Came back again to try their Pink Guava Milk and it was definitely worth the trip. This drink was super refreshing for a milk based drink. I hope that they continue to come up with new drinks! The Lemon Cloud Tart was just ok but that's fine because their original egg tarts are still my favorite egg tarts to get from all of flushing.
I usually order through Fantuan and pick up in Bayside This location feels way bigger than the one I'm used to and I love how many options they have on the menu I ended up getting the matcha latte and it was so good. What I appreciated most was that it wasn't overly sweet Definitely a spot quick and fast ! Even on busy days they're so kind!
First time trying Tea Pulse, it did not disappointed me. I hope it will come to Boston. I preferred this place more than HeyTea. I tried seasonal drink since right now most tea shops are with mango theme. I ordered the Mango Golden Milk which was creamy with real mango chunks and popping pearls. I really like the popping pearls, not sweet like those popping boba. This place was a little busy since is after dinner time, but less than 20 minute wait.
Remembering that the customized osmanthus milk tea that I tried earlier this year was a let-down with less sugar, this time I ordered the Tahiti orchid bubble tea with the regular amount of sugar and it was impressive! The orchid essence in the bubble tea was subtly nutty and floral and the boba brought it out, too, with the oat milk. Attentive and efficient staff. There is a sitting area for trying the amazing egg tart with its airy texture being not too sweet. What not to like especially given that we got to pick a cute phone bag for their anniversary giveaway upon ordering a tea and two egg tarts?! We love the pink phone bag which has the character with the meaning, "to prosper," on it. A nice tea shop in Flushing that is worth the trip for trying floral tea. Their egg tarts stand out as well! I wonder if Tea Pulse will continue to expand their selection of floral tea. Floral tea is always interesting!
There are so many drink places and flushing that it's so overwhelming. I walked by and I wanted to try tea pulse because it had a buy to get a free item offer so I said why not. It was a little pencil case that they were giving out for free for purchasing two drinks. The cups were so cute the pink and the Dove and the flowers made it just so attractive and pretty. The drinks are pretty standard I think it's similar to Molly tea and that they probably use some heavy cream. Nonetheless another solid cute drink spot and flushing competing with the many other drink spots. The drink tasted pretty standard and comparable to all the other drink shops in the area I just love the design on the cup.
There are so many tea shops in Flushing nowadays. The differentiating factor between Tea Pulse and the others is that they offer a lemon/lime fruit tea that can come in a huge XL size at a pretty decent price and their pastel de natas. They also offer other types of milk teas, cheese teas, pure teas, and smoothies. Shop and packaging is pretty cute. I had the jasmine lemon fruit tea and strawberry kenon fruit tea. Both were good and had lime instead of lemon which I preferred. I didn't expect to enjoy the strawberry one as much as I did. Sugar level can be adjusted but not ice.
This place is small. There isn't a lot of people inside but the wait is really long due to online orders. I had ordered 2 drinks with 3 orders ahead of mine and the wait was over half an hour. They were giving out samples outside and they had a promo running for a free magnet on their orchid drink series. I really enjoyed the orchid milk tea. It was not too flora or sweet. I have also tried the one with brown sugar boba and it was also pretty good. If you are getting any of the Lemon blast I would recommend getting the jumbo as it's more bang for your buck. Ceylon lemon blast is our go to fruit tea drink.
I had my friend in the area order for pick up for me, and I didn't realize how long of a wait it was. She ordered in store and ended up waiting 40 minutes(!) for the order to be completed. I love their jumbo lemon tea series, but I don't think it's worth the long wait.. to add salt to the wound, they also got the order wrong and gave us two of the same drink (grape lemon jasmine).
I got a brown sugar boba tea and it was pretty much your straightforward boba order. However, it was the first time I finished the Boba itself before the drink. The Boba for some reason it was so damn delicious. I couldn't stop eating it lol. My friend bought these cream cheese pastries that were really delicious! It was a cute spot, I'd come back. The only thing I would suggest is making the menu more visible. It's at counter level, but the TVs should be utilized to have the menu show.
They were offering samples outside for their orchid milk tea so I tried some and it was pretty good. Then I saw that there was a promotion (over now) for a free magnet if you bought 2 drinks from their orchid menu. I got the jasmine lemon blast with 70% sugar (medium but it seemed like a lot of people like ordering the large more) and orchid milk teas. Instead of a TV to check for your order number, they'll scan the receipt and it'll announce your number once your drinks are ready. It was nice that they offer a quality guarantee on their drinks (they'll remake it if it doesn't taste good). Quality of the magnet was just okay (nearby Molly's has better quality ones). The jasmine lemon blast was very sweet at 70% (get 30% instead) and tasted like a lemon skittle for the first few sips. After drinking about 1/3 of the drink the tea flavor started to come through. It was definitely a very refreshing drink on a hot day. The orchid milk tea was stronger on the milk flavor so I still prefer Molly's.
Popped into Tea Pulse on a Saturday morning right around opening time. The shop was pretty empty and the ordering at the front kiosk was a breeze. I got a text message notification just a few minutes later when my order was ready. I ordered both varieties of their egg tarts: the Original and the Lemon Cloud. Both were absolutely exceptional. The crust is a real standout - buttery, incredibly flaky, and airy, almost like a croissant. The Original egg tart features a rich, creamy custard that isn't too sweet, letting the flavor shine through perfectly. The Lemon Cloud offers a creative twist with a light marshmallow topping and a hint of lemon spread that pairs beautifully with the custard. I didn't get to try the tea this time, but the egg tarts alone are worth the trip. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back to sample their drinks! read more

My second time trying tea pulse. This drinker was better than the other one I tried but I'm still not super blown away. It's fine. Nothing to rave about personally. They only have 2 drinks that do not have a caffeine in case anyone was wondering. read more

I love it here! My favorite tea spot in flushing 5/5. For the price you pay I love their xl strawberry lemon fruit tea! It's so bomb! The price you pay at other places you get extra here! It's worth it! I always get it to go and take out the smash limes so it's not bitter to drink it later. read more

The tea here is top quality and huge portion size. Jasmine lemon ice tea is really solid choice and hugely refreshing. Staff are super friendly and professional Wait times aren't too bad. Definitely good spot to check out read more

Good egg tarts and what I think are standard drinks, but tons of competition a few feet away in every direction. We wanted to just try the egg tarts so opted for two, but they said add another one for 50% off and get a drink, so we did just that. Turns out it's 50% off the third tart and the drink was full price. Felt a bit misled here, just a weird experience that left an impression. Portuguese Egg Tart - good crunchy crust, pretty flaky but not dry. Strong custard and very sweet, I'd prefer a little more mild. Caramelization was well done, adding the typical texture and sweetness. Though I think it's missing some lemon flavor typically found in this style. read more

Was in the area and wanted something to quench my thirst; walked in to this Tea pulse to try their summer drink series. Ordered the Iced Strawberry blast; waited about five minutes for my order number to be called. I liked this fruity circus drink; though a bit tart (70% sugar already), as the strawberry/lime pulp was left on the bottom of the cup. I ended up adding half a cup of my Oolong tea from my thermos to even-out the sourness of this drink. Overall, Tea Pulse does use real ingredients in their drinks, that's an added special touch read more

I only came here for the egg tarts and they were simply delicious!! A bit on the pricey end but very good nonetheless. $22+ for 6 is a bit much lol They were buttery, big, not too sweet and perfectly crisp They remind me of the lily bloom ones but tea pulse were def more buttery if you like that! read more
We visited Tea Pulse to check out their Pastéis de Nata, as Tea Pulse bakes and serves them fresh. We ordered two for $7.00; $7.62 with tax. They are a decent choice while in the neighborhood, as they are larger than equivalent egg tarts from Na Tart, located across the street in Tangram Mall. Na Tart does offer multiple flavors and toppings though, while Tea Pulse's egg tarts are only available in one flavor. Tea Pulse's pastéis de nata have flaky, crispy crusts, but their custard fillings lack cinnamon and a smoothness found in equivalent egg tarts from Lisbon, Portugal, where these delicious treats originate. Tea Pulse's version also seemed unevenly greasy. Of note, the going rate for pastéis de nata in New York City is three to four times more expensive than in Lisbon. I thought that Tea Pulse's pastéis de nata were not as good as most versions we tried in Lisbon; equivalent to the ones we found at Lisbon Airport, and better only than the vegan tarts made with olive oil we tried from a shop on Rua da Misericórdia. I hope Tea Pulse improves their recipe, as until then their pastéis de nata are too similar to lower cost Chinese-style Portuguese egg tarts, aside from a crispy, flaky crust. The Chinese-style Portuguese egg tarts from Lily Bloom bakery chain deliver 80% of the goodness of Tea Pulse's pastéis de nata at less than half the price, when including sales tax. Those from nearby 85°C Bakery Café and Rainbow Bakery both also cost much less, but are smaller, and too sweet and too buttery, respectively. There is no seating in the shop, but there are ledges along the walls for customers to stand and enjoy their food and drink. read more
One of the newer tea shops in Flushing and they also have egg tarts as well. There's not much of a wait most of the time and there's a few small tables inside if you're looking to sit. They have a bunch of fruit tea choices as well which is nice. Staff is friendly and the line moves pretty quick. Got the lemon tea with half sugar which tasted really nice and light. read more
I came here for their egg tarts and I must say, it's delicious. They've been really hyped up for their egg tarts so I had to come check it out for myself. They've make a limited amount per day so you should definitely go early if you want it. I came in the afternoon and put in my order. You get a ticket that gives you a time frame for when you can pick up the egg tarts. It's good for people who want to get some errands done and want to pick it up later. It's small inside so not really recommended to stay inside, more of a grab and go. There might be a line too but it moves really fast. It's $3.50 for one, which is pricier if you compare to Chinese bakeries but the quality of this is definitely better than the Chinese bakeries. It's thicker and has a lovely egg custard that's not too sweet. It was still warm when I ate it about 10 mins later and I'd recommend warming it up if o you choose to eat it later! They've crust was also perfectly flakey and had so many layers. read more
Egg tarts and various drinks. Long line of people waiting... I was 375 at my order, they were calling out 350s after 5min still. They had a lot of unclaimed drinks on the counter, people that ordered ahead and didn't come pick up yet. Some giant jumbo lemon tea drinks which looked good. Great packaging and containers to hold the large drinks and small. They need to have louder staff to get through the crowd noise. People picking up sometimes skipped others by going up and waving their receipt first... 380 went before me, as well as a few others even with my drink waiting on the counter. They do take credit cards. Egg tarts come in 2, 6, and maybe 4? They don't sell individually. A separate person packs those, so also had to wait on them. Taste-wise, the egg tarts lacked the cream needed to make it smooth - tasted like scrambled eggs in a pastry shell, while sweet was definitely not melt-in-your-mouth kind of custard. A little flame brulee torch work on top didn't do much for the flavor. Oolong tea was more milk than tea and tasted off because of it. Pass on these poor flavors, and long lines. (though not as long as the Molly Tea next door). read more
I was in line waiting for Molly tea down the street when I smelled something really good. I turned around and saw the egg tart on the flyer. I placed an order online and it was ready for pick up in less than 2min. The crust is super flaky without being too oily and the crust to custard ratio was perfect. One of the few bubble tea shops where you can get a drink for (a listed price of) less than $5. Tried their signature Jasmine lemon blast and found it to be perfectly fragrant, sweet, and citrusy. Also tried their popular pastel de nata and wasn't too impressed. It came out fresh out of the oven and the custard had a nice consistency and flavor but the custard to crust ratio was a bit off. Too much crust and not enough custard. My favorite Chinese style Portuguese egg tart is still the one at Lily Bloom Bakery. read more
We were passing by and saw an employee giving out samples so we decided to try. The sample was grape tea and it was SO GOOD!! We immediately came back after dinner to order it and I also got a jasmine tea. They were having a buy 1 get 1 50% off deal which we took advantage of so it felt pretty affordable as well. The drinks came fast even though there seemed to be a lot of people waiting. I sat at one of the few benches. I wish I tried an egg tart, they look so good! read more
I only got egg tarts here and no tea. I felt the egg tarts had too much dough that wasn't flaky enough, and the filling was flat in flavor. As a disclaimer though, I ate them later when I got home so this may have impacted the flavor. I wasn't too impressed though and probably would not get it again read more
This tea shop has a more fruit tea based focus on refreshments. I ordered an Osmanthus with less ice and half sugar. Orders come in fast during rush hour so it may take some time but was still relatively quick. Tea was nice and pleasant, as much as expected. Store gets busy inside very quickly so not the most ideal for relaxing in but it's alright. read more
Heard this place had amazing fruit teas and I really wanted to give it a try. I got the Jumbo lemon tea which was really refreshing and good. I do think that the price was a little bit pricier for what the tea consisted but I can tell that it used good quality. When I went to the line was short and the interior was very well decorated. The staff was very nice. Next time I want to try a different tea! read more
Dare I say it? Theee best Portuguese egg tarts I ever had. We went on a random weekday and didnt have to wait on line. Sooo good.. still thinking about them. Didnt have their drinks since we already had tea elsewhere. Will be back! read more

This spot is putting up a fight against really good competition in the area for bubble tea, but they've started using samples as a way to draw people in. That's how I showed up. I ended up just getting a mango smoothie as it was late and I could not afford to consume anymore caffeine. The mango smoothie was so tasty and refreshing. It's perfect for a dessert. If you get the jumbo size drink like my friend, be ready to carry around a thick cup. read more
I was surprised to be walking around Flushing, Queens and see that the bubble tea spots had people outside giving samples of the tea. Well, this one won me over. I tried the grape lemon tea and was instantly in love with it. I love the mixture of sweet with a little bit of tart and sour from the lemon as well. I went inside and ordered the biggest size that they had which was the jumbo and the cup was about the size of my head! This place was decently busy as people were going in and out the entire time. A unique feature here is that they also have Portuguese pastel de nata that you can order as well. The decoration was yellow for the most part and a bit serious mix with a bit of bright color. I would definitely order from here again. read more
Oof, opening almost right next to Molly Tea so I'm bound to play the comparison game. I went for their osmanthus cloud, which was unfortunately just not strong or fragrant at all. In fact, it definitely tasted more diluted, making me wary of also trying their jasmine version. But their egg tart is pretty good though! If you've had Lily Bloom's (Brooklyn) eggtarts, they taste similar and this one has a good but thicker crust. read more

Excellent Cheese Thai Tea boba which was what I was craving for in this warm summer heat. The flavor was spot on with the nice complimentary cheese foam and freshly made tapioca. I also was able to try their Orchid Cheese tea which had a nice and subtle floral flavor as well as their Osmanthus milk tea- another light and refreshing drink. Service could be "faster", but I understood that they overcompensated with the amount of orders being made last call late at night before closing, so it was a bit of a wait for drinks which caused a queue to form inside. The employees seemed generally happy, gracious and accommodating to their customers and apologized for the wait which was appreciated. I've yet to try their other drinks, but they all seem delicious and reasonably priced based on the competition surrounding the area. The place is bright with minimal tables with no bathroom; it's a good place to grab and go if you're looking for a new bubble tea shop to try. Those 3 drinks are a definite must try. Accepts cash, card and Apple pay. No bathroom. Limited indoor seating. Drink up! read more

Finally got to check out the newest boba spot in Flushing, right next to Molly Tea (my faveee). Line was an hour long during their grand opening where there was a BOGO offer for their milk tea set (where you could pick and choose which you got for free). They were also running a special where you could lottery skincare or other gifts with each order (I got $2 off a future order). Unfortunately they didn't have any boba with the milk tea options, but I believe that'll change once they open more fully since there was a crazy amount of traffic in the store already. The teas and options are pretty similar to Molly Tea, but the flavor is pointedly less floral. Some of my friends preferred this more as it had more bitter notes but I personally like Molly Tea a bit more - especially when you do a side by side comparison of flavors. I did also try their egg tarts which were sooo good. Outside was crisp and flakey and the inside had so much filling, way more than any Portuguese egg tart or Chinese dan tats I've ever had. Not sure Id wait an hour again but if the line is reasonable, will def be back!! read more
