WOW! Dio Mio knocks it out of the park. I recently visited Dio Mio with a friend for their Monday spaghetti special, and I think I may have found my go-to pasta spot! We started with the focaccia appetizer with whipped black butter and were both thoroughly impressed. The focaccia was beautifully levened and spongy, finished with flake salt. YUM! We opted for the spaghetti and added meatballs and I'm so glad we went this route. The sauce was packed with flavor, I didn't think it was possible to capture the ripeness of the tomato base so perfectly in a red sauce this way. On top of the incredible food, the staff was very attentive and personable, which is unsurprising given the quality of the food. Seems they keep the bar set pretty high across the board. I'll be back, hopefully I get to try more items this go around!

The staff was really helpful and gives you advice about the menu. The bread was absolutely insane. I loved the Cacio e Pepe dish I ordered and enjoyed the cocktails. It's typically open air and you sit where you want. Would recommend going for happy hour which is what we did!

Such a fantastic spot! It's fast and casual but with food you expect at a more elevated spot. They have some great deals on happy hour M-Thursday 4-6pm including $12 pastas . You wait to be seated but order at the front rather than at your table. Despite a more casual environment, Greg was extremely attentive and amazing with our toddler, keeping him entertained throughout dinner. They offer a kids pasta for $10 which was generously sized. Highly recommend the stracciatella + prosciutto toast (on happy hour for $7 for 2 pieces of loaded focaccia) and the lasagna which comes with 4 giant rolls perfect for sharing with 2-3 people. It's not your traditional lasagna but easily one of the best I've had. Pricing is fair and one of the few places I've been to recently without automatic fees or gratuity

What a fabulous casual dining experience. This restaurant is located in the riNo arts District so it's definitely in an area that is always popping in fresh and buzzing. I live not too far from the area and decided I wanted Italian one day and me and my friend went on a little lunch date and got a couple of pasta dishes. I had this tasty radiatori dish and I added a side of Parmesan requested chicken. Our waitress was fabulous and she was extremely responsive and we had an overall excellent time. There was plenty of open seating when we went. It was about 5 o'clock on a weekday and we truly enjoyed our dishes. I had a glass of their spritz which was fine. I definitely had the rest of my pasta for dinner and oh my goodness the focaccia bread is unlike any other. I've had. It's so fluffy on the inside and moist and nice and toasty and crispy on the outside with sea salt flakes on top it's so delicious. The chefs were pretty good. I can tell their Skilled they are on it and they were killing it with the amount of to go orders they had at any given moment. It was about 10 to 15 to go orders while also serving the restaurant. It didn't take us too long to get our food and the energy did not feel Pressed. I will definitely be back and hopefully it will be my new casual Italian restaurant.

So we found out about this Michelin star gem when we arched the Netflix series, Next Gen Chef, one of the contestants works or worked there and put some interest in our heads... glad we visited on our recent trip to CO. It is a very relaxed vibe, order at the counter. No reservation needed. We liked the food so much we went there for dinner 2 days in a row! This place is super fun! There's indoor and outdoor seating, outdoor seating is 4-5 ish picnic tables, perfect for bigger groups. The inside seems small at first but there's a whole wall down the left side of the restaurant with booths! We come here all the time for Happy Hour! It's lovely! You can get 2 glasses of wine for the price of 1 ($11) and then choose between 2 pastas for $12 I think? anyways. Super cheap happy hour for the quality of food! So delicious!

A little underwhelming, ordering process is chaotic and pasta is ok to good but nothing exceptional. Service is decent and ambiance is just alright for a Michelin recommended spot. Wait times on weekends can run over an hour which really baffles me. Drinks are decent. Not sure if they were understaffed that night but this is the type of restaurant where you would really expect to see table side service not an order at the counter kind of jam. What appears to be slowing them is their Togo DoorDash and Uber orders which feel like the priority. I'd say the most notable thing we had were the corn fritters.

Where the Harlem of the West ends is where a completely gentrified neighborhood begins. I am appalled at how bad this subpar Italian restaurant was. The service was bad, prices were high, and the food was deplorable. My friend and I were gonna go to our usual Italian spot, but we chose to come here because it was a new place to me. I completely regretted my choice after eating dinner here. The restaurant was clean and has outdoor seating, benched tables. All food had to be ordered inside at the front reception area. Luckily the guy serving water took our order. We had a side of bread, the butter was good and the bread was the best thing we had. The food took much longer than expected to be made. The food runners forgot our order and let it sit. My friend had the artichokes. She said that the butter was coagulated and too cold to enjoy. We were told it was meant to be served cold. That should not be a cold appetizer. I had the rigatoni and it was dry and plain. My food was lukewarm. The pork sausages must have been undercooked because I became very sick the next day. We also had drinks. My friend had two glasses of the house red on happy hour and I had the Amaro Mojito. The red wine and the Amaro Mojito were decent. I won't be back. There are much better Italian restaurants throughout the metro Denver area. This restaurant is an abomination. Deuces Dio Mio

We came in a little early for happy hour, and I'm glad we did. Knowing it's a Michelin rated restaurant, I came in with a little higher expectation which I may have set the bar a bit too high as there were a few letdowns. The happy hour wine deal is solid, two glasses for $11 is a steal! We ordered three appetizers: the prosciutto toast, the artichoke, and the corn fritters. The prosciutto toast stole the show for me. Honestly, I liked it more than my actual meal and would come back just for that alone. The artichokes were also flavorful and well prepared. The corn fritters were decent but not particularly memorable. For my main, I went with the Cacio e Pepe, and unfortunately, it fell short. It was overly peppery to the point that it overwhelmed the dish, and the texture felt off. It was grainy rather than a creamy texture. It just didn't have that balanced, comforting quality I was hoping for. Overall, I'm glad I got to try this place during happy hour when the prices felt more reasonable. If I had paid full price, I might've left feeling more disappointed.

Very friendly service, good wine options, shareable menu. Don't sleep on the artichokes!

We ordered our food to go on a chilly day and a big ol serving of pasta was just what we needed. I ordered the rigatoni which was delicious- good hint of spice and the sausage was a highlight.y husband ordered cacio pepe and we loved this as well. The handmade pasta is so good. We also loved that the servings were solid for the price point. We will definitely be back!

Dio Mio is an excellent weeknight dinner spot. We stopped in for an early-ish dinner (around 6:30/7pm) on a Tuesday and were able to get seated right away. The restaurant is pretty casual and low-key. You get seated, but order your food and drink at the counter. We opted for the House Focaccia with Stracciatella and each of our own pasta dishes. I got the Radiatori (because I'm in a pisachio moment). It was SO GOOD. The pistachio pesto was perfect and the radiatori was the best vehicle for the sauce. The furikaki was an interesting garnish but added another level of flavor I was not expecting. Overall, it was a sweet dining experience. The host and servers were super nice, especially when we asked for their food and wine recommendations. The restaurant is in the very cool RiNo Arts District area so it's close to a bunch of other places.

Dio Mio is great for a weekday dinner with friends. Getting a table was easy considering they don't take reservations, and I felt their service was great despite the fact you order food and drinks at the bar. Loved the specialty cocktails from the bars I tried -- dragonfruit limoncello spritz and blood orange margarita. For food, my friend and I split the arancini, focaccia + prosciutto, and the Rigatoni (fennel sausage, kale, calabrian chile, lemon breadcrumbs). The pricing was great to share all this and 2 drinks each, it came to $52 per person with tax and tip.

He gave us recommendations and was proud of how much food we ordered between two asian women. The affirmation paired well with the food. Our favorite was the Clambasa. I was worried the kielbasa would overpower the littleneck clams but it was perfect together. You can taste all the ingredients in the dish well. The bone marrow was gone before I could take a picture---rightfully so. But the horseradish mustard blew my mind. The ONLY reason I'm not raving anout the Shuba salad is because a good friend of mine makes it so much better. No skin off of Molotov's back at all, homemade at custom to me will always win. The quail was a disappointing. I didn't notice that the sauce was listed as BBQ. I could not taste the quail. By the time the Porchetta came, we were readilly full...but that didn't matter. Crisp, fatty and flavorful. I recommend the horseradish horilka for all the dishes. Lastly, the pistachio blintz. "Not too sweet," is the Asian's highest praise to any dessert and this deserves it. LOVELY and light. A perfect end to a rich and savory dinner. And no, do not pair this with the horseradish horlike (just in case you were wondering). For this visit, my sister and I decided to sit in the patio area and sit under their local resident regular, the squirell in the tree (his name is Vlad, but his street name is Chad). But next time, I would op to sit inside. It is very cozy with PLENTY of things for your eyes to scrutinize. The first visit was not enough to take everything in, both visually and gastricly (no more room left). A repeat visit is warranted and highly recommended.

Standout dishes were the qual, clams, borscht, warm salad and the desserts. The place is small so reservations advised. Wait staff and cooks are friendly. Aside - one person in our party wasn't enthused about Eastern European cuisine and was a convert by the end. If you enjoy well-prepared, delicious food full of taste, check out Molotov.
