for the first time this week. They have adorable pink chairs for the little girls - then they can actually reach the water! The staff is very friendly and organized. We will definitely return! read more

I've been coming here for years and ever since they changed owners it's just not what it used to be. The nail technicians are always rushing and are very rough. If you have even the slightest complaint or ask for designs they take it as the biggest inconvenience and it's so rude. This last time I got my nails done I went in for a simple fill and the male nail tech insisted I needed a new full set. He was so rough on my nails and cut me a bunch of times. I was bleeding and he didn't even put anything on it to make it stop. If it hadn't been for my last minute cancellation from my usual nail girl I would've never come here. read more

So I scheduled an appointment for me and a friend at 3:30 and they started at about 4. I paid $10 for a soak off acrylic removal in acetone. The lady doing my nails was very nice. They said a polish after would be an additional $5. So I paid $15 in total. They include tax in the price. The color of the polish has different tones called peace love and OPI. I would definitely come back but hopefully next time the wait won't be as long. read more

My regular nail salon was closed last minute and since I was in the area and had another appt in the same area I decided to check this salon out for a quick pedicure to kill time and I was due for one. FNS is located in a small retail center, there is limited parking but I was easily able to find a spot. I walked in to a small shop but plenty of nail stations and pedicure chairs. Wasn't too busy, it was a little after noon. I was greeted upon entry and they took me immediately. I picked out a polish color, they didn't have a huge variety but definitely wasn't a small selection. I'm sure there was a color for everyone's taste ;) The pedicure itself was very basic, lasted about 25 minutes maybe? She started by letting my feet soak for a few minutes then applied cuticle softener and cut my toe nails. Cuticles were clipped right after and then a quick sloughing of dead skin around the bottom of the feet was done. After that was a decent massage, nothing special. I looked down to see how the color looked and found that my big toe nail was cut soooo short! She admitted to that and apologized but DuDE shouldn't you ask before cutting it that short? I wouldn't mind if it was any other toe nail but of course it had to be the noticeable one, just my luck... Application of polish was a bit sloppy too but I figured it would wash off the surrounding areas eventually and look decent. Overall this place is mediocre, I wouldn't return. There are plenty of other nail salons to frequent for the same services and this place wasn't cheap either! With tip it was over $30 for the most basic pedicure ever. Staff is friendly, I think? Or the nail tech who did my pedicure was, the rest I was invisible too. She wasn't too chatty, just did her work and moved on to the next customer. I don't mind that, I prefer just relaxing but in this case she was super not personable.. may bother some folks but I liked the silence. Maybe I was shocked by the half toenail and yes I had to walk around like that at the Grad party I attended.... read more

Well if yelp gives us option to give negative stars so I would give to this place. I had horrible experience with them. Ok so, I got my nails done one week ago nd one of the nails came off on the very next day nd I was charged 65$ for them which wasn't worth. Nd they start laughing when I gave them 5$ tip that too when I wasn't satisfied with their work nd they started laughing because they expected more. I mean this is rediculous nd we complained for the fallen nail . They said they will fix it for free.nd I went there this Saturday they did my nails and again we were told to pay the full amount which was not the commitment nd I again gave them 10$ . Nd specialy the owner she doesn't know how to deal with the customers. Nd the guy ken he always ask for the tip nd by seeing less tip he laughs on the customer. I am never gonna come back here again. I just went to this nail salon and it was the worst manicure I've ever had. I gave it a three because the lady checking me in and out was super friendly. It was super hot in there, they turned the air on when someone complained. Ken did my dip nails and he was so rough, he cut me. He did dip and then gel over the top. They are so thick and ugly. I was referred by a friend to see Nikki to do my nails for my wedding day. I had tried so many different places and they could never get it right. My nail beds are small, my nails grow straight and are thin. Getting tips is always a challenge, manicurists would file thru my nail beds and almost always place the tips to where they would curve up. Nikki is the only person who has ever gotten it right. Usually she does a trial for bridal nails which I didn't know- but regardless my nails looked AMAZING on my wedding day. Thank you so much Nikki. I come in once or twice a year, usually before a beach type vacation to get my back waxed. They have always had someone at the front desk when I walk in, but not this last visit. Let me mentioned before getting into it, the place is always clean, the entrance, Hallway and wax rooms. The wax service is always fast, professional and as relaxing as it can be getting waxed. I never had a scheduling problem until now either. This last experience was not good. I arrived at 1030 my scheduled time, but no one was at the front desk, but I could hear someone talking on the phone in the room behind the desk. I waited 5 minutes figuring they would come out, but no, so I start to ask if anyone here? No response for 2-3 min, so I asked again, then a lady with black and purple hair comes out of the room and say someone will be right with me and turns back around into the room to continue to talk on the phone, as if I was bothering her at work!! Then a few minutes later, another person comes out from down the hall (I think she was actually with a client) and asked if I have been helped, I said no and told her my appointment was at 1030, she tells me the appointment was at 1040 (this was at 1042, already past my apparently rescheduled appointment) and said someone will be with me shortly. Then the other lady that was talking on the phone comes out from the room behind the desks. I sat there about 5 more mins until my wax person arrives, say sorry for being late, and gets ready (it appears they changed the appointment because the wax person was running late), they never told me they changed the appointment time (no text like all the other notifications, which I like from this place). The appointment was never changed on the website, only locally, maybe they just lied for her, and told me 10:40. Oh and no one ever came out of the room behind the desk after the phone call lady, while I was waiting for my room to be ready. It was clearly a personal call at work and she didn't want to be bothered at work. At the end, I still tipped, against my better judgement, a lower 10% rather that the usually 20%. The wax person was late, but apologized. I think I will return because up until this time it has been great, but not sure.
