I made an app order on 8/19 @ around 8:12pm of two crème brûlée cookies and a vanilla chocolate gelato By the way the crème brûlee is just sugar on top not caramelized.. I took it back to switch it for another vanilla chocolate and the worker was not to happy about me returning a cookie with frosting and sugar it wasn't done right and it wasn't what I payed for.. she tried telling me that Creeme brûlée is sugar on top yes girl but caramelized sugar there's a difference.. and just your vibe and customer service was horrible your just a worker girl. My son wanted to try this cookie and was excited because it he loves creeme brûlée I asked you to switch out one of the creeme brûlées that we didn't touch and just you putting 2 cookies in the box and telling me to keep the ones in the box.. so fucking rude!! I got the 6pack of regular size cookies when I got home i realized that some of them looked like mini cookies and not the original size they usually are only 3 of my cookies were the original size, funnel cake and the two caramel apple. The other three were a joke as you can see. The lemon is half the size of the cookie. This wasn't worth $25.99 crumbl isn't what it used to be. This location is usually good. I feel I got scammed for my money. And then not being able to speak to someone about it made it even worse. This location is generally understaffed, so I don't place the blame on the employees. That said, on multiple occasions they have run out of cookies, creating a frustrating experience for customers. For example, today's promotion offered a free cookie with no purchase necessary. When I arrived, many customers were leaving disappointed because employees were telling people that the store had run out of cookies for the promotion. However, customers were still able to purchase those same cookies, making it appear that the promotion was unavailable while the product itself was still being sold. This is unacceptable and comes across as false advertising. Management needs to address the ongoing staffing shortages, especially when they know promotional events like this will significantly increase customer traffic. Better planning and preparation would help avoid disappointing customers and ensure promotions are honored as advertised. read more

When I expressed my concern, the tall employee told me it was "policy" to charge more when items sell out and said she could not cancel the order or provide a refund. Arrived to find a packed store, with a couple people outside who quickly informed me that they weren't currently taking orders due to a severe backlog (they were getting crushed for some reason). I placed an online order for pick up at 8, an hour later, since going back home with no churro cookie would have meant a butt chewing and another night on the couch! As I was waiting, it thinned out faster than I thought (they hustled!) and they began taking orders again. I asked one of the young men if I could transfer my online order to the waiting list.
