I had just had the best mani/pedi in my life! (Ly did my pedicure) I went in again today and Jade did my manicure. They open at 9:00am! This is great because I love getting things done early. I was the only one this morning getting a pedicure so my nail technician was not rushing. I received the deluxe pedicure which cost $55, the massage included I think was 20 minutes but it felt shorter than that. I wished he had a slower massage technique instead of fast rubs, but it still felt good. They have a $95 pedicure! I found this nail salon over 5 years ago and have been coming here ever since. The whole staff are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I usually get a manicure/ fill and a pedicure. Lisa (owner) does my nails and Ken does my pedicure. I would not hesitate to go to any staff, however Lisa is very creative and my nails are always top notch. I moved out of the area a couple of years ago but still drive over 40 miles just to have my nails done . I understand that not everyone is happy all the time and have been in the salon when someone came back dissatisfied. Service was great & they were nice. I just feel violated. Prices were never given and at the end they charged me $300 for hands and feet. I've never paid that much for these types of services. I've been here now 3 times and each time I've been very happy with my services. Ken gives a wonderful pedicure and Lisa does great nails. Salon is clean, airy, and relaxing. She noticed that I prefer a thinner natural style nail and suggested I try dip instead of regular acrylic. My sister made our appointments for a Saturday at 1pm. My mom ended up going in for a gel manicure the day before and asked if they had our appointments down for the next day. They couldn't find our appointments! So it was a good thing she checked because there were four of us. This has happened before here as well. My sisters and I come here to get our nails done once or twice a year. They usually do a good job, but this time I wasn't as happy with my experience. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I feel like by the time my feet hit the water they only get to soak for 3 minutes and then they're starting on my feet so I can't really relax and enjoy the warm water for long. The rest of the pedicure was fine. I was moved to a different person for my manicure. I asked for square nails and I looked at them after he filed them and they were not square. They were sharply angled on each side and I asked him to fix them into square-oval shapes. He did, but it was not that good and I didn't want to ask again so I just kept those. He proceeded to paint my nails and I noticed he kept skipping the edges of each nail so I asked him to please fix that. After he did, I checked again and honestly they were no different. He also did them very thick in some places. I got up from the chair and realized that my nails were really sticky, which has never happened after a gel manicure. However, my nail tech had quickly moved on to another client and I waited to tell him of the situation. He fixed them by rubbing alcohol over them. He was not gentle throughout the manicure. Also, mid-way through my manicure a towel fell and hit my toes. I realized later that one got messed up so I had another nail tech fix it before I left. Their prices are also very high compared to other places around this area. $35 gel manicure. $25 basic pedicure. One upside is the large selection of colors and glitters, etc. read more

The new guy is so mean. I was always given a special rate for my child--well not just my child. They offer special rate for kids. they always offer special rates even for gel but oh no he didn't want to listen to the fact that my child is alway given a child rate. He was mean and disrespectful. I canceled my appointment right there for myself and my daughter. I kept my mother in laws but I have no idea why. This guy has such an ego. I don't recommend this place. This nail salon is overpriced & they do sloppy work. They have an upcharge of $20 for gel polish per service. So.. if you get a mani pedi with gel, it's an extra $40. It was $125!!! The most impressive thing is a $14 pedicure - wow! That's the least expensive I have seen in this area. Then next option up is $25, which includes a hot towel wrap and an extra massage - I really don't think it's worth the extra $9 but it was nice. My daughter an I went for the first time this week. If i could give zero stars i would. This was probably the worst nail salon i've ever been too, thank god i had a gift certificate because I could not imagine actually having to pay for a service like this. I got a fill and he did not even measure my nails to make sure they were the same length , he barely painted the whole nail and i had to tell him spots were missing , he was very rude and so was the entire staff. I asked for a mani and pedi for 4 year old i brought in & he didn't even give her a real pedicure , they have super cute chairs for little kids and she sat in a big one & he painted it in like 5 minutes, didn't put her feet in the water or give any treatment but the next little girl came in and got all of that. Also everyone was offered waters but us & the next group was offered waters as soon as they came in. My sister who got a pedicure had to ask for a top coat because the lady forgot and told her she was all done. when she asked for a top coat the lady was irritated and said it was not dry yet but already told her she was finished. It was also extremely hot in there like the AC didn't work at all. All together , it was a horrible service , bad attitudes & not worth the price. read more
