On free cone day they failed to plan ahead by having extra cones. Once they ran out of cones in the mid afternoon they hung a sign on the door indicating that there were no more free cones. We had already promised our kids cones so we had to buy them just like the 40 other parents who showed up while we were there. About half of the parent who came with kids just turned around and left, some with their kids in tears. When we were in line we asked why not just offer the free ice cream in a cup, or just put a smaller amount of ice cream in a larger cone. They said the "owner will not allow us to do that". If I was the owner and I ran out of cones on free cone day, I would drive up to smart and final and get as many cones as I needed to make sure I wasn't putting my customers in this situation. read more

I am updating my review because it smelled way better when I visited today! Still doesn't smell excellent, but way better. ************************* I give it two stars because the ice cream is delicious! The staff is friendly enough. However, the smell is atrocious. It smells like spoiled milk, to the extent that it smells like vomit. I was given an explanation that it is because people throw blizzards in the trashcan. However, spoiled milk doesn't smell like that after eight hours. It takes five or six days of humidity and bacteria growth. I will still continue to go to this location because the ice cream is delicious. I will update my review immediately if the smell goes away. They deserve at least four stars if there wano smell. read more

I drove 13 miles to get a Blizzard. It was my first visit to this location. I was second in line for over 10 minuets and first in line for another 10 minuets and yet still had not had my order taken. The two girls working there were too busy babbling to each other while one of them was talking on her cell phone the entire time I was there. After waiting 20 long minuets and watching the line behind me grow out the door. I had finally had enough of this ridiculously poor service and walked out while I was the person at the front of the line. A courtesy call to management went unanswered. I will never go back to this location and would never recommend this DQ to anyone for any reason. read more

This is the rudest Dairy Queen I have ever been too. This Manager "Cindy" was extremely rude. I bought 40 dollars worth of food there and when I complained the Chicken was burnt and there was less than 10 fries in a box. I was told I should be happy to spend 5 dollars and should not complain on the quality of the food. And when I told her it was not even chicken strips it was pieces of chicken strips I was called a lair and hung up on. I will never return. I give them -stars... They sucked that bad! I came here 4/7/16 with my sister. We arrived about 20 minutes prior to closing for a ice cream cone. The second we walked in the the closing staff ( dark blonde long hair that was braided and she wore glasses ) started hoffing and puffing and was pissed because she had already started cleaning. It was so awkward. When my sister ordered a blizzard the girl was pissed and scuffed off clearly annoyed. It was so awkward we just wanted to leave. She then proceeded to make the crappiest blizzard and sloppiest cone ever and when she went to hand the blizzard to my sister she practically threw it at her and stormed off, she literally threw it on the counter so it slid to her harshly. Very small stop in shop. Only 3 tables and a couple stools. No seating outside to enjoy your ice cream. They are very skimpy on their candy in blizzards. They are also very pricey, $4.62 for medium blizzard. They did away with Snickers blizzard!! Enough said, lost my business. read more

We passed this place while driving through Temecula since we were visiting for our anniversary. It was a small place which we had originally thought there was food at this location for example burgers and fries but to our unfortunate luck it did not. The service was fast and friendly with a smile and we were really happy at how fast our order actually took to make...I think it took us longer deciding what we wanted than it did to make it!
