I admit I was part of problem. All while buying box after box plus gift cards for the next great thing, and it was. Since the lines and crowds have subsided and the line is short if any at all, but it's the same great cookie or is it. There have been some pretty weird flavors and toppings. This store always tends to disappoint... frequently out of certain cookies, don't prepare gift boxes as requested and then the last straw was the free dirty soda event. The girl seemed to have no idea how to even make the things and the cups holding the stir spoons were disgusting... literally making DIRTY sodas.. had to be some sort of health code violation. At the very least, it made for disgusting drinks. I have spent the last two months on and off trying to contact the company over issues at several different stores... What happened to the size? I tried calling the store over 8times no answer and left a voicemail. I got the 6pack of regular size cookies when I got home i realized that some of them looked like mini cookies and not the original size they usually are only 3 of my cookies were the original size, funnel cake and the two caramel apple. The other three were a joke as you can see. The lemon is half the size of the cookie. This wasn't worth $25.99 crumbl isn't what it used to be. This location is usually good. I feel I got scammed for my money. And then not being able to speak to someone about it made it even worse. I feel so bad for the franchise owner of this location, whoever was working when I came in, not only had the worst attitude, but had the doors locked at 9:20 AM and when she finally opened the door, didn't even say hello didn't even give me eye contact just turned around and started walking back into the kitchen, she asks for my name, literally says "here" when handing me my cookies. Well after she tells me that the label maker isn't working and she could write on my box. This will be the last time I ever come to this location! So disappointed, and I hope whoever the owner is, I hope she takes this very seriously, as a business owner myself, this is the biggest liability for a business, bad service, unfriendly service. totally earned the one star with the cleanliness and of course the yummy cookies. I made an app order on 8/19 @ around 8:12pm of two crème brûlée cookies and a vanilla chocolate gelato By the way the crème brûlee is just sugar on top not caramelized.. I took it back to switch it for another vanilla chocolate and the worker was not to happy about me returning a cookie with frosting and sugar it wasn't done right and it wasn't what I payed for.. she tried telling me that Creeme brûlée is sugar on top yes girl but caramelized sugar there's a difference.. and just your vibe and customer service was horrible your just a worker girl. My son wanted to try this cookie and was excited because it he loves creeme brûlée I asked you to switch out one of the creeme brûlées that we didn't touch and just you putting 2 cookies in the box and telling me to keep the ones in the box.. so fucking rude!! This location is generally understaffed, so I don't place the blame on the employees. That said, on multiple occasions they have run out of cookies, creating a frustrating experience for customers. For example, today's promotion offered a free cookie with no purchase necessary. When I arrived, many customers were leaving disappointed because employees were telling people that the store had run out of cookies for the promotion. However, customers were still able to purchase those same cookies, making it appear that the promotion was unavailable while the product itself was still being sold. This is unacceptable and comes across as false advertising. Management needs to address the ongoing staffing shortages, especially when they know promotional events like this will significantly increase customer traffic. I originally ordered 3 mini DubaiB cookies for $15.16. When I arrived, I was told they had run out. There were three employees present, including a new employee in training, Ruth (who took my information), and a tall employee who did not provide her name. Instead of offering an equivalent replacement or refund, I was given only 1 regular-sized DubaiB cookie. I was unhappy with this resolution because a single regular cookie costs around $8, yet I was charged $15.16. This does not reflect equal value for what I paid. When I expressed my concern, the tall employee told me it was "policy" to charge more when items sell out and said she could not cancel the order or provide a refund. Then I made a deal not to refund me just give me 2 large cookies for the cost of $11.97 then she said Oh, that's perfect!!!! The 1 large cookie costs $9. Me not a fan of crumble cookie I said ok give me 2 large I will pay the remaining balance, I'm think for 1 large cookie costs $9???!!!!! And then this incoming store manager charged me $6.49 + 11.99 for 2 large cookies. For 2 large cookies cost $18.48. I'm asking for the receipt and the incoming store manager didn't text the receipt! I have no idea why I tried going to this exact location again?! Why have a process to order ahead online for store pick up to then then have to wait for other walk ins that clearly didn't plan ahead like myself. No sense of urgency with the staff to complete my order from the previous night, causing me to attend my work meeting late and to top it off, the cookies I order were suddenly not adorable available. When asked why that was if I placed it the night before, the response didn't add up when she replied, we ran out this morning! Umm my order was placed last night so shouldn't I have priority even after I paid for it the previous night ???? It's super frustrating. Then she said I never checked in to say I was at the store which was complete false. She blamed the computer system which couldn't have been further from the truth. One girl who originally tried helping clearly got frustrated and overwhelmed and then finally another prepping an order on the back decided to eventually help and take over but not sure why she wasn't helping me from the get go , considering I said I placed and order as I walked through the door. You'd think at that point the priority would be on me not for someone who isn't even in the store. I placed my order around 7 pm the night before and order should've been ready at 9am however I didn't leave until 1015am and didn't even get all the cookies I requested and paid for. Kudos to the crew working tonight, 09/07! Showed up around 7 to fulfill the wife's all day craving. Arrived to find a packed store, with a couple people outside who quickly informed me that they weren't currently taking orders due to a severe backlog (they were getting crushed for some reason). I placed an online order for pick up at 8, an hour later, since going back home with no churro cookie would have meant a butt chewing and another night on the couch! As I was waiting, it thinned out faster than I thought (they hustled!) and they began taking orders again. I asked one of the young men if I could transfer my online order to the waiting list. To my surprise I had my order in 2 minutes! Even under the stress of monumental orders and barrage of people asking when they can order, all the employees were super friendly and all smiles!!!
