Came by to kick off my food crawl in Flushing recently - perfect to have a drink to cool down from the heat and carry the drink around as you hit your first few spots. I got the standard lemon green tea that is most advertised and it was nice - not too sweet, refreshing, nice bitter tea flavor. So glad another chain from China has made its home in Flushing. I love lemon tea so I love that this place is here, and really close to a lot of prime food crawl spots that you'll want to hit up. My friend got the guava lemon tea as well and that was pretty solid, too. While I think it's hard to stand out in an excelling wave of amazing drink shops coming from the East, I do think Taning Lemon Tea is offering something that other places aren't and is worth visiting. Not sure why all the negative reviews. There was no wait when we visited around 6pm on a weekday.

Another new addition to Flushing's growing bubble tea street. Got four drinks as they are currently doing a BOGO free promotion (only 1 free drink per order). Long wait for the drinks to be made as they only had 4 staff members handling the grand opening crowd. There were TV screens to keep track of orders but a bit of a delay as the "ready" screens weren't updated in real time. Drinks were packed into a cooling bag which was nice. The lemon tea drinks had cute NY themed cup holders. Got all my drinks with less ice (but apparently less ice= half cup of ice...) and 70% sugar. Green grape jasmine lemon tea- lemon was the strongest flavor of this drink. There were tiny pieces of grapes to help counteract the tartness of the lemon but overall the drink wasn't too sour. Couldn't really taste the jasmine tea. Signature oolong lemon tea- oolong tea with the addition of lemon flavor. Not as sweet as Vita Tea's lemon tea. Mango pomelo sago- besides sago as a topping they also had crystal boba. Lots of mango was used to make this drink so it was very creamy. They were very generous with the toppings (crystal boba, sago), mangoes and pomelo for this drink. Less ice compared to the lemon tea drinks. Brown sugar milk tea- go to Tiger Sugar instead. Overall I think their lemon teas will be more popular in the summer but there isn't really anything that really makes the place stand out amongst all the bubble tea shops in the area.

This is another new boba/ lemon drink spot on Prince Street. I was quite interested in the cup design and that it is focus on lemon tea. I ordered the signature lemon oolong tea (#1). It was okay. I didn't find anything special. It kinda reminds me of Lipton tea. It lacks oolong tea taste. I also share my drink with my partner and he said the same thing. The service was pretty fast. Despite a large number of customers waiting, I only had to wait around five minutes for my drink. I really liked the packaging. Although I'm not quite sure about my drink. I will try again next time to see if it is better or try another drink on the menu.

Walked into their "soft opening" and got 20% off except they weren't offering some of the items. I went safe and got their signature lemon oolong tea. . It was ok, wasn't strong on the tart aspect, more tea tasting, but it was good and refreshing on a hot summers day. There was a decent about of pulp but the pulp didn't have any flavor. It was dried up. The pulp didn't have any burst of juice in them... . My friend got the guava lemon tea, she didn't really like it, it was too sweet, kinda artificial sweet, might be just syrup and not the real fruit juice. But that's just a speculation. She also said she has seeds in her drink. . They do offer milk and fruit teas as well. I'm not sure if would try their other drinks aside from the lemon teas... the one I really wanted was the jumbo lemon tea, but I really wanted it for the gram .

New drink place originating from China that opened at the corner of Prince Street and 39th Ave in Downtown Flushing. They are known for their lemon tea which is perfect for the summer time if you want a fruity refreshing drink rather than a heavy milk tea. However, if you prefer bubble tea they have that option as well. The menu is not too big with a variety of flavored lemon teas and they only offer one size which makes it simpler if you have a hard time deciding. They also offer some snacks like eggs waffles. The place is quite small so it's a order and go type of place. The employees were friendly too and recommended me the top 5 drinks. I got the #1 signature oolong lemon tea with 50% sugar and regular ice and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. They also have an ongoing promotion where if you buy two drinks you get a mahjong Lego set, but only 50 each day! Will definitely come back to try other flavored drinks as a refresher when I'm strolling around.

Pretty refreshing tea! Got 5 different flavors and my favorite was c10 smashed wampi lemon tea 爆打黃皮檸檬茶, 30% sugar level was just right and with less ice. Really popular spot and lots of orders, good to try if you're looking for a new spot to check out!

I thought this place was very charming. It's obviously a small business trying to stand out in the sea of bubble teas that are available around Prince Street in Flushing. I was drawn in by the bright green color and cute packaging in store. I'm a boba fanatic and like to think I be tried most brands... so "lemon tea" specifically is something I haven't seen much of yet. I ordered the coconut lemon tea and mango lemon tea. You get to see the workers crush lemons and make the tea in front of you, and my coconut one had what I think was coconut water with jelly in it, and the mango lemon tea had bits of mango too. I thought they were both refreshing and very yummy. Service was fast and friendly but maybe I had less conversation because the workers had limited English, which is fine, they were still plenty friendly and efficient. I'd def go back and support this place again.

Finally tried this new spot which has lines out the door usually! It's a very small shop where you're just meant to order and leave, so understand that there's not really space inside to wait. Believe the line is driven by their opening special where they are giving out some sort of small toy in exchange for purchase of specific items, but I didn't want the toy so tried the frangipani as my friend recommended. Maybe it was because I got reduced sugar or maybe I just ordered the wrong drink, but it tasted as I would imagine some sort of natural insect repellant to taste. Despite the absolute heatwave this past week, I was tempted to just toss the entire drink due to the taste.

They had a BOGO, I ordered their Signature Oolong Lemon Tea and Mango Pomelo with sago with 70% sugar for both. It tasted like it was 30% sugar. I thought it was ok. Next time I will leave it as regular sugar

Came here excited to try a new lemon tea place. Regret! Nothing special. Saw they have a promo of buy 2 jumbo but was out of the Mahjong Lego thing but they were out. So just tried their signature drink and I got my usual minimal sugar. What a disappointment. I've had from a lot of places with sugar and low sugar it should not leave the tongue overstimulated and bitterness. I barely drank mine and I had to throw it out. Not gonna be back at all. I'll just get my lemon tea from my other normal places over this.

Ordered their Oolong Lemon Tea and my partner got their Orange Tea. I liked how refreshing they are, but we did have to wait a little bit for our drinks. This place is relatively small so it is definitely a grab and go type of place.

Strawberry Guava Lemon Tea

We tried their guava strawberry lemon tea and it tastes like they use real ingredients. The lemon flavor tastes like lime though. The service was super fast and overall not bad and definitely refreshing.

Seeing as her birthday is next month, we wanted to go ahead and try to go to a tea house and see if she enjoys it enough to invite a few friends to our home next month and replicate the event.. now it is on the pricey side, but we thought it would be a special day just for three of us. We not only called for reservations, but then arrived early and although we were sat, we did not get any fresh brewed tea. we got hot water and no authenticity at all bagged tea not loose and if she tells you she had loose teeth, then the waitress was at fault, but I don't wanna blame the waitress either like she has so-called reviews that she answer she blames it on someone else whether it's the waitresses and there was a prefix menu, but she didn't have time where she's really busy or somebody had the flu or they're lying or a wall review. I am not that person I have been using yelp since it began. I am a top contributor and I have to say this was a very bad experience and I will not blame it on a single person except the manager and the staff themselves who were not doing anything in the back as we were watching like all the other if you said it takes forever it is a bad luck and they don't come back to the table and serve properly. They don't have time to even say hello and really get to the table in a timely manner. At that point, we got a small salad with no silverware and no cream and sugar so basically we were waiting for our beautiful two/three tiered high tea that was a prefix menu "supposedly??" But after 45 minutes and absolutely no one coming around and still no silverware cream or sugar we had to ask for three times including the owner and we still had nothing else. It was nearly 4 PM and my little girl was starving as was my husband who would've rather been anywhere at that point After the third go round we decided to leave! I'm diabetic and this was crazy! In my almost 46 years. I have never left a restaurant. I hope that you all have a better experience than we did...next time go to a diner! Don't waste nearly $60 pp something. You can buy at Sam's Club and serve yourself if it ever shows up! Angry is not even the word! Prefix my foot! ***Update: I saw what you decided to respond and like I said you are your own worst enemy because I have NO responsibility to tell you anything about being diabetic if I have to wait an hour for a $60 plate of food that you never served me what do I have to pay for? I don't believe that the world is built on you do nothing then I have to pay you for something? Wtf? I saw the other post you blame everybody by yourself. You blame when you're busy you blame it on Valentine's Day. You blame it on your waitress is having the flu. You blame it on everybody by yourself and as far as I'm concerned from sitting there and watching you for an entire hour go back-and-forth and do absolutely nothing. It's your fault nobody else's don't tagline my editorial because you think you wanna be right that doesn't work! I can go home and get hot water. Thank you very much for nothing. You are not only a nasty woman, but you also show a very sincere lack of understanding when it comes to how to run a business not only is it not my job to tell you I'm diabetic it's not my job to take my autistic daughter and have her wait over an hour for food. I don't care how many people you have. All those things are just excuses and as far as I was told when I grow up, it's about results not excuses!!!! SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR RESTAURANT WILL REPOST ALL OVER!!!!

About a half dozen tables are set with crisp linen and china. Menu is simple and straight forward. I highly recommend the Tea for Two, or the deluxe version of this if you're really hungry! Tea offerings are plentiful and loose tea brewed. Very authentic! We each got a different flavor of tea under the advice of our wonderful server Dana! Because tea pots are bottomless we were able to sample and share a variety! Highly recommend their Windsor blend as well as the peppermint teas. Soup and quiche of the day were delicious to say the least. Warm creamy tomato bisque and fluffy broccoli cheese quiche started us off. Followed in a timely but not rushed second course of a three tiered tea plate filled with perfectly executed sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam and dainty bite size sweet treats. Crustless, finger sandwiches were filled with creations like the Queen's coronation chicken salad, egg salad, and apple cheddar salad, strawberry cream cheese and cucumber slices. Heavenly! Fresh baked scones were light and fluffy inside and buttery and lightly crisp on the outside. Dainty sweet treats included butterscotch mousse, salted caramel macrons, butterfly tea cakes and caramel chocolate shortbread. Portions are plentiful but not overwhelming. We each took a small box of a few bites that weren't able to be finished. Overall we can't say enough good things about this lovely hidden gem right on Rt 15.
