I bought 3 mini cookies for $11.99 and they charged me double $23.98, I spoke with the store manager, and she said that tomorrow morning her manager will start the refund. Then I made a deal not to refund me just give me 2 large cookies for the cost of $11.97 then she said Oh, that's perfect!!!! The 1 large cookie costs $9. Me not a fan of crumble cookie I said ok give me 2 large I will pay the remaining balance, I'm think for 1 large cookie costs $9???!!!!! And then this incoming store manager charged me $6.49 + 11.99 for 2 large cookies. For 2 large cookies cost $18.48. I'm asking for the receipt and the incoming store manager didn't text the receipt! I called them again to text the receipt, but she hung up on me.!!! Don't recommend this store to those cookie lovers! For God's sake!!!!! read more

I originally ordered 3 mini DubaiB cookies for $15.16. When I arrived, I was told they had run out. There were three employees present, including a new employee in training, Ruth (who took my information), and a tall employee who did not provide her name. Instead of offering an equivalent replacement or refund, I was given only 1 regular-sized DubaiB cookie. I was unhappy with this resolution because a single regular cookie costs around $8, yet I was charged $15.16. This does not reflect equal value for what I paid. When I expressed my concern, the tall employee told me it was "policy" to charge more when items sell out and said she could not cancel the order or provide a refund. This was very frustrating and did not feel like fair customer service. read more

Kudos to the crew working tonight, 09/07! Showed up around 7 to fulfill the wife's all day craving. Arrived to find a packed store, with a couple people outside who quickly informed me that they weren't currently taking orders due to a severe backlog (they were getting crushed for some reason). I placed an online order for pick up at 8, an hour later, since going back home with no churro cookie would have meant a butt chewing and another night on the couch! As I was waiting, it thinned out faster than I thought (they hustled!) and they began taking orders again. I asked one of the young men if I could transfer my online order to the waiting list. To my surprise I had my order in 2 minutes! Even under the stress of monumental orders and barrage of people asking when they can order, all the employees were super friendly and all smiles!!! Their flavors change weekly so be sure to check their social media pages for which flavors are available that week. I had a crumbl cookie when they first opened. The pink cookie, apparently retired. The shop is small, functional. Self serve kiosks is how you order, for that impersonal touch. Weird, but that's how they do it. They offer different flavors each week, so wait until the selections are better or do what Im going to do, and never bother with it at all. However, I was able to get every flavor I wanted in the mini version. It's a fast paced environment with a few young kids. But they work hard and give you a smile! Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. I figured it would add a nice touch to our daughter's 6th birthday party and it was also a surprise for her. My daughter doesn't like cake, believe it or not, but she tried and really enjoyed this cake! I found Melanie here and immediately contacted her. I let her know the party was literally a week away. With all transparency, she let me know she was pretty busy, but would try to squeeze us in. I emailed her two photos of my vision for the Aladdin themed cake and Melanie ended up creating a gorgeous cake! Melanie was in constant communication about the details of the cake, which I appreciated. She also called me the day before the party and suggested we bring a serrated knife in order to cut optimal cake slices. She delivered the cake on time to Aerosports Trampoline Park in Murrieta. She left me written cutting directions, but as a courtesy, before she left she also explained how we should cut the cake for our guests. Initially, I was looking for a one layered cake to feed 25-30 people. In order for the cake to have a WOW factor Melanie suggested two layers (same cost, as cost is mostly determined by slice per person). Both layers of the cake were chocolate. The cake pictured was $320. Everyone raved about the design and taste, so it was well worth it. More importantly, my daughter was pleasantly surprised. Overall, Melanie is AMAZING! Melanie was professional from start to finish and her response time was almost immediate regardless of the time of day or night. About 7 months ago we moved to Menifee, and this was our third order from this location since moving here. As always, the cakes we received were delicious. However, at our birthday party that evening, when I opened the custom box of buntinis we ordered, I discovered that there had been a mix-up and they had given me the wrong order. The party was already underway and it was late evening, so we consumed what we received. The next day I returned to the shop and told the young lady that came out to help me that I needed to speak to a manager. And that was how I met Carrie T, the store manager. I showed her a copy of my order and a list of what I actually received (with photos). She looked the order up, and confirmed it had been properly entered. We concluded that there had been an error in the packing process, and my order number had been affixed to the wrong box. Mistakes happen in even the most proficient operations. It is how you DEAL with these errors that distinguishes the best places to shop. Carrie gave me a complementary pumpkin spice Bundlet, placed a credit (good for 12 months) on my account, and thanked me for taking the time to return and let her know. That information, along with my documentation, was something she could share with her employees as a learning exercise to help prevent similar errors in the future. I recommend this Nothing Bundt Cakes location. They make great products and they did the right thing to rectify an error.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional service!…read more So I walked into this Nothing Bundt Cakes just now, and the cashier lady said, "Hello, how can I help you?" I told her I'd like to order one of the cakes below. She asked, "What flavor would you like?" while peeking around the glass at me, and I said, "Well, let me see... oh, you have peach cobbler, that sounds interesting." Around this moment within seconds, another lady walks up behind me while I was choosing my other flavors and tells the cashier she wants to order two peach cobblers. Instead of telling her to wait, the cashier just starts to service her! Meanwhile, I'm left standing there as they continue to talk at the register. At first, I was going to wait, but then I realized I just got cut in line because neither of them wanted to wait five seconds for me to choose my flavors. How rude. There was also already another client in there ahead of me, probably waiting for her pre-order cake. As I took a step back and looked around, even she gave me a look like she completely understood what just happened. That was what made me officially decide to leave. I was going to buy at least a few cakes for myself and my kids, but instead, I walked out. I will not reward this terrible service.

I got a vietnamese iced coffee,a banh mi sandwich, a bear claw, and a dozen donut holes. The gentleman that helped us was friendly, patient, helpful, and fast.
