My friend had a sausage, egg, and potato skillet that he said he was already craving to eat again a few hours later. You order at a counter, get a number for your table & our food came out within 5-10 minutes, so pretty fast service. The servers were all very polite. The place may have needed a little more AC because of the wall to wall windows, but I would still go back for the great food, and would recommend it to others. I found this gem on Yelp while I was just passing through, and it turned out to be a fantastic spot for a late breakfast or brunch. The staff were super friendly, taking the time to explain the menu, which I really appreciated. They offered fresh-squeezed orange or grapefruit juice, and I went with the orange. it was crisp, refreshing, and definitely hit the spot. I ordered the brisket breakfast with two sunny-side eggs, and it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was modern, hip, and full of good energy. I loved the vibe, and it felt like a great place to just relax and enjoy. As I was leaving, I noticed a long line forming, and I realized how lucky I was to get in so quickly. They were pretty busy for Sunday brunch. By the time I had got there around late 10 or 11 something, all the indoor tables had been taken. (They're an order at the counter and then choose your own table kind of situation) They have a parking lot which is nice, but spots can fill up pretty fast. If there's any Society I like being a part of, it's one that includes dishes of delicious food! What a cute place this is! A casual spot serving American food, and super delicious drinks! Located in a shopping area in The Heights, this place seems to be a good spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner for sure. Plenty of parking outside, and plenty of seating inside (and out - with their patio seating in the front and back). I ordered their Cauliflower bites which were yummy, and their "Deconstructed Chicken Pot Pie" that was just as tasty, with the exception of the fact that the potatoes inside were a bit undercooked so that was a bit disappointing, but if it weren't for that, I would have given this dish a 10/10. This dish came with two light and airy puff pastry, which were flaky and a good compliment to the dish. I selected their Blackberry Ginger Smash with Vodka for my beverage, and that was Chef's kiss! Perfection! One thing that is a bit unique about this place is that when dining in, this is not your traditional "wait at your table for someone to come and take your order", rather you must place your order at the front counter or through their app (creating an account) first before seating. That was different, however, they do bring your order to your table. I commend their staff for quickly resolving an issue a person I was with had with their order, they were quick to apologize and offer an alternative option to make things right, and this was a positive. I've had Dish Society before (this is just my first time writing a review for them). This location in particular had lots of space and service was good! My friends and I all opted for some type of salad or grain bowl more for a "healthy fuel" purpose rather than aiming for what sounded tastiest. I got the avocado quinoa salad with chicken and was satisfied. Definitely something I can make at home like the majority of the menu but that's most brunch-styled places in my opinion. Overall I always have a good experience when I come to Dish Society! I had been in the past for brunch, but came the other day for dinner. I got the Salmon Poke Bowl and my friend got the Burger. I thought the Salmon Poke Bowl was really good - I really enjoyed the siracha dressing. I didn't try the burger but the fries it came with were AMAZING. So tasty. The server was really friendly - I tried to use my birthday reward for a free entree and the app was not working for some reason. I came for brunch with my girlfriend and I never get a good experience with service here, the tables was dirty, we asked if someone could clean it but no one came so I had to go and get wet napkins to clean our table. You don't have an assigned server, is whoever walks by, so it's like they don't care if you get good service or not, it's sad because the food is good, not great but good. Their carrot juice was very very good and fresh made, which is rare , most restaurants don't have that (even that they say the do) and the salad I got was very good, I did like it. I've been ordering recently through ubereats and my experience made me think I need to dine in more often Their food is seasoned really well and I find every dish has great flavor. Breakfast skillet: the potato's were crisp in the hash, even with the transport. eggs perfectly cooked with orange yolks, seasoned really well just overall great dish. Hefty portion I was full with just half. iced coffee: you really never know with restaurants how their coffee set up is but first sip *ahh*. Not crazy expensive either Deconstructed chicken pot pie: essentially a soup and perfect for these chilly nights. Thiccc, lots of chicken and equal veggies Quinoa stuffed avocado: this is their OG. when they first came into the scene this was their thing and I'm happy to report it's as good as I remember. It's literally just quinoa stuffed inside of a perfect avocado half but the dressing and the flavors really just make it something you want to continue to ask for. It's healthy. Light. I'm not sure if this is just on ubereats but they have half portions of almost everything which I personally love. I can't ever decide what I want so I get a little of this a little of that. All of the staff were so friendly and extremely helpful to our table, making our stay longer than we intended. Even though the menu had a lot to offer, my eyes instantly locked on the avocado toast and it never looked back. I changed my sunny side egg to a fried egg white and added a side of bacon to my order because I had a vision. This toast was so good. The everything bagel seasoning was everything. The Beignets... oh, the beignets. I've never been a fan of beignets not from New Orleans, but they set the bar on these. By far the best I've had outside of NO and the sweet coffee anglaise as a dipping sauce was a chef's kiss. Finally got to try out this place after hearing about it from everyone. Parking is pretty small but I went during lunch time and managed to snag one of the last available spots. You order at the counter and grab a number and they bring it to the table. They have a lot of healthy options which I loved! I ended up getting the grilled chicken pesto sandwich with the truffle mac and cheese along with the fried gouda grits. Everything was sooooo good! The fried gouda grits balls came on a bed of jelly that was super tasty. It complemented the gouda grits so well. The grilled chicken pesto sandwich was HUGE! I was only able to eat half of the sandwich especially after the appetizer and the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was very flavorful and also a generous portion. For this and a soda the price was ~$30. This was more than I like to spend on a lunch but it did last me two lunches! The place was really clean, and ordering at the front counter was fast despite the line. The only downside is that the food took a long time. My coworker got her food 15-20 minutes before I did. I am not sure if this is usually the case of if they were just having a slow day. Overall I think the food was good enough to make me want to return :) read more

I like the place here I don't know why it reminds me college years and going to nice hip spots to take breakfast or lunch and get refills while doing home work. Lol I came here on a weekday around noon me and my friend sat at the bar because otherwise we would have to order and then pick up our food, so we just wanted to be near the bar so we can get drinks and food quick, the bartender was so sweet and nice and super great customer service, she was laughing and conversing with us. I asked to use the check-in offer while ordering and was told they can't use it because it was currently brunch and they didn't serve smoked Gouda grit balls during brunch even though it clearly says "Substitute beignets during brunch". So that was the first disappointment. Then our food arrives and my seasonal grain bowl which was also disappointing. The chickpeas were so hard and the cauliflower chunks tasted so old and stale like they had been sitting in a fridge for a long time with other ingredients absorbing the smell of the other ingredients. The cauliflower had such an odd and weird taste. My husband hated his fried chicken biscuit and gravy. The chicken was so dry and had a very weird texture like it was a processed kind of chicken. We are over. Their delivery. Is kaput. My cousin sent me food from them years ago for my birthday and I was in love. I've passed by it a million times and the parking is always crazy so I normally just get delivery. I tend to pick their in-house delivery bc it lists it as their preferred choice. Disaster. After a few incidents when I ordered delivery - wrong items, cold potatoes, overcooked eggs etc and missing condiments, I took a break. Today I treated myself with delivery. Ordered tacos with red salsa, pancakes, and side of potatoes. Paid the $7 delivery fee. Made a note to please include syrup since the last 3x that did not happen and guess what? No salsa for my tacos...again. and no syrup...again. I didn't call to complain because the first time this happened, the worker asked me to drive up there. Why would I pay $7 for delivery and then drive up there to get a syrup that they forgot or I could wait 30 min? I opted out. And vowed that it was over. But like a typical woman, I couldn't quit them. The part that is so bothersome is the food is good BUT this has happened too many times for me to ever do delivery again.
