Growing up, I used to love this place, but when I returned recently after moving away, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. My little sister and I decided to try out this place again. She had ordered the green apple bubble tea and did not like it, saying it tasted bad, like chemicals. I went up to the counter and kindly asked if it was possible to have this drink remade with a different flavor instead. The woman begrudgingly said yes. Later, we cheerfully went to the side counter and waited to talk to the lady again as she was helping another customer. She stormed over to us and said, "She shouldn't drink boba since she didn't like her drink again!" I was taken aback and told her that all we came up there for was to ask her where the bathroom was and if we could use it. She told us it was in the back and ignored us for the rest of the time, even when I told her thank you as we left. The food and drinks are so mid anyways. The tables and chairs usually have people's leftover trash/crumbs on them, and over the years, I've found some spilled drink left on the table as well. The owner clearly doesn't care about the cleanliness of her establishment and has so much hate-filled in her heart. This is the only bubble tea place I know of in McKinney. The menu is extensive here. I decided to try coconut bubble tea . It was perfect! Bubbles were chewy, soft and not very sweet. I'm also glad they offer Filipino treats like ensaymadas, mamon, and siopao, but it's a little overpriced. Went here spontaneously AT closing time with my fiance. We really thought they were closed but apparently they were still taking customers - all their chairs and tables were pushed out of the way though so they were clearly in the process of closing up. I suppose this lines up with their odd operating hours. The bubble tea we got was expensive. Can't recall how much exactly but the taste wasn't noteworthy enough to justify the cost. My fiance got one scoop of Bluebell and holy mackerel that was expensive too. Just go to your local Aldi's and by a carton for the same price. On a different note, customer service was great. Came to try their halo halo and had high expectations. First of all, the halo halo is not on the menu, when you order just ask for it and they know what it is. It is basically red bean topped with mixed fruit jellies and tapioca, topped with shaved ice, and condensed milk and coconut milk, and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (I was expecting a slice of flan on top like in the other pictures but it only came with a scoop of ice cream-boo). It tasted okay, exactly how i expect a shaved ice to taste. My friend got their avocado milkshake and when you order this expect milk shake not smoothie. The avocado milkshake comes in only large size. The consistency was like a milkshake which was expected since they added ice cream in it, but I much rather prefer the avocado smoothies. Now on the the surprising part. Their tapioca is REALLY GOOD. It's chewy and springs back when you chew it and it probably some of the best tapioca I've ever had. We also had their matcha green golden milk tea which is basically a milk tea with matcha powder. On the upside they hand shake every drink so the powder infused in the drink really well. The service is good. The owner asked us how our drinks were and my friend said she didn't really like the avocado milkshake, so the owner offered us to try their matcha green tea which was very nice of her. If I'm ever in the area I'll probably come back, but only because their tapioca is really good. read more

I've spent a fair amount of two years finding boba places that have a) good flavor in tea and selections and b) know how to make good tapioca. Their specialty is Bubble tea and their menu is very extensive. My favorite is the Thai milk tea with bobas. Other places have limited boba flavors to choose from. But here, there is a long list that chooses your mood. I chose the Thai milk tea with Mango boba pearls. It was excellent! The owner recommends the tapioca pearls with the Thai milk tea...but at the end, its what suits yours taste bud. Their other product offerings include smoothies, juices, ice creams and cakes (see pictures) If you go as a group, there is decent seating to have a group chat. Parking is plenty as well as they are located as part of a larger shopping complex. The interesting thing that happened was that I was taking pictures and the owner thought I was spying to open another store and compete with them! I told them that I am Yelp Elite member and this is my hobby...we had a fun conversation! LOL. Overall, this is a great place for a bubble tea - hot or cold (zillion flavors). The interior of Delish is clean and aesthetic with lots of comfortable seating. The cashiers are very welcoming and the service is quick. I used to go to this location all the time for their taro milk tea but I have found better bubble tea places that charge less. Also, their drinks are not as strong as I would like and seem watered-down. Their tapioca pearls are bigger than other places but they stick together too much (maybe they are overcooked)? I ordered the tropical blend with a green tea base and added pineapple jelly. The tea taste wasn't as strong as I would like but the flavors were still pretty good. I also tried the thai tea and it was very different from other places with thai tea. However, I did like the wide variety of topping pickings (one of my favorite things about this place). I've always been a fan of Fat Straws boba but this was even better! It was chewy but not overly chewy and it is soft on the outside. The halo halo is probably the best I've had in DFW. They actually put a good bit of the red beans, jelly, etc. There's a streak of ube and flan on top. Although they used vanilla ice cream, it was still good. Not authentic boba. Boba: Before all my favorite boba shops popped up around my home, I used to come here maybe twice a month. I've tried so many of their milk teas and they're just not good. It is extremely American-washed and it doesn't taste like there was hours of brewing or much care put into creating their recipes. My go to was the taro smoothie or coconut smoothie. Their taro is definitely up there, but not my #1 favorite around here. The coconut smoothie isn't overbearing with extract, it's not at all liquid-y, it's smooth. Now, the boba. You gotta cook boba IN brown sugar/fructose/cane sugar/etc. You can't cook boba then throw it into your choice of sweetener cause it simply won't absorb. Their boba is always sweet on the outside, but then you're hit when this very flat & bland flavor once you bite into it. Also, I personally think bouncy boba is the best boba. There is no bounce or tackiness, it just kinda breaks apart in your mouth. Environment: Outdated and a bit too much going on for my taste. However, plenty of seats and tables. Nice little boba shop tucked in the corner of a shopping complex, Delish provides a comprehensive selection of drinks for all occasions. The menu is clearly organized and colorfully decorated, divided into the main categories of Bubble Tea, Blended, Frappe, and Milkshake, very straightforward. We got to try their Matcha Green Tea, Thai Tea, Taro Milk Tea, and Lychee Smoothie. All 4 drinks came out pretty much perfect. I usually have to get half sugar at most boba places but not here. The sweetness came out perfectly and the boba had just enough sweetness as well. The matcha didn't have that bitter-ish rich flavor as what I'm used to but maybe that's just because of the powder they use. I do have to knock off one star for their efficiency and organization. We got 3 of our drinks first and then waited another 8 min for the last one. Overall, definitely a great choice for boba in the Plano area. Fatstraws has been my go-to boba place when I'm home for the holidays but Delish might have just overtaken it. read more

I came in about a month ago for 2 bubble teas literally 5 minutes before closing (I didn't realize the time) however I was greeted very genuine and warmly. You can pick your bubbles, pick your flavor, pick your base, and pick your level of sugar so there are TONS of options to choose from. One suggestion I'd have for them, is to display their most popular combinations so that newbies aren't overwhelmed with what to choose from!
