You might want to instruct your employees who are working the closing shift that's customers who come in at 10:10 PM are not to be treated like they are interfering with the employees ability to get out of there at 10:31 right after the business is supposed to close. You have these kids swapping the floor cleaning the machines everything's undone at 10 minutes after 10 and who treat you with a smugness for having ordered some thing during business hours that you would expect from a child but not from mature young adults. So if you value your investment in this franchise I would suggest getting people who are like the people Chick-fil-A has. Sorry, but their staff is pretty rude. I went in with my son after school. The item I usually order is never listed on the menu. I call it a turtle sundae. The girl rings me up and another girl begrudgingly helps her make our order. When she hands me a Blizzard I told her that's not what I ordered. I corrected myself and said, 'well, that's at least not what I meant to order.' I didn't think it was a big deal, must've been a miscommunication since it's not on the menu. She was so rude in chastising me for getting the order wrong, then she complained to her coworker that she did something wrong in taking my order. You could tell she was used to getting yelled at. We said something about it and she said yeah, it's a large and just showed us the L on the bottom of the container like that means anything. Same situation with our medium sundae. Hey ALEXA, Hire a better staff. We walk in to blaring music and what I assumed was a homeless person charging their phone at one table and occupying another on the other side of the lobby. Turns out she was a friend of one of the staff or quite possibly an employee. We order our Bilzzards and whatnots and take a seat. While waiting We can over hear the chatter from the crew about some pretty risqué and "not for work" subjects. I must stop here and say that the youg girl that served us our order was very respectful and courteous, as she seemed to be a new hire and was still learning the ropes. Now on to the items we ordered from the menu. All were satisfactory and not the reason this review gets a 1-star. While trying to enjoy our dessert we were subjected to the continuous "Hey ALEXA" shouting match. First off they couldn't pronounce the name of the artist and would Hey alexa it up then stop and say, "Wait what is the name?", which threw Alexa off and turned asking for a song into a snowball of technological fails. When they finally got the song they were looking for we could see them doing what I have to imagine were Tik Tok videos because two of the staff were dancing and staring at the cash register. I quickly realized they were using the register to prop up the phone to record their sick dance moves, sick because they look sick while doing them and not in the sick dope af fashion I know they were going for. So I challenge the owner of this establishment to take a look at the camera footage from 03/03/2022 at around 6:33 pm and just watch your crew and how they behave while you're not around.
