This is disappointing if you can't complete orders on time maybe update the website so we're not sitting here waiting for over 45 minute. If they would have said it would have been an hour we would have changed from the larger cake to the minis and been down the road. So to update at 1:05 they said they made it wrong and did a normal cake not gluten free so after driving 15 miles wasting about 2 hours we had to get a refund and find something else for my sons birthday. I was having trouble getting my Apple Pay to work, and instead of offering assistance or showing a little patience, the employee helping me seemed visibly impatient and acted as though I was inconveniencing her. There was no line behind me, and another employee was also standing at the counter without assisting anyone, so I didn't feel there was any reason to rush me. I eventually got the payment to go through on my own, but the interaction left me feeling like my business wasn't appreciated. When you're spending over $30 on a cake, you expect not only a quality product but also friendly, attentive customer service. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience during this visit. I only have love for the bundt. The love started as I saw tins with bundt cakes appear in our house (typically around Christmas). It was a white and green tin with a picture of a lady on a rocker.
