Japanese store with a large variety of products ranging from kitchenware, to housewares, to plush, to crafts, to cosmetics, to food. The prices have really increased over the years. It used to be hands down the cheapest place to buy certain things like cotton pads and little Knick knacks...but now you might find some of these items cheaper elsewhere. Regardless nothing here will break the bank so come and buy fun little things to make you happy.

The pricing is a little hard to understand.

Daiso is an amazing place that has everything you never knew you needed! They have amazing items that look like they're straight from Japan. Lots of kawaii stuff, Sanrio, Disney, Dragon Ball Z, and more! It's like the dollar store, but cuter! They have tons of cool Japanese snacks, candy and drinks. They also have great beauty products, wallets, stickers, crafts and more. It's a place you can spend a lot of time in. The few areas they could work on is it would be nice if the prices were color coated, because they're a bit hard to understand for me. Also, the staff aren't too helpful or friendly. The cashier I had today was personable and barely said anything without me initiating. I'm always pro customer service. Ultimately though, if you're looking for a gift or random cute item, this is your spot. Also, the prices start at $1.75 and go up. It's a great deal for most items, but for other things they should be less money, in my opinion. Overall though, I will always be a fan of Daiso!

I was excited to find the store today in Irvine and walked around and looked at all the art supplies. Everything is so inexpensive and cute! I love all the stationary and stickers and it's so reasonably priced. I will be back.

I stopped by this Daiso before my lunch reservation at NEP Cafe and was amazed at how big the store was. They have many cool items that other stores don't carry. Everything is neatly organized and well put together. I ended up buying some things I'd never seen in my local store. Most items are priced at $1.75, although some are higher, but there is a chart to help you figure out the cost. The staff was very nice and helpful. Always great value and good quality at Daiso. It's located in a large strip mall close to Mitsuwa Marketplace. Highly recommend checking it out of you are in the area.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store!!! I'm SOOOO excited that they FINALLY have an ENTIRE Alice in Wonderland COLLECTION! Usually I can only find a couple Alice items here and there throughout their Disney section, but they FINALLY got an ENTIRE Alice collection in! I will post photos that I found online of all the different items. They were out of some of the items that I wanted, so I will have to go check out another location. But my favorite thing about this store is the fact that they have items from Disney Japan! And other Disney items that they don't sell at American Disney Parks. And they are NOT expensive either, HOWEVER, I DID realize they went up from $1.75 to like $2.25/$2.50 on items that have no price on them. But still, not bad at all!

Enjoy shopping at this store a lot. So many cute Japanese items to choose from! I love how this store is stocked with a variety of items ranging from Kitchenware to garden supplies. There's also snacks, drinks like calpico with many flavors, and lots of beauty products and toys to choose from. I always find cute stationery here and there's always unique pens, stickers. I do miss their original pricing of $1.50 but now prices have increased and some items range from $1.50 up to $8!!!

BLK dot is super popular and they have too many drinks that I want all at once so this was definitely a great choice. I definitely need to come here more often because it's a one stop shop for everything.

Had a good time exploring this TJ Maxx/HomeGoods location after a nearby hike with my friend. This…read morewas my first time seeing a dedicated designer dress rack immediately upon entering, along with overstock Valentino and Marc Jacobs handbags. Definitely a location to come to if you're looking to snag a deal on name brands! Being the bookworm I am, I really enjoyed the many choices of Lifelines gel pens, craft kits, and reads in store. That said, someone had managed to spill something sticky over the stationery section, which made it a bit of a pain to handle items there. I was able to ask for a discount on a boxed set since components listed on the packaging were missing. There is a sizable fitness section towards the middle of the store, if you're looking to bulk up your home gym or practice (pun intended). Generally speaking, TJ Maxx/clothes/beauty is on the left when you enter and HomeGoods/decor/furniture is on the right. It's a combined line though, and I don't know why but it's the most brightly lit I've ever seen a checkout. Overall would give 4 for selection, but would rank a 3 on condition based on what I mentioned before.

This place is massive, TJ Maxx and home goods combined with some high end designer clothes. It's crowded, the lines are long, and parking sucks at lunch times and probably after work, be prepared. Know what the numbers mean on the tags to avoid clothes made for TJ max and find the discounts on real brand deals. This place does have some great deals if you can avoid the distractions. They have a ton of purses and luggage too if you have time to dig. The home goods section is huge too! It is over filled so you do have to be cautious and avoid breaking stuff. Make sure all items are in tact before leaving. Overall same as any other location. The line can get long. Even when they have a lot of staff you'll wait 15-30 minutes to check out, avoid lunch time to shop if you're in a rush. I've found some good stuff here, I like to shop for little gifts for people and I'll definitely be back.

Complicated but lesson learned to double check the receipts and extra papers for Kohls Cash. Terrible experience. Download the app and sign up for an account. They will send coupons from 15-% to 40% on most brands. If you shop here often, sign up for Kohls Credit Card to get additional 7% cash back. They don't do automatic discount like Target. They only do it cash back form. October and November are the best months with so many discounts. Some items can be shipped to the store and pick up which is convenient. I'll be specific about this, going to this location sucks. Nobody knows anything about the store,…read moreeveryone pretends they just got hired to work here. I went by to pick up a cable cord, found it by myself, total waste of time. Dropped by to pick up a lamp and television because I just moved to a new apartment, and the cashier was beyond stupid. Waited in line behind some customer who just bumped into me, like actually bumped against my shopping cart and didn't apologize or anything. Waited in line for 30 minutes and I'm not joking, the cashier is slow and rude. So she also told me that I was next in line to the cashier next to her, only problem, she only announced it secretly to the cashier and didn't tell the customer. I had to speak up and tell the customer behind her that I was next in line. I don't work here, the original cashier should have established that I was next in line, it's not some secret. So I yelled at her that she needed to tell the customer and the cashier instead of just telling me I had to wait for the other cashier. I was about to leave the store, this idiot just took the next customer and the other cashier took her next customer while I had to wait standing there telling the cashier that I was next in line. These morons play it off like it's normal behavior, so I took a picture of the cashier who originally screwed up, and she suddenly spoke English and got upset with me. She clearly wasn't going to get my phone, but she tried to. Either way, the cashier sucks, she takes forever to do a simple job designed for teenagers. Also, nobody assists you here, nobody cares about their jobs here. When you buy a lamp you have to go to another area to find the light bulbs for it. Plus the parking lot sucks, people hit your car with their doors. If you complain they don't review the cameras, they don't want to be liable for it. This place is garbage. Shop somewhere else.
