    It is a good try, but to be honest, it is not good as dim sum in China. The food is harder than I expected.

    What a spectacular place good enough for a wedding or a conference or dim sum lunch great Cantonese food and service. Why go anywhere else? Highly recommend crown one they also have parking downstairs in the garage. Hurry up and get here.

    I came here for a large wedding with 12 courses, and the food was phenomenal! Every dish was cooked very well, except for the first sashimi platter, which was unfortunately a tad bit fishy. The decor was very extravagant, and the service was fast as well. I was surprised they had cheesy lobster tails on the menu at a Cantonese restaurant but it was tasty regardless.

    Two of us went for early dinner before show at Flushing Town Hall. Waiter said 2 dishes would be enough so we ordered the soft shell crab fried sticky rice and water spinach with garlic. The rice was a huge platter! Plenty of spinach too, but should have been cut to smaller strands. We couldn't eat it all. The wait staff were all very friendly and attentive, maybe because we were the only eaters at that time ?!

    This is a very welcoming and huge palace-like Cantonese restaurant and dim sum place. Their dim sums are really fresh and authentic. Service is extremely fast. They offer lunch menu at $16.95. This is a large hall that is luxurious and very clean. I really enjoy the service

    The food is okay here, I went for party here but seems they lack of staff today, no one getting us new plates after having meal for 2 hours. The most unsatisfying thing is they force charging us $5 tips for parking lot. If you force charging, then that's not tips anymore, it's parking fee 硬性收$5停车小费简直霸王条款

    The restaurant was huge enough to hold a banquet. We have a dinner celebration for 60 people and service was great! The food came out promptly and it was delicous.

    Hidden gem discovered due to my aunt living nearby. I've only been here for dim sum with my family during the weekends. The restaurant, itself, is very spacious. Food in particularly dim sum is amazingly delicious! There is a good reason why I keep on going back for more of their dim sum. Wink wink hehe It gets crowded during the weekends, so I suggest going early, possibly before 12pm. There is a private parking lot on the first floor. Remember to tip them after you pick up your car! Only downfall is the bathroom, but it's bearable and the good outweigh the bad. Just watch out for wet floors!

The salt & pepper squid with it's minced jalapeños kept us warm enough until the half chicken with garlic and filet mignon and Chinese broccoli came out in rapid succession. The star of the show turned out to be the giant sized pan fried flounder which was not only big but quite scrumptious. Unlike the little scrawny flounder that most other restaurants usually served this was a quite large and very meaty and perfectly cooked. The last dish to come out was a very large plate of chicken fried rice with salted fish. If it were not for the lack of heat, I would have given Chef Wong Bistro 5 stars!

We usually order lobster and shrimp dishes, as it is a seafood restaurant. However, all their other dishes are really good, so it is hard to say what is a favorite dish. I proceeded to hand him $36 and walked out. It's like he couldn't wait to get rid of me or something. Never coming here again to dine in, maybe take out only. This place is cash only btw. If not for the food I'd give 1 star for this epically terrible experience!!! This person should NOT be in the service industry.

The seafood itself was solid traditional Cantonese fare with fresh lobster tanks, steamed fish, and classic banquet-style dishes. The atmosphere felt colorful authentic Hong Kong banquet hall energy. However, some of their pricing was completely out of whack. Mother's Day premium for sure which is understandable, but some dishes were simply excessively expensive for what was delivered. For example, our two lobsters, while fresh, were missing that smoky "wok hei" flavor that great Cantonese kitchens are known for. It lacked the depth, aroma, and richness one expects from a proper high-heat wok preparation. A few items felt priced more for Guide Michelin luxury dining than a Flushing seafood hall. This said, the service was efficient and professional; changing plates all the time. So a high level of attention above the usual Cantonese restaurant. Overall, decent food in and an authentic Hong Kong style restaurant that targets special family gatherings, but be prepared, both the crowds and the bill can become overwhelming very quickly. I paid more than $400 for three people. But we had a Tiger Fish which is $50 per pound.

I've only come here for dim sum and I'm still surprised it doesn't get even half of the insane volume that nearby dim sum restaurants get, especially with how much closer they are to Roosevelt Ave. I have to say that the dim sum here is slightly better than most locations in the core downtown area, both in presentation and taste. No cart ladies, just a paper and pencil ordering system. The other diners that I usually encounter seem to strike me as locals, which is becoming harder to find these days. Prices are slightly more expensive than the other places, which is probably a factor as to why there aren't as many customers. The other reason is probably the subpar customer service here, which I've encountered on a number of recent visits. There are so many workers here, but none of them seem to have any good grasp of what customer service is. For example, I've had the waiter hover over me as I was gathering cash for my bill and snatched it the moment I placed the money down, also demanding at least 18% (again, for subpar service). Also, if you complain to them about your food, even if you find a hair, they will not do anything about it. The food quality is slightly above most of the dim sum places, but also bear in mind the hit-or-miss service you'll get, which the latter can be super frustrating.
