My Daughter used to work near this ice cream place, so today, we were coming out of Idyllwild, when…read moreshe suggested we stop in for ice cream. There were 3 Adults, and 6 kids. First of all, I was so impressed by the cleanliness of this establishment. Everything looks so clean and well kept. Samples are available upon request. The ladies that waited on us were friendly and professional. I basically was served my ice cream and watched as the grandkids made their choices. Each child was waited on with patience and kindness. My Daughter and Niece had a lot of questions and they were given the time to make their choice, without any problem. Everything was excellent. Best ice cream I've had in ages. So many choices and everything full of flavor. All you need is one scoop. The scoops are equivalent to 2. I highly recommend this place and can't wait til the Murrieta location opens up. This place is a far cry from Tacumbo. It may give them a run for their money. 55 stars for them!!!

Unfortunately, they had ran out, but the employees were very kind and helpful, and recommended other flavors to me. I got to sample the caramel tres leches and ended up ordering this - it was phenomenal! I love how the ice cream tastes so creamy and sweet without being overpowering, and you can really taste the cookie/cake pieces within it. It's one of my favorite sweet treats to get, and has made other ice cream a lot less enjoyable. Really appreciate the wonderful service here too! My only wish is that there was more ample seating indoors or outdoors, but it's in a busy shopping center, so it's understandable.

The downside was the squid -- it was so chewy it felt like I was working through shoe leather. The shrimp were a nice size, but there were only three in the entire bowl. The crab stick was surprisingly tender after soaking in the broth, and the scallops were the tiny dime-sized bay scallops you kind of expect at this price point. I also ordered the crispy shrimp, but they honestly weren't crispy at all. More like steamed shrimp wrapped in a little tempura sleeping bag. I asked for no spice, but the broth still came out fairly spicy. When I mentioned it, the server kindly explained that was their normal level of spice. Overall, it was okay. Not terrible, not amazing. I'm not sure I'd personally come back, but everyone was friendly and I genuinely wish them the best.

They have a good variety of yogurt flavors and toppings, and the kids enjoyed being able to make their own cups. The only downside was that there weren't a lot of tables, so seating can be a little difficult when it's crowded. Customer service was okay--not bad, but nothing that really stood out. Prices: Frozen yogurt is priced by the ounce (currently listed around $0.53/oz), with other treats generally around $2-$8 depending on what you get. Hours: Generally 12 PM-9 PM daily, though hours can vary, so it's worth checking before going. Parking: There is parking available in the shopping center, which is convenient, although it can get busier during peak times. Overall, I'd come back! It's a fun, casual spot for frozen yogurt, especially with kids.
